@BSNL_HR @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Sir,Customer care services of BSNL are very poor. They don't even want to listen to the issue .Every time they cut the phone by saying there is some technical(server) issue we are unable to resolve. Hoping to be heard here.

Bsnl should not be closed, Public sector is the basic pillar of employment,it is our property,simply switch to Bsnl immediately,1699 rs/year for data,voice and roaming.unlimited I support Bsnl Jai hindh

@Airtel_Presence WiFi on landline no. 01204117680 not working properly for past few months. I had shifted from BSNL for a better internet. Not expected such service from Airtel. Even after many complaints, it’s not been resolved. Please look seriously into the matter. 😐

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI I'm trying to send port message. 1st I recieved message from BSNL that UPC request received but no UPC code received. Now upon resending the message it says message format is not correct. I rechecked and confirmed that format is correct. Pls help

@TG_TriGany Respected sir, BSNL U-SIM launched but unable to do replacement for Other State Sim and Customer. Example: Customer sim from Bihar and also adress Bihar then SIM replacement will not done in other State. Pl rectify the issue.

@bsnl_care I do have BSNL Number but not recieving OTP and also not able to call anybody. However, Internet services are working and also getting Text Messages from personal number. I wanted to call customer care but it again says this service is not available on your number

Bhai, BSNL ghotala mainly Jio billing issue se judta hai—₹1757 crore ka loss CAG ne bola tha kyuki BSNL ne 10 saal bill nahi bheja. Lekin latest update: Govt kehte hain CAG misread clause, ab corrected, revised bills bheje gaye, no actual loss. BSNL management responsible for lapse, Modi govt par opposition blame karti hai. @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Recharge with bsnl is total westage of money . No network in main area like Sitabuldi of Nagpur city. Could not use data for 15 days of recharge. If u can't provide service then please don't sell SIM.
