    Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Still link is down and no updates from BSNL local team as expected. If there no resolution by today then we have to opt for another ISP as we can't rely on BSNL support team now.

    BSNL is just a torture. I was calling BSNL customer care today. Usually when we call customer support, call get into a queue and time get reduce and phone get connected. In BSNL case it is opposite. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND

    @BSNL_RJ There is no BSNL Mobile signal in Manglam Arpan Mohanpura Jaipur, Please look into the matter and arrange to resolve the problem, There are 97 villas and about 36 flates, Landmark, Iskcon temple and patrakar colony.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate , your service is worst in terms of networking & Broadband internet. Every 10-12 days your network, as well as the internet, stops working. Please fix it in such a way that it never stops working or shut down your service forever! @BSNL_BR #BSNL
