    With Jio, you can never talk to customer care — only a computer keeps saying “we will answer your questions.” For 3 years I’ve been complaining, but nothing has been solved. WiFi is always slow, calls don’t connect. Honestly, BSNL is far better than Jio. @reliancejio

    50 days, still no BSNL network. No calls, no data. ZERO service. 📍 Cosmos Legend, chikhal dongre road,Global City, Virar West – 401303 BSNL is the worst telecom experience ever. no resolution. Just false promises. Don’t even think of porting to @bsnl_care

    @IndianTechGuide BSNL network is very weak . Already government work is slow by using slow network they will work more slowly

    @IndianTechGuide Odisha government has mandated the use of BSNL services across all government offices and institutions to promote uniformity and support public sector telecom. Departments have been instructed to migrate existing connections to BSNL for internet, broadband, landline, and leased lines.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care I have submitted a letter to deactivate my broadband effective immediately on July, contacted local office and customer support multiple times, even still Im getting the bill, this is cheap tricks from @BSNLCorporate to eat up my deposit #Bsnl #BsnlScam

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare What's happening? I'm trying to call my friend's BSNL number (starts with 91), but I keep getting "The dialed number is invalid." The same number works fine with Airtel, BSNL & VI, but not on Jio. Even with another Jio, the issue persists. Please help

    @BSNLCorporate sorry to say but the unprofessional attitude being shown by #BSNL in rectifying the Fibre connection at #Jammu( which is down for last 1 week) makes me seriously think of switching over to @airtelindia or #Vodafone Very poor show then we wonder why PSUs disappoint

    @kanak_news Being a BSNL officer you should keep your prestige of BSNL company. About 10 thousands crores of tax money is being spent every year to give good Network to common people. Result is zero.
