    During Umphan and after the severe cyclone- in Kolkata, all the mobile network was down- except our oldman- BSNL . I could contact people only with BSNL mobile. Really inefficient they are 🤣 That’s why all are active to close down BSNL and save the Pvt. Telecom companies 🤣

    @BSNLGujOfficial @BSNL_GJ my bsnl internet not working properly . First time I complain than software update second time you have to replace the wire than also not working properly.

    I have complained for phone dead many times in the exchange, call and in app but, no one showed up. The line is dead since over a week now. Now I really think that BSNL does not the customers to use their service. Really thinking to end the service. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ

    @BSNL_GJ In the view of 21 days lockdown ...#stayhome and #WorkFromHome if it cannt provide stable internet broadband connection and after complaining the issue ,not responding to call by the officials ...no doubt why bsnl is suffering from the such loses!!

    Don't be harsh on Deepika Padukone. She went with BSNL. It is dead. She went with RCB. It has never won IPL. She went with Junior Mallya. Business & his dad became fugitive. She went with Yuvraj Singh. He barely survived. Now she's with #TukdeTukdeGang.

    @BSNL_GJ trying to call bsnl customer care since 4days, and trice a day. Even after 15 mins each time, the customer care "babu s" have no time to pick the call. My two bsnl prepaid no.'s validity is expired, need to be recharged and I don't know the stv to be recharged.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ My BSNL FTTH connection (1277) is not working since afternoon, and the fiber light is RED. Account: 1026094092 Complaint: 1052403963 I've rejected Jio, GTPL and put faith in BSNL. I'm facing a lot of inconvenience and can't work. Please help urgently!

    @DoT_India My BSNL Landline number 07929703069, not working for last 4 days, nobody is responding. Today we met officers at Naroda telephone exchange and got reply that cable had cut and stollen, and we can't give you time period when we can solve the problem. Horrible answer.

    This is yet not resolved.Complaint registration number 1052017750 on phone number 079-25464303. Repairer came to resolve and informed that one new cable is required to be installed in my area. Yet no action is taken to install the same. Take action @BSNL_GJ #bsnl @TRAI @PMOIndia

    @aloysianajit @ARanganathan72 2) Nobody cared about MTNL/ BSNL and their customer service. Coal block were given to people with no interest in Power industry. Basically GOVT HAS NO BUSINESS RUNNING BUSINESS, if they do then we taxpayer will be funding these PSUs with our blood and sweet forever.

    @MOU53RAT @thebokettogirl and hasnt that benefited us customers? telcos which got finished because they couldnt provide a proper service. My BSNL landline complain would go unattended for 2 months before one line man arrive n just say it was cut by others so we will not service it.

    @aloysianajit @ARanganathan72 Close to 20 yrs have been subscriber of BSNL out of that 10 years without using it.Was nostalgic as got after years wait in 90s & kept paying 300/month/10 yrs (36K).Finally got rid of it 1000 Rs deposit not paid in 6 months.Local employees were happy as they had one less customer

    @BSNL_KL I had complained about poor network coverage for #bsnl in my area in 2019. Still the situation is same. BsNL tower is 800m away. Still I'm getting poor signal.. Unable to use internet.. How much time still I expected to wait?

    @BSNLCorporate I recharged on my bsnl no 8855024495 today by using UPI service.Till now i m not got recharge and I just got conformation from bank that the amount is credit to merchant acount. Plz solve issue asap.
