    @BSNL_GJ 07925500007 since last 2 month landline and broadband totally dead.not working.and ill not pay any single bill.bsnl send me 2 month bill and ll and bb not working.ill not pay.i did complain many many many times.but no solution.

    @VodafoneIN and I also port into bsnl because bsnl takes action for any complaint but you can't doing anything for your Customer without cheat them.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl @PMOIndia Very pathetic service and customer care of BSNL. As complaint many times on customer care to remove my mobile number from other person BSNL landline number as getting msgs to pay undue of that guy. Can anyone address this issue or not.

    Also if Modi had a talk with Sundar Pichai before this announcement of $10bn, he shud have asked funds for BSNL. Even 10% would have been a great help!

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate , @BSNL_GJ BSNL fibre connection has been put for Intracity Transfer on 1st March 2023. The connection no 079 29602966. Running pillier to post of Naranpura and sabarmati telephone exchanges. Pl look into for an effective service

    BSNL Fiber is down. Complaint line is also not working. Upon calling CC, got to know System Upgrade is going on. It is down for all. That's why BSNL can never be a good service provider. The smallest system upgrade usually takes place in the night, that too with prior info. 1/N

    @dmuthuk As a consumer, smart meter is required. Smart meters will help Tangedco reduce revenue loss. All losses and inefficiencies are passed on to consumers as tariff increase. Let private DISCOMs be allowed. Consumers don't have choice. It is like old BSNL with no competition.

    @yabhishekhd Even the 5G has got nerfed. In my village, these is not FTTH. I got Jio Air Fiber and it really sucks. Me and my whole family about 5 people will have SIM converted to Airtel and BSNL.
