    @bsnl_care Otherwise, I will have to complaint about irregularities in department on IGRS and Consumer Forum for fooling customers in name of Add-on data when you don't know the meaning of Add-on data. Share with me any such guidelines or proof for the same. #RequestForChange #NewBSNL #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, my broadband connection was restored yesterday, but today the same problem has happened again. I have to call the local operator almost every day just to get my internet working. It feels like the service is still stuck in the early 2000s. 👇2

    @Sr_Rakesh1 Hi, There is no charge for porting your number to BSNL. To initiate the porting process, send an SMS PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900 to receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), which is valid for 4 days. After receiving the UPC, visit the nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre with your ID proof, passport-size photograph, and UPC code to complete the porting process. Regards, BSNL Care (Gopal)

    @bsnl_care Via my prepaid BSNL 4G sim It's 9:00 & ur 4G signal hasn't returnd. So, I'm posting via my prepaid sim (via hotspot) Do u've separate towers 4 prepaid & postpaid sims? Coz network on prepaid sim is much better than the postpaid sim! Why is it so? Any explanation?
