@BSNL_GJ Went to Vastrapur exchange for FTTH connection request at my home, barely 150 mt from exchange on same road and locality. Shocked to know they can't provide service.Being a PSU employee prefer BSNL for BB.But if you can't provide at 150 mt distance then How you are going

@DoT_India My BSNL Landline number 07929703069, not working for last 4 days, nobody is responding. Today we met officers at Naroda telephone exchange and got reply that cable had cut and stollen, and we can't give you time period when we can solve the problem. Horrible answer.

@TanaysinghT To use BSNL, it is mandatory to keep in close contact with the exchange officer. It is normal for BSNL's network to go down, and the matter should be immediately reported to the exchange's SDOT, SDE officers so that the same problem is at least a little less in the future.

@TanaysinghT Basically ofc cutoff and power backup problem is the main reason for not having network, higher authority should be informed. BSNL mobile is ideal for feature phone, if you don't get constant 4g on the road, it won't work well. BSNL sim is ideal for secondary sim and ₹107 plan.
