@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ To my Surprise i have a 10 years old connection ..a wire was bitten had to change it ...was charged 30Rs a meter Rs 900 and also i have to put the wiring ...BSNL will not do it myself. Really Poor Scrap and very Bad behavior ...

I have complained for phone dead many times in the exchange, call and in app but, no one showed up. The line is dead since over a week now. Now I really think that BSNL does not the customers to use their service. Really thinking to end the service. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ

The toll free number not working. For landline complaints we have to call a dozen times before call is answered. Local BSNL office is closed. @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia I guess fool proofing our present systems will push more progress then novel innovative projects.

Hi @Airtel_Presence continueing. This horrible service in my area is since many years. That's why out of 3 airtel nos I've closed one b4 one year. Second 8569847588 closed recently. And 4 this 3rd one, high time to shift to Jio or even BSNL, WHOSE 3G speed is better than your 4G.

@geekyranjit 2-3 phones, 1 laptop, sometimes a TV. The router supplied by BSNL is okay, nothing remarkable about it. My subscription gives 30Mbps download speeds and it honestly is consistent for me, but sometimes goes down to Kbps speeds without any reason.

@DoT_India Our PRI No 0251-2624000 is always having disconnecting issues. In a year it works only half time. Around 20 complaints in a year. Following up with bsnl daily. Lead time to attend complaint is always more than a week. Multiple Letters given to BSNL Kalyan and online comp also.

@BSNLCorporate There are months where I have been paying my rentals but my phone was not working. You can send anyone in our area and do a inspection everyone will say the same thing people have disconnected BSNL and taken other connection just because this kind of service.

Thank You everyone who tweeted in my support... The issue resolved and it clearly explosed @BSNLCorporate that how they block 1900 service which people can't able to use to do MNP... Sad thing is that this practice is done by Govt telecom comp. @DoT_India @TRAI Now I am out BSNL
