They are coming in BSNL and going out from BSNL as per their will as wish. They are dead against our Rights IDA & 3rd PRC.

If customers pay full money why should they get full services. why @TRAI has given power to stop consumers switching network if bills are unpaid even if bills and not genuine. So why not any penalty for service providers also
