2/2 what is d procedure if connection goes down/lost for Min 30min, do u hve any backup service for customers if lost network.Why bsnl nt having good setup in afzalpur area & almost 25 to 30 customers are taken ftth service but facing huge issue, paid money got worst service 2/3

@BSNL_OR I am using BSNL (ftth) connection but in a there is a problem of internet and disconnection for like 10-12 days in every month. Name- Asutosh Sahoo Bhuban , Dhenkanal , 759017 The vendor don't resolve connection issues before atleast 7 days .

@BSNLCorporate sir in UP west district amroha city amrohapin 244221 bsnl 3g signal and net is not work last 3 days. Why department bsnl service is closed without notice. So return my extra money to recharge within 10 days.another option go to consumer case. Thank you.
