    @BSNLCorporate hello bsnl team , I am trying to disconnect the landline connection but not getting the option to do so . The website always times out. The phone is lying dead for months and is not being used anyway. Please help.

    @BSNL_OR , I am struggling from past few days for getting a new broadband connection.I have complaint several time on phone and also berhampur bsnl office.I got reference number from bsnl office.(16128039131).I think bsnl is applicable for city people not for rural. still bsnl

    @CGM_WB_BSNL In Madanpur, Nadia,pin -741245, ,I spoke to Chakdaha BSNL JTO, the about the 3G service in Madanpur. He informed me that he could not officially launch 3G because due to non availability of BTS card in Madanpur. So I request to CGM WB to provide require cards and equipment.

    @BSNLCorporate Paid online FTTH broadband bill through My BSNL App. Amount deducted but bill status still not paid. Illiterate Customer executive has got nothing to help... Disappointed kindly Help if anybody has some concern about consumer..

    @BSNLCorporate I’m using bsnl sim from 2014 & it stopped working. I visited bsnl Bangalore office but they said me (we cannot help as the sim is from Nagaland) .. such saddening statement to hear . How can I go to Nagaland now & search for the shop where I bought back in 2014...
