    @Ajaykumaarji @bsnl_care And no network on most of the places. I have also bsnl sim but rarely it shows network. So i keep an alternative always.

    Today I visited BSNL Link Road Office, Cuttack, for the advertised ₹1 SIM. Customer Care said they have no ₹1 SIM and sell new SIMs for ₹300, asking me to approach roadside marketing staff. @BSNLCorporate Why advertise offers that your own offices don’t provide? DGM pzclarify

    @JioCare Issue standa not resolved. I guess by this approach u guys are working days will become months. Advice me if I need close the Jio Fibre & will inform neighbours as well to throw the jio router box in garbage. Go for Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL as new connection.

    @bsnl_care Many requests were not fulfilled. I'm fed up However, BSNL needs to audit this because if an order generated a dual-band or single-band connection, then what was actually served to the customer. This is due to discrepancies in service and, moreover, financial losses. @CMDBSNL
