@BSNL_HR @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Sir,Customer care services of BSNL are very poor. They don't even want to listen to the issue .Every time they cut the phone by saying there is some technical(server) issue we are unable to resolve. Hoping to be heard here.

Bsnl should not be closed, Public sector is the basic pillar of employment,it is our property,simply switch to Bsnl immediately,1699 rs/year for data,voice and roaming.unlimited I support Bsnl Jai hindh

@Airtel_Presence WiFi on landline no. 01204117680 not working properly for past few months. I had shifted from BSNL for a better internet. Not expected such service from Airtel. Even after many complaints, it’s not been resolved. Please look seriously into the matter. 😐

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI I'm trying to send port message. 1st I recieved message from BSNL that UPC request received but no UPC code received. Now upon resending the message it says message format is not correct. I rechecked and confirmed that format is correct. Pls help

Network outage persists at Jaldhaka,Paten Godak Khasmahal, Kalimpong District. BSNL’s network fails on a recurring loop, dropping to unusable levels with only 2G crawling. Daily work, digital payments, school tasks, essential communication, and emergency coordination get stalled.

@bsnl_care But I don't know how much of time it will take? Almost for the last three months I'm raising this issues. More over ironically BSNL will will Stop All services if I don't recharge. If I recharge no connectivity..no network...no voice calls.. that too for a one month package.(1)

It lets users make/receive calls using Wi-Fi when cellular signal is weak or absent, as long as you have a BSNL SIM. They're also planning student and women-focused plans. It's a step to improve connectivity.

Except improving network BSNL is doing all useless work to improve profit reducing recharge validity removed 1gb plans now increased sim replacement charges to Rs 100 it is like stealing customer money 💰 without food service pls change your attitude 🙄 @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate are you aware of poor customer care call quality? They are not able to hear us well and we too cant hear them well. Such a noisy and patchy line for customer care. Their capability to resolve issue is second concern. Hoping so badly for bsnl to survive.

@TelecomTalk Am student too...pedsuing Phd...took bsnl 1 and half year back....am frm Visakhapatmam....suffered terribly in Mumabi Powai area...No network no signal nothing...just WiFi when in Hotel...had been waiting for 5g in June 2025...failed...then told December 2025 that too failed..now
