    @BSNLCorporate #Today when I went to BSNL office shahapur to pay the bill, I had a very bad experience. There was no staff at the place to take the bill. And it is very unfortunate that today is the last date for bill payment and there is no staff at all. I am suffering

    So BSNL took my money, acknowledged it and then didn't do anything cause apparently the packages mentioned on @PhonePe_ were wrong. Okay no problem, this kinda disappointing service is expected from BSNL. So I asked them and recharged accordingly

    @BSNL_OR we have been using bsnl landline with fiber connection since decades but every time we complained about the landline phone there was no response. Our landline is not working last 365days even we are paying the bill of Rs.1284 every month.

    I get back this thanks. I can't even get continuous 3g in my home. Not able to use in Perambalur. Only big cities like Chennai,Tirchy ,Coimbatore only has 4G it seems(information From customer care of BSNL)

    Seems like no one at BSNL is ready to solve any issue at all. REPORTED earlier that there has been a problem of Double recharge and it has to be rectified . I haven't recieved any ressponse till . What kind of customer service is this ? @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @CMDBSNL
