@Airtel_Presence WiFi on landline no. 01204117680 not working properly for past few months. I had shifted from BSNL for a better internet. Not expected such service from Airtel. Even after many complaints, it’s not been resolved. Please look seriously into the matter. 😐

@BSNL_HR @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Sir,Customer care services of BSNL are very poor. They don't even want to listen to the issue .Every time they cut the phone by saying there is some technical(server) issue we are unable to resolve. Hoping to be heard here.

@vishal_mega I am very disappointed to see that since 10 days my issue is not resolved and case forcefully closed without taken any action. VMM seems like a BSNL-MTNL. How can customer staye tuned with VMM?

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI I'm trying to send port message. 1st I recieved message from BSNL that UPC request received but no UPC code received. Now upon resending the message it says message format is not correct. I rechecked and confirmed that format is correct. Pls help

@bsnl_care My complaint No. 114001250 (BB completely out of order) was closed on 05-Aug-2025 without any update or restoration of service. Totally unacceptable! Restore my connection immediately & explain why it was closed without resolution. #BSNL #Broadband

@vedangstwt I've switched to bsnl, now neither I get signal or spam calls, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, like monsoons, when you use airtel you feel like it's cheating you, it doesn't come with bsnl, switch
