@yabhishekhd @BSNLCorporate is famous for giving most affordable and people friendly package and then in a short time everything falls apart leaving us with questioning our choice of using bsnl service

@TelecomTalk Simple logic.. airtel and jio indian private company which gives better coverage then BSNL then why I need to stick with bsnl.. if govt concern poor people then reduce price on spectrum.. now every service need mobile.. even jio gives 900 per year for jiophone user.. shame bsnl

@Khurpench_ BSNL has approximately 50,000 people. There must definitely be many people who can tell what's exactly happening inside BSNL. Is there a whistleblower policy at BSNL @grok ? How many people have blowed the whistle till now and what all are the issues raised @grok ??

@yabhishekhd I faced the same issue. I’ve been recharging BSNL with same amount for the last 2–3 yrs, maybe longer, but suddenly mom called saying her BSNL showed “validity expired.” When I checked, the validity was reduced. I had to recharge the ₹199 pack because there was no other option.
