    @BSNLCorporate Is BSNL not available in Bihar at Pin code 841212. I am currently in roaming and internet is not working here. Govt. is launching 5g network but here I am unable to use 2G, 3G and 4G. My contact number 8981200437.

    @BSNL_RJ your customer care doesnt care for anything. Have been trying to get SIM temporary blocked as phone got stolen, however they are insisting on details like last recharge and last called number, which is impossible to get if phone itself is stolen. BSNL offices are closed

    @TRAI @PMO No network in diwali fest.. because of bsnl ugly service . I will tweet every month but no use.. shut down our network..

    @ttagasam Configuring Modem without knowing specifications is not possible. Kindly contact local BSNL. If not resolved, pls approach us for immediate escalation of the issue.

    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate MY Sim is not operational after porting from vodafone to BSNL, All details given to bsnl,mail approval copy of my previous service provider is also attached. Please help me, else update me the address and contact, I will visit personally. Thank You.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK has the worst customer care service ever. It has been over 15 days since I registered a complaint about my BSNL broadband in Jammu not working. Since last week, I have been trying to contact customer care through all the numbers available online.

    @DoT_India MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED BSNL vendors are interested to SALE their personal or local broadband connections but not in BSNL. My vendor is regularly sending me schemes & offers of other broadband companies even after I have cleared that I want to stick with BSNL.

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL After tweet& emails10days they came home . My simple question is why local BSNL staff not answer in whatsapp before one week when i msgd him bcz they no need customers .they forcefully careless us to disconnect bsnl.this issue every month 3to4days. we pay fees need proper reply.
