Yesterday, I faced an outage and logged a complaint via their helpline, the problem was resolved within 5 hours. I was surprised by their quick telephonic response and the fast resolution. Shiv Kumar Singh (@ShivSingh1309) reported@bsnl_care I contacted customer care via call as I described, but they are not giving satisfactory answers. On Google Maps, there is no BSNL office near me. I am in the capital of the biggest state (population) India and still getting this service from government company. Please fix this.
