Neeraj Agarwal (@taxpayer1978) reported@bsnl_care I was using BSNL previously, but the internet was always in ICU. The customer care is also usless. Even to cancel the connection, i had to run to BSNL office twice, with ancient methods of writing letters, and waiting in queue just to pay outstanding amount and return the modem. Even after cancelling, the bills came to me for a few months, until I went to BSNL and made a ruckus out of the useless processes. Then I let go BSNL for good. You have a great reach in India, but very poor systems & processes. World will not wait. You need to catch up. Thank you for your message though. Very kind of you.

Large government contracts can be meaningful for BSNL, especially at a time when private telecom players are competing aggressively for enterprise and institutional customers.
