    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ To my surprise i have a 10 years old connection ..a wire was bitten had to change it ...was charged 30Rs a meter Rs 900 and also i have to put the wiring ...BSNL will not do it ...Really Poor Scrap and very Bad behavior ...

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl @PMOIndia Very pathetic service and customer care of BSNL. As complaint many times on customer care to remove my mobile number from other person BSNL landline number as getting msgs to pay undue of that guy. Can anyone address this issue or not.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ To my Surprise i have a 10 years old connection ..a wire was bitten had to change it ...charged 30Rs a meter Rs 900 and i have to put the wiring ...BSNL will not do it ...Really is this the Service provided ..No wireman .and wire charges

    @rsprasad why BSNL not updating broadband where optical fiber is available ? And why landline number has been changed if I am installing fiber optics in BSNL. In my home my landline number is 25 years old number. Why I m changing due to optical fiber pl. Make solution

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate complaint registered 4 bsnl fibre with registration number as 1054474786 today 7 days they r not solving mood and negative bsnl really frustrated nobody appear if it's private normally it's solved in 3 hours for fibre connection

    Also if Modi had a talk with Sundar Pichai before this announcement of $10bn, he shud have asked funds for BSNL. Even 10% would have been a great help!

    What is happening in BSNL. As there is server issue on daily basis. Also not allow port to other opertaor. My problem is that my mobile number (8000532512)not porting to other operator from BSNL. @TRAI @BSNL_GJ @AshwiniVaishnaw

    The toll free number not working. For landline complaints we have to call a dozen times before call is answered. Local BSNL office is closed. @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia I guess fool proofing our present systems will push more progress then novel innovative projects.

    @JaidevJamwal @bsnl_care @BSNL_UKD I use BSNL only to maintain an old number validity for a meagre recharge of 100₹ per month. Apart from that, their services are pathetic. Internet speed is less than that of 3G era at times, even in metro cities with full network. DND on app for spam calls is inefficient too.

    When India has connectivity of 5G and upgrading towards 6G: Bsnl is still in 3G and underdeveloped 4G. Can't make basic google search and UPI payment. What a use of so called "cheap plans" if network itself is unavailable?

    What kind of idiots work at bsnl man. Second month in a row they send the wrong bill. And that wrong bill always has extra charges, never lesser. They think people are reading the bills and just paying. Looks like PSUs have started looting too.
