@Ravisutanjani I had post bsnl sim before 2020. I closed my post paid and bsnl suppose to refund my deposit, still not refunded my deposit. I called bsnl customer care multiple times,written emails, sent tweets, even till now no refund. Imagine how much customer deposit stuck in bsnl, mtnl, sbi

@Ravisutanjani It's not special,vi is already giving ₹200 unlimited calling monthly plans with better network and services....... BSNL is a joke with no network,call drops rate and irregular internet

@chetanc10639996 @IndianGems_ Why are you so obsessed with profitability, if a PSU is non profitable what's the problem as long as its serving people of country. BSNL used to employ 2.5 lakh people now it's just 50k, giving jobs to those 2L people is more important than showing profitability

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Work on ground rather than advertising, people automatically opt BSNL, I am currently facing issue of calling which is caused by unstable VOLTE please fix ASAP, and one more thing BSNL towers are working only 6hr in day and in rest 18 hour shutdown please monitor ur every towers

@Ravisutanjani BSNL Network is worst. Before porting to BSNL, I purchased a new BSNL SIM to check the network quality. It was the worst. I would have regretted it if I had ported to BSNL.

@bsnl_care Are you serious? How can you publicly disclose the full phone number of a customer while responding to a grievance? violation of privacy norms. phone number without masking/consent is irresponsible. Does “privacy” not matter to BSNL? Expecting a responsible and prompt response.
