@balajianand2014 6 months to get 4G rolled out? BSNL, are you serious? This is embarrassing for a government-owned network. With such poor strategy and execution, Indian private telecom companies are simply dancing. I genuinely wonder why the Modi ji government isnt addressing this is it really because of the private players?

@IndianTechGuide Even if there is one extra zero in this result, what difference it makes? Govt policies have ensured that we are paying ever increasing price for even decreasing service quality from the Duopoly While BSNL with these Home grown tech is unusable Can't escape the reality

@ImmortalAlpha Dear Sir/Ma'am, We understand your concern. The online application option is provided to make the initial booking process easier; however, SIM issuance/KYC or certain connection-related formalities may still require a visit to the nearest BSNL CSC, depending on the service and location. We regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback. Regards, BSNL Care (Shatrughan)

@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia IF BSNL can be good service and if it charges me more than Airtel I will still be with BSNL only. The gentle giant has to step out of its induced hibernation.

@IndianGems_ We can't do anything. Only bsnl can help but they only provide 3g and 2g.

@Ramanand06X @BSNLCorporate Do you really think that BSNL is not capable of improving and fixing its problem? It’s someone who does not want it to work properly so that it benefits private players. Sab mile hue hai

You know BSNL is like this, yet you still choose to use BSNL when you have other options like Jio AirFiber, etc. You create the problem and then ask for a solution.
