  @JioCare This is ur cheap working procedure . I already have received many times same msg but no action. Only u pol r looting general public becoz govt has killed bsnl. @Idea @Airtel_Presence we customer have no other option. As u all three r same. @TRAI no govt says anything.

  @vak73 @ET_CIO more difficult for the retail giant. Talking about the extend of support which they get from the GOI we have seen how the shortage of BSNL sims were purposely created to support the Reliance 501 plan in the year 2003.

  @manojsinhabjp Sir, BSNL employees are on strike from last 2 days but their service remains on strike for 8 to 10 days every month. Then, why not BSNL is privatized. So that some fruitful result in their service comes out. PUSA(Samastipur)- Bihar 848125.

  3.Concerned JE should be aware of "border" areas and make sure that service is not denied giving "border" as an excuse. Why shouldn't public suspect that local BSNL staff is in collusion with private cable operators ?Huge price differential between BSNL and private fiber,so...

  The whole thing is so farcicial and reminescent of 1970s congi era license raj. Even the JE Yelahanka admits some areas as "border" so there is doubt. To the customer it looks like BSNL is washing its hands off giving excusing that it is "border area".

  @BSNLCorporate How can I get my issue realted to BSNL Fiber resolved? I have raised complaints in self service but it gets closed without any action. It look like only cities get network worthy of working. Villages get network only to watch videos on apps who h bufferes.

  @BSNL_GJ BSNL is officially providing single band router ( Alphion 1443) for FTTH connection. We require dual band router to reconfigure existing CCTV cameras. Whether dual band router procured from market is compatible over BSNL FTTH network? or we need to purchase from BSNL?
