    Every time try to login in @BSNLCorporate self care portal , it take 15 min to send OTP, in which era you guyz are living , don't spoil image of BSNL.

    I recharged my number on 8th on my bsnl sim of ₹187 but it is still not reflected. I book a complaint on 14th, January the support team have me resolution of 16th, January. But now when I calling customer they cut my call and behave rudely #fraud @BSNLCorporate @consumerforum_

    @DmAlmora Upon asking the lineman for help, he always has one thing to say, "BSNL se dikkat hai." We don't have any towers here as well, and without internet we can't even make phone calls. So, the situation is really bad when it comes to internet here. Please help. 🙏

    Docket no. 16805826672 dtd 06.01.2023 against ftth connection. Internet services is till now unavailable at my office. Even on regular request neither BSNL authorities nor local vendor resolved my issues related to broken supply OFC . kindly expedite this issue.

    @DoT_India Sir there is big problem for VSNL IDA pensioners. 6 yrs over no implementation of 3rd DPE scale wef 1.1.2017. No CGHS facility. No P-ID cards. VSNL now TCL, VSNL pensioners are alive. DOT must mention in their all orders to BSNL/MTNL that, it's applicable to VSNL pensioners also.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL Pune City does not deposit and any other credit until 6 months even after telephone is disconnected. They are rude and CSC does not attend to phone calls. I have made more than dozen visits for this purpose.

    @CMDBSNL FTTH is not working at all. I face problems on the daily basis. How we will study and do wfh, we have no hope from @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD now, thinking 2 leave Uttarakhand. I live in Bahadrabad haridwar - BSNL shivalik nagar branch haridwar. Kindly pay attention to it

    @BSNLCorporate 50 hours are over but bsnl is not able to resolve my network issue.Which is disconnected every 15 to 20 mins.
