    @BSNLCorporate #Today when I went to BSNL office shahapur to pay the bill, I had a very bad experience. There was no staff at the place to take the bill. And it is very unfortunate that today is the last date for bill payment and there is no staff at all. I am suffering

    @ifar786 @teamnegotium Why would BSNL be developed? Where is the innovation? Government companies are always loss-making. Never profitable. When there is no competition, where is the incentive to be innovative ?

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_OR Can we hope BSNL service will improve? To know ground reality please dial 1503 or 1800 180 1503, it will keep asking press 1 2 3, but is not going further after pressing 1 2 3. Also many time saying network congestion. Namaskar.

    @BSNLCorporate sir, in my place,pin 754110,odisha bsnl tower have no power backup,no network no internet... we twiteed 100 times you,complained district sdo,flashed news in media. still your bsnl doing nothing action. only eating our hard earned money. shame bsnl shame its service. stop looting

    @BSNL_BR Every night bsnl 3g is not available. That is from 7 pm to 7 am. This is a constant problem from last 2 months. My location- Vill- Bhatchaura, Dist - Madhubani. Pin-847228. Data speed is nice only problem is that it is not available everytime.

    @SandeepKrJainTS Govt should turn partner then & if trader had incurred losses in f&o govt would reimburse 60%. Why does govt pumps money in bsnl-mtnl or maharaja or psu banks..? Taxpayers money goes down the drain & when same is asked from TAI in parliament she turns maun.

    @BSNLCorporate I'm owing my office so I have no time to visit the daily bsnl office in fact yesterday and today we are also facing the same issue . No downloading speed no uploading speed.

    @BSNLCorporate Anyhoo, due such misbehaviour and misinformation at the grassroots and even before onboarding of a customer, I was thus forced to get a Jio SIM since I had an expiring MNP code. Let this be a lesson for BSNL to educate and train employees facing the customers.
