@tripureshwari1 @cwRD2002 It used to be okay, but fell in disrepair after Hyderabad Telecom (HT), along with dozens of other landline companies were consolidated into BSNL in the 2000s. Consolidation didn't work then, it won't work now. It will only make the consolidated entity easier to fail.

@BSNL_RJ It is really disappointing that BSNL has the worst customer service, trying calling on 18003451500 for hours line is blank after "we are connecting to an agent". My office work is getting delayed for the past 4 days. please improve your customer services and contact me.

@BSNLCorporate Day 10 of no internet connectivity for my FTTH even after paying the bills on time. Extremely worst service. No wonder bsnl is suffering losses and laying off their staff. @TRAI @CMDBSNL

@BSNLCorporate I went to nearby BSNL Exchange and requested for New FTTH Connection last month. Since then, I'm not getting correct response from them. I repeatedly calling them, but no use. Such a bad service, I never expected from a state run firm.

Is there any problem with BSNL landline nos. Dialing landline nos In Bengaluru via mobile, getting the message of "please check the number you have dialled".
