    @barunmaji123 @varungandhi80 @the_hindu I agree customer facing offices from state govt & SBI used to treat customers poorly but times have changed. BSNL was deliberately made to lose, private sector could change plans overnight but for BSNL small change require ministry approval

    @BSNLCorporate Writing a message does not solve the inconvenience, for this there is a need to work on the ground, in the same way, the condition of BSNL has gone from bad to worse due to lack of work, yet people are not taking lessons.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH ported my Vodafone number to BSNL.. Signal went down yesterday from Vodafone and after inserting new BSNL sim the network are not at all coming till now.. please check.. 7011370016 is phone number and port id is VZ549951
