    @BSNLCorporate I acquired BSNL no. 9475126619 on 25 Aug 2026. However, outgoing calls are blocked and incoming calls are also not working. Iโ€™ve manually selected the BSNL network, but the issue persists. Customer Care has not provided any clear solution. Please check.

    @MehmoodPracha @Cockroachisback @abhijeet_dipke I NEED HELP AS I HAVE PROOF AGAINST HIGH LEVEL CORRUPTIONS IN BSNL EVEN I TALK TO EVERYONE FROM BOTTOM TO TOP OF BSNL BUT THEY NOT HELP ME & NOT RETURN MY MONEY WHICH THEY CHARGED AS INSTALLATION CHARGES FOR BSNL BROADBAND

    @socialpwds Sir, Surat team none of them responds on BSNL landline nor on email. Absolutely poor engagement, we're active only one way communication on social media. That's all. No official ever reaches out to disabled for solving their concerns.

The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a major state-owned telecommunications company, has experienced significant difficulties in collecting rental payments for the utilisation of government-owned communication towers over an extended period spanning approximately 10 years. This prolonged failure to collect these essential rental revenues has resulted in massive and substantial financial losses to the government treasury and the public exchequer. The accumulated unpaid rental amounts represent a considerable drain on national resources and have negatively impacted the financial health of the organization. This situation has created a significant fiscal burden on the government, affecting the availability of funds that could otherwise be allocated to critical infrastructure development, technological advancement, and improved service delivery to the citizens of the nation. This alarming situation raises critical concerns: Is this a deliberate conspiracy orchestrated by officials, or is it a result of gross negligence and administrative failure? Who bears the responsibility for this financial mismanagement and dereliction of duty? When will appropriate action be initiated against those responsible? Furthermore, when will a comprehensive and transparent account of the public's hard-earned money be provided to the citizens?     @viravi109 @KSAbhilash @Pawankhera BSNL was systemically killed. Government can run good businesses if public demands it. ISRO was running a good business before. Just because a better player exists, doesnโ€™t mean kill of the smaller player. And right now ISRO is the bigger one. Wtf is your logic,

    @bsnl_care If issue is under review then why docket is closed. Since docket was closed I am see my compain in BSNL APP. kindly reopen the same docket no complaint and don't close till you get resolution

    @Ajaykumaarji Bharti Airtel Net profit is around โ‚น34,000 crores and Jio is around โ‚น30,000 crores. And still they're sucking people because of TRAI allowing Jio free for 3 months which closed Aircel, Docomo and ended up Vi in to losses, which became Duopoly now. BSNL should start and expand their 5G network soon. TRAI is a bafoon allowing feature phone users to recharge plans which has mandatory 5G plan, companies make mandatory recharge even for incoming calls.
