  I have been suffering from poor BSNL network connectivity for the last 8 months. 📍Location: Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034 I have registered numerous complaints and have a long list of complaint docket numbers as proof. However, BSNL Care repeatedly closes my complaints within an hour without resolving the issue. Every month I recharge my BSNL connection hoping the problem will finally be fixed, but nothing has changed. Around two months ago, I was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level and I was asked to be patient. I have already waited long enough, yet there has been no action. Is this how BSNL treats its customers? Complaints are closed without resolution while customers continue to pay for a service they cannot use. I request your urgent intervention to resolve the network issue in Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034. I can provide all the complaint docket numbers as evidence.   @BSNLCorporate @pib_comm my bsnl number ending with 2574 is discontinued since yesterday which I was using since last 10 years. No resolution provided by the concerned team.Pathetic service.
