    Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

    @TheOfficialSBI Network Speed 780 Mbps Private WiFi at home and no more than 2 instruments connected. Please stop giving such excuses. One day you shall be surpassed by more efficient Bank or remain white elephant like Air India (sold) or BSNL.

    @BSNL_KOTD your bsnl service is too bad..Main bsnl ka new boardband liye or kuch information jnle liye main bsnl customer care per call korta hu..o lok koi response hoi nhi korte jab call korta hu bolte hai 2 hours bad main call koro system issue..or ph hold pe laga deta hai..

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate its disappointing that at this age, bsnl can’t provide an esim service due to ‘technical issues’. How many customers would have had to switch to a different carrier due to this very reason!

    after talking to a jio call center agent. very bad experience and behavior of jio call center agent. Your call center agents are doing wrong practice, i connected to your call center for a solution but they are giving us trouble. As of now jio services are very bad like bsnl.
