@AtonuK Many still hold on to BSNL out of sentiment, but consistent service is the real reward people expect. Hope BSNL lives up to that legacy. #BSNL

  • shubhamshinde29 Shubham Shinde (@shubhamshinde29) reported

@mohitlaws Getting 0.01 Mbps on 5G+ on Jio Network. Same BSNL is giving 10mbps on 3G Network

  • TelecomTalk TelecomTalk (@TelecomTalk) reported

@AtonuK True, BSNL fiber has improved, but mobile service issues can’t be ignored. A reliable mobile network is just as critical for customers.

  • Gishnuk Gishnu Kumar (@Gishnuk) reported

@mohitlaws Switch to BSNL or Vodafone for 4G network. Options exist buddy.

  • M1411831 Asad M (@M1411831) reported

@NalinisKitchen @TRAI Go to BSNL office. Never you will find a person to guide you to a correct plan. There will be third persons unrelated sitting there to make money from BSNL's efforts and the staff sleeping/gossiping/playing in the mobile (connection free for them?)

  • sahabul_3 Sahabul (@sahabul_3) reported

@TelecomTalk World's third class network BSNL.

  • nimitgoel007 nimitgoel (@nimitgoel007) reported

@TelecomTalk yes in delhi ncr circle they need to work because people asking bsnl when ur 4g come no one know in mtnl even they behaviour still rude with arrogance

  • NextgenSanatan NextGen Sanatan (@NextgenSanatan) reported

@anjusabu @mohitlaws Just to clarify, BSNL wrote off his dues because those payments were ******* in long, complicated legal and contractual issues….not simply waived. Meanwhile, BSNL’s push for fiber is about modernizing infrastructure to provide better, faster service to everyone. So it is not just about forcing payments but upgrading the network to stay relevant in todays digital world. Tell me, out of Jio’s 50 crore customers, how many are stuck paying ₹350 instead of ₹177 just to keep a landline for sentimental reasons like you. If there are many like you, then maybe I should join you in hating businessmen and capitalism while appreciating communism

@JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care I have been a loyal customer of BSNL for decades. A fortnight back, my internet (fibre) stopped working. I have raised half a dozen complaints but to no avail. How do you expect customer loyalty with such a pathetic service?

  • TelecomTalk TelecomTalk (@TelecomTalk) reported

@hrushikeshnair BSNL’s legacy is strong, but without reliable service & better support, even loyal users are forced to leave. That’s the harsh reality.
