  @itzksrai Dear Customer, To activate the VoLTE service, please type ACTVOLTE and send it via SMS to 53733. After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Please ensure that your handset software is updated to the latest version. For further assistance, please contact BSNL Customer Care at 1800-180-1503 or visit your nearest BSNL office.   @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio BSNL and Jio have very poor network coverage in my area, while Airtel has much better coverage with several towers. Please urgently improve your network infrastructure and signal coverage in this area.

  @ACTFibernet internet not working within 15 days of installation, pathetic company, this is happening in delhi so you can understand , how is there service outside delhi. Go for reputed companies like airtel, jio or even bsnl

  @bsnl_care What I got on previous complaint was just an SMS the ticket is closed. Without anyone trying to understand. BSNL aupport don’t even know what’s VoWifi.

  @Ravisutanjani @TRAI is servant of 2 big corporates airtel and jio they will not think about poor and senior citizens. If you are saying what about Vi and BSNL they were already out of the race they pushed backed intentionally by airtel and jio for their duopoly

  Hello, Big Mouth Broadband Operator @reliancejio For a company that talks so loudly about its network, this is an embarrassing level of service. The connectivity in Chaubeypur, Varanasi has been so pathetic for the last 15 days that you’re actually making BSNL look impressive. Local merchants are already discussing porting their Jio numbers. To make matters worse, even the JioFiber connection installed at my residence is down. 15 days of poor connectivity is not a “technical issue”. It is a failure of service. So, @reliancejio, what do you suggest? Should we stop wasting our time and port out?
