    @BSNL_KTK we are facing difficulties with broadband connection as there is no internet connection and tried to contact the local officer here in Gadag. Nobody is answering our calls & I also contacted BSNL customer care team they say you call has been landed to west zone.

    @jigyasu72 Yes. True. Not just that we are very much vulnerable to cyber attacks. Few months back in whole mumbai suffered blackout bcz of some Chinese malware. Also there were attacks on bsnl. Idk how they gave such rank to india.

    @bsnl_ap_circle Bsnl website says there is no installation charges, customer care says there is no installation charges.. but the local bsnl office says i need to pay 1000 rs as installarion charges for new ftth connection. Whom should i believe?

    @BSNLCorporate hi, I have a BSNL prepaid sim & last week Saturday, I swap in my old sim for 4g LTE sim to avail BSNL 4g. My phone still shows awaiting for activation & the CCS at Vijayawada are unable to help. Is there anyway you can do activation of data services on my number ?!

    Got new @BSNLCorporate connect two weeks earlier. No connect since 10 days. Called service provider, replied- due to windy weather Power deppt shutting electricity. Genset not working for bsnl to power their towers. Conclusion- Mother nature is the reason for no connect.

    What's the problem with #BsnlPune from last 6 months I'm suffering from broadband issue several times, I had given the complaint to @BSNLCorporate then to trouble is not sort out. Without solving issue the bsnl is sending message ur problem has been solved, what's happening?

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Today is day 6 after complaining through this portal..no one came to correct my bsnl bharat fiber (phone no. 06712952125)..sir for how many days should i wait. you claims that u resolves customer problem through this portal. i don't think anyone is bothered in bsnl

    @ANI When the govt. will sell off BSNL, they will start protests. Good for nothing PSUs, relics of 50s, 60s. The BSNL office in my area is sitting on crores of property and had the worst customer experience until i decided to go with pvt players with half the rates and better service.

    @pravesh814 @real_akhilvarma @ANI Aa gye ambani ko gaali dene vle. Khud kuch krr nhi paye Toh bss Ambani Adani ko gaali dete rho. Bsnl has very bad service and connectivity. That is why it's privatisation is necessary.
