@ViCustomerCare First provide the 4g network connection don't ask that silly questions, you want Twitter followers provide the correct 4g network. India ka worsted network vi your network better than bsnl network

Dear #BSNL we accept you are not able to give 3G or 4G servises, you can give good network for remote areas....we are facing the problem of reaching our moms every day. Yes I am from siddapur(tq) uttarakannada(dist) Karnataka state.... it's a fundamental service we need from u 🙏

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate I have started using BSNl fiber BB from last couple of months in Tripura. As per the plan suppose to get around 200Mbps speed. But I receive around 30 Mbps. Even it come down sometime 10 to 15. If I call bsnl office and customer care no resolution.

I love BSNL. But .. Called 1503. wanted to talk to a customer care executive. Waited and waited. At last the line was disconnected by itself after 12:02 minutes! No one answered! For the last three days, same story. Can u pls tell me - WHY?????? @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate again my FTTH 07324-298513 is completely down and the complain has already been lodged at Bsnl Mhow office. Not sure why it is not yet resolved. Please get the issue resolved ASAP and properly fix it please as facing such issues frequently now a days. @DoT_India
