  @CRED_club Worst service for ever, no proper customer service even after mailing to grievance no response. I got payment issues of my recent transactions (Today dated 5TH OCT 2022) payment to Biller: BSNL landline bill of about rs11,314. 2 times money deducted but no response.

  @Gausiyasalam @PragyaLive @salam0786786 What Pragya missed out is that BSNL lost customers because of its inefficiency and lousy service. No one else to blame. It is currently a drain on tax payers money as the GoI keeps giving it dole money. They are still struggling with 4G roll out.

  Hello👋 @BSNLCorporate 1 year ago my sim got switched off due to lost one of my mobile. I tried many times to retrieve it, but BSNL officials refuse that it is disconnected from here. While the customer care is still telling that number in my name only.
