    @bsnl_tt @nagellatrinath As per your broucher can u pls confirm whether the land line number change when converted to ftth? If yes, Why can’t the bsnl take steps to issue ftth without changing number. If the pvt operator airtel converting the copper to fibre without number change, why can’t bsnl.

    @BSNL_MH My grandparents BSNL number recharged with 2 times in current month with different plans, but still it says service unvailable when he try to make outgoing calls. Can you fix it asap. Very bad service by #bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate most of the times bsnl representative(third party vendor) in our locality does not takes their responsibility for any outage. Please take action, they are not resolve issue on priority. Services are not provided seriously. Pincode-145029 jugial.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Neither your customer care no i.e. 18001801504 , 18003451504 works nor your complaints section in My bsnl App or website works. You guys need to do your homework in customer satisfaction. That's what you lack. HOW do we do work from home ??

    @cgmbsnlkerala @BSNL_KL BSNL India declared that Alanallur is FTTH city. But There is no Customer using FTTH, Due to lack of Service of BSNL Kerala.The present situation is required a Quality of internet for Work home,Online class,etc. kindly Implement(Fiber) connections in Rural

    @ViCustomerCare probably the worst service that i ever get from a network company.. recently i ported my BSNL no. To Vi but now i realised i was a big mistake they are providing 2G internet at cost of 4G am even unable to send sms to anyone it's been 5 days
