  @RahulGandhi BSNL is not worth crap because the staff is arrogant, lazy, corrupt, they don't provide spare parts, problems r not attended, linesmen ask for bribes, entire BSNL is a colossal waste ! My personal experience.

  @AmitShah @narendramodi BSNL has terrible staff. Lazy, arrogant, corrupt, linesmen demand money, complaints not looked into, customer care phones r off the hook, spare parts unavailable, total mess. Not worth crap ! Waste of public money. BSNL customer review.

Isn't Reliance planning to take-over BSNL by reducing its market value and cutting down the cost by sacking the employees and paying through the tax-payers money?

  @BSNLCorporate Telephone and broadband is working now after taking to task field staff today by myself . This tweeter complaint is sleeping since 6 days with just assurance. I'll have to see how long my phone will work. BSNL staff are also responsible for downfall of once respected DOT

  @gmtdbongaigaon Severe network and internet issues at Barpeta Road (pin- 781315) since 48 hours (11 Feb-12 Feb). Registered a complaint over call and also local office platform but no response. Too much of negligence and irresponsibility of BSNL service.

  .@BSNLCorporate Any BSNL official or the Telecom Minister ever tried calling the BSNL call center themselves? If not, please do. The response is poor and executives seem unhelpful. If this is the service level, it may be better to shut down customer care and save public money

  @JioCare once you use jio air fiber, you will remember one old commercial "Dabba hai dabba, jio air fiber dabba". BSNL provides better service than them. @Airtel_Presence never faced such disastrous service with Airtel. #jioairfiberdabba
