    @Airtel_Presence Still i am waiting for support, I got caught up in the illusion of your best network ad, don't punish that mistake so much. Till now my problem is not solved. Even BSNL used to do it in the olden days

    Being a reputed private organization even BSNL is 10x better at providing service in contrast to what you offer. I am moving over to a new service provider if this is still not being resolved. After this harassing experience my trust in your brand is gone for good.  (6/6)

    @BSNLCorporate 7days about to over no one attending complaint, more than 20 calls made, jto, charminar office, contractor but in reply i got reply we can not help you from bsnl charminar office. Is it time to say goodbye bsnl.

    @JioCare I move from #BSNL #FIBER to #jio FIBER because of your professionalise and perfect customer service. Although I am paying higher for this. But if you provide such service then I have no option to switch back to my old one. Altist they are providing proper solution for customers.

    @cringd_consumer All the 4 telcos ( Jio , Airtel , Vi ,BSNL ) Don't allow port sms without any active service validity plan A service validity recharge with ₹10 talktime in main account balance will be enough for porting process as vi mentioned in 79 plan , standard charge applicable to sms 1900

    @reliancejio service is the worst in Machilipatnam. It takes at least a week to troubleshoot if the internet is not working. BSNL is far better. Jio is only focussed to sell broad bands by giving offers.What is the use when the service is very bad?They do not have enough manpower

    I'm interested to install BSNL FIBRE connection but Bsnl vendor not interested. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD i get local vendor number from JOKA exchange but vendor not interested. So now I'm thinking for private operators. That's why BSNL never get profitable #bsnl

    @priyashmita @airtelindia Till date never had Airtel net connection, hv BSNl and JIO, despite its bad reputation I still prefer BSNL
