    @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe @bsnlupe Have my BSNL connection in Lucknow 0522 2328449 since last 25+ years. I pay yearly amt. Have broadband 10Mbps plan. Since May broadband never gave more than 2 Mbps. Since last 1 month, no internet. Complained everyday. No resolution. Help, pls

    @kundu_prashant @Debashreeta7 @KiranKS When private sector can provide better service with 9.7 manpower BSNL for same set of services was employing 92 employees. Can any business enterprises survive with such (in)efficiency. Less said the better.

    So shamful. Contacted customer care repeatedly but they said no issue at our end . I am using two different simcard on my smartphone . I am able to send message from another sim but not able to send text messages from bsnl simcard . @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate

    In this rainy season the parents are taking their child far from home where they can access network in this rainy season. Their is BSNL tower it's waste for the village it is without a speed internet and only network is available if their is power supply.

    @BSNL_PB my bsnl connection account number is not showing online during bill payment. So pls resolve my issue so I could pay my bill easily from any Apps. Like Phone pe, Google pay, paytm etc...

    @DoT_India This is what you said twice. For that only we have replied that till now nobody contacted us regarding this issue. So... what is the use of forwarding to them. Why they don't respond / contact us to understand the problem and solve it. Can you really do something workable. #BSNL

    Very poor services from your team, Guna. The number is not functional- 07542 259081 since morning. I am repitively requesting to various officials of BSNL, Guna. We applied for Optical fibre connection tranfer one month ago. Till today no response from officials. @tdmbsnlguna
