    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @BSNLCorporate Highest kind wastage of money, maintenence given to third party who never respond on time. Charging like others telcos while providing service like ****. Pls start a portal to take closure request online to avoid any contact with lazy employees of BSNL.

    @GunjanT76681975 @TG_TriGany This looks like serious issues. If the power is low then the coverage will be hit. If 256 QAM is not supported then throughput will be hit. Looks like TCS is far behind and still BSNL is claiming victory. TCS should come clean as to why they are unable to implement these features

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK The BSNL network connection in Srinagar is extremely poor, making it impossible for me to perform any online tasks. The internet keeps disconnecting frequently and remains unavailable for about 10 minutes at a stretch.

    @BSNLCorporate Even after recharging, incoming and outgoing calls are still barred. Upon calling customer service, they asked me to visit the BSNL office, which is approximately 20km away. Is this a practical solution and the support expected?

    @hbfetr I started using GooglePay in 2020 ig. So it's just like my BSNL. Unless it's not giving me any problem, I don't have any reason to change.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my mobile number from BSNL to Vi through your store. At the time of porting the SIM, I paid ₹199 for the first recharge. While my phone number has successfully been ported, i have rec message first recharge was not done by VI store pls help..

    @BSNL_KOTD Not getting any service from bsnl surkikal and mullick phatak exchange howrah. My router has been taken by your service franchisee SP network and not returned within warranty period. Further i have not received invoice for my newly purchased router as well.
