@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Network downtime needs to be reduced further; if a network outage on a Sunday means the issue won't be resolved until Monday, BSNL will never become anyone's primary SIM.

I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain

Pathetic service @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK. Agent took my name, said "internet not working, can't help," and hung up on me. Absolute disgrace. Fix this immediately and act on this agent. #BSNL #BSNLDown

Paluck Technologies - A 100cr Mcap SME company , simple business listing on Sept 4 IPO closed yesterday at 780x subscription. Here's what's actually inside the RHP. ────────── Business Gurgaon-based diversified engineering services company, two segments - Automobile & Engineering Services (51% of revenue) OEM dealership/service for a diesel generator major, Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles, a two-wheeler brand, plus telecom infra installation/maintenance for BSNL/ZTE/Huawei linked contracts - Logistics & Equipment Rental (49%) RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) transportation and concrete equipment rental to infra developers and EPC contractors 100% domestic revenue, no exports. Haryana alone is 54% of revenue, rest spread thin across 25+ states ────────── Fleet (the actual operating asset base) - 92 transit mixers - 13 concrete pumps - 23 logistics trucks - 190+ specialized vehicles in total - Fleet has barely grown in 2 years, capex was just Rs 0.03 Cr (FY26) and Rs 0.06 Cr (FY25), down from Rs 8.43 Cr in FY23 ────────── Performance Revenue grew from Rs 92.3 Cr (FY23) to Rs 102.8 Cr (FY25) to Rs 105.0 Cr in just the first 11 months of FY26. EBITDA margin expanded from 16.1% to 18.5% to 22.8% over the same stretch, and PAT margin went from 2.4% to 9.4% to 13.2%. PAT itself is up roughly 6x since FY23, from Rs 2.2 Cr to Rs 13.8 Cr in the 11 month stub. RoE peaked at 38.3% in FY25 and eased to 30.3% as the equity base expanded post bonus issue Margins have genuinely expanded on real revenue growth, not a shrinking base ────────── Customer concentration (the good story here) Top 1 customer: 22.9% (FY23) down to just 8.3% (11M FY26) Top 10 customers: 65.6% (FY23) down to 44.7% (11M FY26) Genuine de-concentration every single year. Supplier side is the opposite though, top 10 suppliers up from 66% to 81% of purchases over the same period, top 1 supplier alone now 30%+ ────────── Cashflow quality - this is the one to watch Operating cash flow has fallen well behind profit. It covered PAT more than 3x over in FY23 and FY24, dropped to just 1.1x in FY25, and slipped to only 0.5x in the 11 month FY26 stub, meaning cash generated was barely half of reported profit right in the listing year Working capital cycle has stretched from 112 days (FY23) to 160 days (11M FY26) ────────── IPO structure - Rs 33 Cr, 100% Fresh Issue, zero OFS, no promoter cashing out through the Issue itself - Price band Rs 46-48, lot size 3,000 shares - Listing BSE SME Use of proceeds - Rs 10 Cr - new RMC machinery (batching plant, 10 transit mixer chassis, 11 unit truck order) - Rs 3.1 Cr - loan repayment - Rs 10 Cr - working capital - Balance - general corporate purposes, capped at lower of 15% of gross proceeds or Rs 10 Cr ────────── Valuation Annualizing the 11M FY26 stub gives EPS around Rs 7.25, P/E about 6.6x at Rs 48 No listed peers exist for this exact business mix, so there's no P/E benchmark to compare against ────────── Anchor investors - Good set of Investors participating for a small SME company Raised Rs 9.39 Cr from anchors at the Rs 48 upper band - Vikasa India EIF I Fund - Incube Global Opportunities - 20.25% - Next Orbit Growth Fund III - 13.80% - Nexus Global Opportunities Fund - 12.27% - Moneywise Financial Services, Vijit Growth Fund, 360 One Prime, PESB Alpha Fund, Arvesta Financial Services, roughly 10.7% each ────────── Things to know before you get excited about the 780x subscription - A Rs 5.23 Cr cheque bounce complaint from Tata Capital is still pending in court (dues have since been repaid, per the RHP) - Promoter transferred about 11 lakh shares to family linked and outside individuals at Rs 23/share in Aug-Sept 2025, versus the Rs 46-48 issue price ────────── Bottom line Positives - fresh issue only, real customer de-concentration, genuine margin expansion, multi year OEM/telecom relationships, cheap looking valuation on a post issue basis Negatives - cash conversion has collapsed right into the listing year, rising supplier concentration, growing related party funding, a sizeable pending cheque bounce case No Recommendation
