    There is no response still. Such a pathetic customer service. No wonder why BSNL is in such a terrible financial situation. the govt should privatise BSNL as soon as possible.

    @BSNLCorporate how to reach you to have your broadband franchise in nalgonda region?? If your franchise exists, are they sleeping 24hrs?? No contacts, no advertisings, and i called one idiot(bsnl broadband)to take your connection.. guess what, he's not lifting the phone.

    @JioCare Now your network is unable to handle so many users. BSNL/MTNL network is working better than Jio now. 4G speed is less than 1mbps, recurring network issues, no network and internet while traveling. MNP is the only option, Bye Bye. Get well soon.
