@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Hi, I’ve checked again, but I’m still facing the same issue. On the same handset, VoWiFi works perfectly with the Airtel SIM, but with the BSNL SIM I still don’t get the option to enable it.

@bsnl_care I have purchased a new sim on 10th January 2025. Despite multiple visits to BSNL office and multiple calls to 1503 and 1507 my number is not getting activated. Is this the reason BSNL is losing market share due to your pathetic customer service?

@MohmmedaliMurn1 @DKShivakumar Employees of BSNL, HMT ITI & several others also thought that they were giving 'public service'...when they had no competition. Once those sectors opened up, these 'public service companies' wounded up. Who decides it is a 'service'? I sympathise with bus drivers & mechanics who do challenging jobs everyday. They need to be paid well. But making them 'Govt employees' will only make them careless.... Sorry, if I have offended you!

Update: On call, I was told my SIM replacement will be done “from Panbazar office”. If the service is closed by DoT, how can it be processed from another BSNL office? This contradiction needs official clarification.
