@Airtel_Presence WiFi on landline no. 01204117680 not working properly for past few months. I had shifted from BSNL for a better internet. Not expected such service from Airtel. Even after many complaints, it’s not been resolved. Please look seriously into the matter. 😐

Bsnl should not be closed, Public sector is the basic pillar of employment,it is our property,simply switch to Bsnl immediately,1699 rs/year for data,voice and roaming.unlimited I support Bsnl Jai hindh

@vishal_mega I am very disappointed to see that since 10 days my issue is not resolved and case forcefully closed without taken any action. VMM seems like a BSNL-MTNL. How can customer staye tuned with VMM?

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI I'm trying to send port message. 1st I recieved message from BSNL that UPC request received but no UPC code received. Now upon resending the message it says message format is not correct. I rechecked and confirmed that format is correct. Pls help

@BSNL_HR @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Sir,Customer care services of BSNL are very poor. They don't even want to listen to the issue .Every time they cut the phone by saying there is some technical(server) issue we are unable to resolve. Hoping to be heard here.

It is no wonder Jio is fast losing the customer base due to very bad service from them now. Even after trying to contact for last 2 hours I am unable to get connected to a Live Representative Vodafone and BSNL are way better in terms of ease of connecting to a live agent.

@NamitArora0 Most of PSU's are performing worse than worst pvt. Sectors, at the cost of state. They have compromised the quality and sabotage the competition. Can we recall, BSNL,HMT,ITI,BALCO,NELCO,Scooter India, IFFCO, most Banks.Most were never relevant, but we marched in wrong direction

@BSNLCorporate No Resolution. I got the call from BSNL officers and he assured that team will be sent for correction, but no one has come till date. Landline is still not working. Request your intervention again, if it can be solved.
