    @BSNLCorporate #Today when I went to BSNL office shahapur to pay the bill, I had a very bad experience. There was no staff at the place to take the bill. And it is very unfortunate that today is the last date for bill payment and there is no staff at all. I am suffering

    @daeroplate_v2 @db_is_db Out-of-office reply is extinct since WhatsApp came. And than mobiles also have mailbox App. Give no signal/remote location excuse and get advised to take Jio/BSNL sim 😞

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl kalka SDO says Rs 10 is not a big amount. Even if it is an increase without a prior information to the customer? He said there was a discount of Rs 10 for e billing which was valid for 1 year. Ok fine but you never said in the beginning that it will be valid for 1year only.

    @BSNLCorporate I have port my number vi to BSNL but now the retailer is not able to do FRC he is telling that my FRC is getting cancel now what should I do.

    @Sanju_Lakshya I think this is a good move if the govt is smart enough to merge the services of bsnl and VI and create a much stronger govt owned telecommunications network in India - even stronger than jio, ACT and all.

    So the govt will now hold 35.8% stake in Vodafone Idea as the company has decided to pay off the liabilities with equity. I think this is a good move, if they merge the services of bsnl and Vi to create a strong govt owned telecommunications network in India. #vodafoneidea

    I also request BSNL to explicitly mention the requirements for outgoing sms so that we customers don’t have to struggle unnecessarily and fall into such traps. Meanwhile, @BSNLCorporate please help to restore sms service on my sim.

    Those saying that the government can merge BSNL with Vodafone Idea, please note that the government is now the single largest shareholder not the promoter. Vodafone and Aditya Birla Group, together acting in concert remain the promoters of the company. Also overall a bad move.
