@BSNLCorporate My Griverance is same as all ppl subscribed to bsnl in vizag steel plant ppl this is in behalf of them we have no option else...we could have switched... So kindly provide us service worth we at for....!

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI Complain with docket ID 1L0770975446 registered on 7/11/2021 still no resolution. I am unable to recharge my number, how do I use my mobile. Pathetic service, whenever I contact, am asked to wait for 24 hours. Can't just understand what is wrong with BSNL!

@jaganmsna @rajbhagatt @sundarmail BSNL have already lost their game. Major TT Exchange like one at 632401 and major other places are now closed and place is leased down Also, They subcontract end connections from exchange and only come to picture for Billing

Hy @BSNLCorporate I'm suffering from really slow download speed in my BSNL 4G sim in Nawada Bihar pin coad 805110 in my area 4g is available so I purchased the new bsnl 4g sim but in day time i got really slow download speed it's only 100-200kbps please try to solve it😢

@blaisezm @BSNLCorporate Blaise, BSNL has a system of rebate on bills when the connection gets cut for > 7 days. If I remember right, you'll have to write (with the relevant details & proof of registering the complaint) to the Accounts Officer the mail id should be on the reverse of the bill.
