    @ViCustomerCare customer since 2007 started with idea now vi but things are getting ugly as biggest network of country doesn't care any more for their customers. With fastest network you can't call any bsnl landline number which is just a basic requirement for any user.

    @BSNLCorporate @Shubham68278634 Sir, It's been 21hrs in Metpally-505325 that Bsnl couldn't restore it's services,if power goes then the network goes off,they say no money for diesel to run tower generators Been with BSNL since since the 1980s but never felt this sort of adverse service since last 1yr @CMDBSNL

    The pathetic reason are giving like battery is not at exchange, power cut at exchange, exchange is down, wire cut....other service provider like jio airtel den and railtel also providing same services in the area but their services are not as pathetic as bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate The internet speed provided now is much slower than i used to get in 2010 .We people are suffering but still have hope to get a better network from BSNL. Don't let tgat hope n faith down.. its 2021 at least provide 3g network in with a better speed. Thank you.

    @BSNLCorporate Already did like 50 times 6months ago. I don't think that is required now. Trust me bsnl service sucks probably the reason of your downfall

    Every Hrs server speed & fluctuation is there. Not even a single day passed when the service work properly. Everyday customers are abusing us ready to fight with us. they are threatening to file a police complaint against us due to pathetic bsnl services speed server fluctuation

    I choose BSNL instead of Jio fiber but bad services found again bill timely received and paid on same day but no body attend the complain 01334 297874 phone not started and net is not coming for the last 30 hour

    @BSNLCorporate I have BSNL fiber connection and it’s been 3 days since it stopped working. There is no response from the BSNL team on my complaint.
