  Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle BSNL is just worse than ****, being a government service they cant do anything. All government services are ****, they r not even trying to rectify these things. My network signal is always poor regardless of anything I do.

  @BSNLCorporate few days ago i recharged my bsnl fiber but yet my fiber is not recharged,portal shows "recharge pending".I contacted many times to BSNL customer care but no result.@BSNLCorporate get my problem solved immediately.

  @BSNLCorporate i went to the bsnl office directly and got in touch but I still did not get the solution .. so i contacted BSNL CUSTOMER CARE they told another time to apply. I apply app&sms both. My new app booking ID APP20210813182138. Sms booking ID EB20210800013049_719365

  @KhehraBobby @Amandeep_45 U forget, jio brought in a revolution. We r using data this cheap because of them. As for bsnl, it losing consumers because of it corrupt officials. They r the ones who does not allow the full utilisation of its capacity. Else why r they giving bad services.

  I go to my near BSNL office for register a complain but I found no one in office, call on telephone number, no body take up the call, It's totally negligence of your service, Don't you indirecly forcing users to change the network ?

  @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear BSNL, never ever once a recharge of your number goes successfully through any payment app. Always goes into pending. Check airtel or Vodafone, immediate confirmation. What kind of QoS are you providing.

  @BSNL_HP I didn't expect this type of service from BSNL. Atleast you should provide a dual band modem to your customers as you are charging us a very large amount of installation as compared with other brand like Airtel or Jio Fiber. This was my mistake to choose the BSNL fiber.
