    @BSNLCorporate it is regretted that bsnl odisha has failed to proper service.KIMS bhubneswar is most leading hospital in odisha but there is no net in side hospital though bhubneswar is the BSNL head quarter.

    @abhi_535 When 3G launched ,BSNL awarded 3G spectrum first . But in case of 4G,may be the presence of a new enterant , makes so special, that even after 10 years of launch , bsnl could never launch 4G. Sometimes no spectrum,TEPC, DOT secretary ,so many indirect people to block it.

    @SortedEagle Lots of money wasted .. it can be used strength the bsnl or give homes to extremely poor .
