    Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India Customers pay bills on time. Why can't BSNL provide basic service on time? 10 days without internet. 10 days of excuses. Enough is enough.

    I'm in Tamilnadu from 29 may. But I couldn't make a single call from @BSNLCorporate. I don't know when every Indian will proudly say that BSNL is the best. The same issue I faced when I was in Kerala. But..But.... Nothing has changed. Wake Up @DoT_India & awaken BSNL.

    @XFreeze BSNL should first talk with their customer service team and fix that. Forget getting wifi to hard-to-reach villages. Its hard-to-reach BSNL itself

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @DoT_India BSNL wants customers to pay bills on time, but who is accountable when the internet stays down for days? 3 years of outages, red light issues, and poor support. This is not the service customers deserve.
