    @bsnl_care We sent a message to port our BSNL connection to another network, but we have not received any response. Consequently, we tried calling Customer Care, but they are not answering either. We require a response as soon as possible, and we absolutely demand a resolution to this issue

    @dakshinapata I agree with favoritism allegations against Jio, but it’s not about them being Gujju. India’s corruption ensures that if a Kannadiga gains similar wealth and influence, rules will bend for him too. Meanwhile, BSNL was plagued by bloated salaries, pensions, and poor service.

    @dakshinapata Bro yes HMT didn't adopted quartz technology, whose fault is that? HAL failed produce jet engine, failed supply Tejus, AMCA didn't takeoff. BSNL whatever they may have, what is the use when you cannot satisfy customer requirement.

Birla had stepped down in 2021 amid the crisis; his comeback coincides with major regulatory relief. @EconomicTimes Jio + Airtel together control 75%+ of subscribers and an even higher share of revenue they keep adding millions of users monthly while Vi and BSNL often lose subscribers duopoly is entrenched because of superior network quality coverage, speed, capacity, scale advantages in capex/spectrum, bundled offerings, and pricing power! no straight answer!
