    In 2019, i went to a #BSNL office for sim replacement and they charged Rs.120/- when i told private network Idea charged just Rs.20 for sim replacement. The reply from Employee “This is government network which never close and those private network might close anytime”

    @BSNL_OR Today morning I am call your agent (9348555836) how to activate voice service but this guy behaves like I am a bagger . He told don’t call me I am busy. Is this BSNL service again I am calling a local employee he told me plz contact who is installe ur modem. Then what to do ..???
