Abhimanyu (@Abhi1952) reportedDue to financial reasons, including high debt of MTNL, the merger of BSNL and MTNL is deferred. Hon’ble MoS(C) has told the Parliament. BSNLEU has already written to the Hon’ble Prime Minister, stating that, the merger with MTNL will do irreparable damage to BSNL.
