    @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!

    @Pallab924660059 As per the Netmonster screenshot BSNL Band 3 aka 1800 MHz showing in neighbouring cells have good signal ( RSRP [-91 dBm]) compared to registered cell Band 28 aka 700 MHz (RSRP [-102 dBm]).

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL It somebody gets a new #BSNL connection or port to #BSNL, can't you send a Welcome SMS to the new customer. This will show a good gesture & their new SIM is activated & ready to use. Is this a service. See... How you can improve the service.

    Ppl - Don't take #BSNL mobile connection looking at their Ad. You will repent later. Even after a year of launching 4G, it is not good. It sucks. Check this for the issues in #BSNL service. They are not capable / unfit to provide good service. @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @JioCare Yeah, checked through this link only. Airtel already started 5G network in my area almost a year ago, though it’s not at all usable and just for name sake. BSNL 3G better than Airtel and Jio in our area.

    @bsnl_care Hello BSNL care team BSNL should appoint permanent lineman technical support team to check OFC line in SKTT road lahoul Pangi district Chamba Himachal Pradesh. So permanent lineman team restore 4G service in Pangi valley soon.

    It’s been almost 2 years since I got BSNL SIM, and it’s now my personal number. I kept waiting for the network quality to improve, but honestly, I haven’t seen any real improvement. Looks like I will have to port this number to another service provider. Should I wait?
