Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 It's been almost 3 months since I got BSNL broadband, but I haven't received a telephone yet. The person who installed it keeps saying I'll get it in 10 days, but his "10 days" never comes.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I wanted to port my number from BSNL can I do first recharge of Rs. 2249 from any apps like GPay or paytm, cause airtel thanks app or your website is not showing it. (if i cannot do that i'll cancel out the porting process switch to VI maybe)

@BSNLCorporate My BSNL landline no 08025422823 was cancelled and handed over in November 2024 till date security deposit is not refunded, cancelled cheque is also provided for bank details, why BSNL has become so worst now a days. Expecting your reply and refund at the earliest
