@BSNLCorporate why dont you guys not refunding the deposit of the customers what is the purpose of holding customers money without releasing is that bsnl policy very pathetic service from bsnl grabbing customers money to bsnl pocket no employees are doing their duty

In online application there does show Surgaon (FTTH) option but when I contact the person, they say not possible for one connection and also there is a bbnl connection in Grampanchayat which also uses BSNL line, so what really is a problem? @cgm_mh_bsnl

@BSNLCorporate I always thought only BSNL Provide strongest network everywhere, If your network goes it can't connect two to three days. There is no any proper Technician available here to sort out issue. In this pandemic this also necessary. Please look into this.

@BSNLCorporate Reminder to BSNL as no updates from your Divisional Engineer.None of your engineer has called us to give update.Think BSNL is still fooling PPL.Very very poor service and customer service too.
