    I am trying to register complaint for my wifi network at BSNL Fibre. It has been more than 48 hours still this issue is not resolved every time i am calling at customer support they are saying they can’t get this resolved as previous complaint of 13 June is pending @bsnlvaranasi

    @BGaunker @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Bsnl won't do anything and will just sleep with your issue. And after month without any action, they will just tell you to disconnect your broadband due to non availability of resources at their disposal and take their third party Fiber FTTH connection. You better change UR ISP

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TamilNadu Very poor signals in the palacode town for mobile networks and no services for bsnl broadband in the town since complaint has been registered by person on many times...so kindly check 04348(636808), Palacode...

    @BSNLCorporate I DONT CRITISIZE BSNL. BUT THIS IS SERIOUS ISSUE. WHICH NEED TO BE RECTIFY FOR FUTURE OF BSNL. WE ARE TAX PAYER ND CONSUMER. WE DONT GIVE TAX FOR BAD SERVICE ND LOOT POOR PEOPLE. BSNL CAN BUSINESS MORE THAN PVT BUT POOR MANAGEMENT MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE TO GROUND LEVEL. @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad BSNL i understand you are working to resolve broadband issue however is there any timeline , been more then 20 days since issue persist I understand as you are govt organization hence dont know how to work ,but make sure not billed for inconsistent internet this month?

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL BSNL GREAT PSU IF THEY ARE SERIOUS FOR PROFIT BOOST. BUT SOME GROUND LEVEL NOT GIVING SERVICE ON TIME ND GIVING BUSINESS TO 3RD PARTY. 3RD PARTY LOOT BY UNDESIREABLE HEFTY INSTALLATION CHARGES. SO CONSUMER SKIP TO INSTALL BSNL. THEN HOW BUSINESS WILL RUN? IDK PLZ TAKE FEEDBACK

    @Gellert31614551 @JioCare Yes, agreed with you but want to on board #Jio only because network coverage (not about internet speed). It allows me to make voice calls where #Airtel or #bsnl does not available.
