@BSNLCorporate #Today when I went to BSNL office shahapur to pay the bill, I had a very bad experience. There was no staff at the place to take the bill. And it is very unfortunate that today is the last date for bill payment and there is no staff at all. I am suffering

@daeroplate_v2 @db_is_db Out-of-office reply is extinct since WhatsApp came. And than mobiles also have mailbox App. Give no signal/remote location excuse and get advised to take Jio/BSNL sim 😞

@BSNLCorporate My customer id is 3008105806. Cuttack, Odisha. I have bsnl optical fiber broadband and for more than one month your vendor hasn't configured the landline. There are many more problems but lets see how you are addressing this one first.

@BSNLCorporate I am facing network dropout issue very frequently in Greater Noida West area. As I said my porting was just completed 2 days ago. But now I am regretting of choosing BSNL. Will you improve your network coverage or just continue fooling customer? What other details you want????

@Jinkuness @BSNLCorporate Do not trust BSNL. They do not have money to provide backup power supply for their tower. Network disconnects every time when there is power fluctuation.
