  @BSNLCorporate #Today when I went to BSNL office shahapur to pay the bill, I had a very bad experience. There was no staff at the place to take the bill. And it is very unfortunate that today is the last date for bill payment and there is no staff at all. I am suffering

  @daeroplate_v2 @db_is_db Out-of-office reply is extinct since WhatsApp came. And than mobiles also have mailbox App. Give no signal/remote location excuse and get advised to take Jio/BSNL sim 😞

  @Nidhi @BlueDart_ @BlueDartCares They have non functional call center number which is always busy, we can never reach them unless they themselves call us... it reminds me of BSNL customers care (harassment) number during there prime days...

  @JM_Scindia @narendramodi 18 months ago I had a complaint about BSNL no network in my area Till now there is no Network Available in My Area. Aren't you responsible for a timely solution. It takes a maximum of 90 days . Can you solve this issue @JM_Scindia !? CompNo- 1272962662407

  @AmuanPamei @IndianTechGuide No, BSNL has not outsourced its network towers to Jio. They have a passive infrastructure sharing agreement since 2014, where Jio uses some BSNL infra, with a 2025 addendum addressing billing. BSNL is building its own 4G/5G towers to compete with Jio.

  @sambitswaraj 12500 network towers of bsnl have been leased to private service providers out of which 8400 towers to jio network. As per cag report 1757 crores are pending on jio network. All these show the govt has no interest in developing bsnl being a state owned service provider.

  Reliance Jio's network is the worst and its service is very bad. Its 5G network is very bad. BSNL's 3G network is better than this. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @IndianTechGuide Bsnl does not get signal on 4g yet It actively works only on 3g network
