    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I've been trying to reach BSNL support for the past 2–3 days. Calls are picked up and immediately disconnected. I'm unable to use my BSNL service and SMS is blocked — despite all plans being in place. This is unacceptable and disappointing.

    @TRAI @BSNLCorporate I have wrote to every bsnl authorities in my knowledge. I faced complaint network unable issue from 6th april to 23 rd may. And I had active recharge. No refund has provided. In month of June broadband and inter both are not working in birul bazar.

    @bsnl_care I have sorry to say the network of BSNL UP East in my town Balrampur PIN code 271201 is disappeared from yesterday. Please direct to your technical team to resolve this issue as early as possible for them. My mobile number is 9415049053. Other number is 8707435565.

    "Vishal, what I personally feel is that the government doesn't seem genuinely eager to revive BSNL. It looks more like an intentional shift to let private players dominate the telecom industry. A few years ago, I had five BSNL connections — today, I’m down to just one. The biggest issue I faced was poor service. In Ahmedabad, for instance, broadband services are handled by contractors who often lack professionalism and accountability. There’s potential in BSNL, but without proper support and management reforms, it’s slowly being sidelined."
