    @IndiaPostOffice Very poor service in Diamond Harbour Head Post Office.When I went for cash withdrawal the staff told me that the BSNL internet has gone and the work will be done later.I left my all of my works to complete a withdrawal for 2-3 hours? Please look into this issue.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Stop fooling people, worst network connectivity and speed ke bare me bolo hi mat, complaints kar ke thak gaya hu, 4G ki speed nahi mil rahi waha 5G kya doge, you are the worst ever network operator, i wish k bsnl totally band ho jaye ya privatization ho jaye. #BSNL #worstservice

    I had a very disappointing experience at the BSNL CSC Newtown Kolkata. I visited seeking assistance, but the lady staff member was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping me or guiding me properly, she simply told me to “search on Google” . @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

    @aNostalgic90s Jio and Vi over BSNL and Airtel. Jio may have some network issue but it's not going to scam like Airtel.

    @JM_Scindia Sir My BSNL sim activation not happening.I replaced a 3G sim with 4G yesterday at BSNL Anna Nagar Chennai office. It's now more than 20 hrs.Customer service. want me to again go to that office to check. In this day n age why such bureaucracy. @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate

    My previously working BSNL 4G SIM has not been activated since 02. 06.26 aft being upgraded to a 5G.Even aft I personally visited and informed the technical staff about the problem, nothing has been done to resolve it so far. This is the unfortunate state of BSNL's service today.
