Now upon resending the message it says message format is not correct. I rechecked and confirmed that format is correct. Pls help

I recharged my BSNL number 8987449440 today morning with plan 599 Earlier also they didn't provide any data. I don't know why BSNL is unable to provide data, despite taking charge for giving data
