    @BSNLCorporate I thought you can get the same from complaint number. Area pincode 262406 , BSNL landline number : 05825 297737. My broadband is not working from 2-3 days and every time I call cc they ask for 24 hr more but no resolution. This happens every month.

    If someone has taken a BSNL sim, then there is a problem, then do not even pick up the customer care after keeping the customer care for the whole day

    @PMOIndia @narendramodi Please make rule, Bsnl landline number portability should be done. People can move to any network with same landline number also, as like mobile number portability. It is time of need. BSNL services becomes pathetic.

    @BSNL_BR I haven't even used 1 month bsnl Fibre properly. Every alternate day the link goes down for atleast 1 hour. I want to refund and discontinue the service. Please let me know the process.

    @BSNLCorporate But why BSNL executive informed me for minimum 20 connections to be deployed altogether for the service to ne started. It means area is feasible but no one wants to go ahead for this until unless you get something. But I want this connection without Something which you wanted.

    @BSNL_UPW I am getting even worst than worst service from bsnl ftth..... Even they are not changing my plane...as i m a student so for me 899 is too much amount i just want to change it in some lower price plane like 499 or 599
