@BSNLCorporate No internet since 12 noon.Why should consumer pay if there is no service. Pathetic is the smaller word for bsnl's service. Everyone seems to be in deep slumber. Sent message to DGM faridabad, but no reply. It clearly shows customers don't matter

@Airtel_Presence replying in Twitter DM is alone won't fix my internet right? Even BSNL has a better turnaround compared to Airtel. I've used BSNL and ACT for the past 11 years, not even a single time I had an outage for more than 5-6 hours. With Airtel, I am fighting for 2 days.

@BSNLCorporate Sorting my complain..first two month without my wifi working..bt,past 2 month I did not pay..for this payment,i get daily messages from bsnl..and all it happens when I am not getting any service for past 5 months..

@BSNLCorporate Road widening work is inprogress since month.When you know there is road widening work then bsnl worker/any higher authorities should overview cables during digging proceess why such carless? Now if u know cables disconnected then customer should wait for how many days to fix?

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate What pathetic service you are providing.. Very shameless.. Since 2 days happened no network.. Until now not resolved.. Now days everything is on UPI and OTP.. I already DM you.. Not bothered.. Roaming to Bsnl office 3 times.. Very useless customer care
