I've been facing issues with BSNL for two months. I ported to support BSNL but get barely 2G and no network for two weeks. Despite 20+ complaints, there's no resolution, only technical jargon without ground reports. After over two months as a BSNL user, I suggest getting a BSNL SIM only as a secondary option or for minimal use if a tower is nearby. BSNL needs another year to develop proper 4G services, including eSIM, VoWiFi, and caller tunes.

The Indian government has infused a significant amount of money into BSNL's revival through multiple packages over the last few years, particularly within the last 10 years. Here's a breakdown of the major revival packages: * 2019 Revival Package: Approved in October 2019, this package was valued at ₹69,000 crore. It focused on reducing employee costs through a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS), debt restructuring with sovereign guarantee bonds, and monetizing assets. It also included an infusion of ₹20,140 crore for 4G spectrum purchase and ₹3,674 crore for GST on spectrum allocation. * 2022 Revival Package: Approved in July 2022, this package amounted to ₹1.64 lakh crore. Its aim was to upgrade BSNL's services, allocate spectrum, de-stress its balance sheet, and augment its fiber network by merging Bharat Broadband Nigam Limited (BBNL) with BSNL. * 2023 Revival Package: Approved in June 2023, this was the third revival package with a total outlay of ₹89,047 crore. This package primarily included the allotment of 4G/5G spectrum to BSNL through equity infusion. The authorized capital of BSNL was also increased from ₹1,50,000 crore to ₹2,10,000 crore. In total, the government has infused over ₹3.23 lakh crore into BSNL and MTNL through these three separate packages since 2019. This amount primarily covers the last 10 years, as the major revival efforts began in 2019.

like Airtel, Jio are offering broadband with TV channels and ott platforms successfully. Mindset of the BSNL is the root cause of their failures as a service provider which lead them to suffer financial loss for decades. When they are in service they should be be in their toe to

@JioCare Don’t call it Jio 5G. If the speed is worse than 3G and reliability worse than BSNL, just call it Jio “No G” — because there’s no network, no support, no shame. @JioCare @TRAI how long do we suffer for your profits?

Trust me I have been facing issues with BSNL for the last 2 months. I have been ported to show support to bsnl. Barely getting even 2G, no network form last 2 weeks. Complaint 20+ times no solving. Only doing technical words no ground reports. After being 2months + more bsnl user. I'll request you if the tower is near your location only then get a bsnl but as a secondary SIM or that sim you use very less. BSNL needs another year to develop proper 4G services, including esim, VoWifi, callertunes like basic services

@Ravisutanjani BSNL customer care should be outsourced to Vodaphone. BSNL and Vodaphone are both government control entities. Let all outlets of Vodafone sell and service BSNL Sims. @JM_Scindia
