  Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

  @BSNLCorporate The internet connection gets disconnected repeatedly, almost 3 times every week. Yesterday at around 11 PM, the connection went down and it is still not restored. What is more frustrating than the outage is the complete lack of response from the local BSNL team.

  @Airtel_Presence While the BSNL SIM receives the alert, the Airtel SIM does not. This clearly suggests that the issue is specific to Airtel and not with my device or location.

  @socialpwds Sir, Surat team none of them responds on BSNL landline nor on email. Absolutely poor engagement, we're active only one way communication on social media. That's all. No official ever reaches out to disabled for solving their concerns.

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care BSNL FTTH internet has been disconnecting regularly for the last 10 days. Local vendor is not responding to my calls. I also contacted the SDO, but no action has been taken. Please intervene and resolve this issue urgently. #BSNL #BSNLFTTH

The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a major state-owned telecommunications company, has experienced significant difficulties in collecting rental payments for the utilisation of government-owned communication towers over an extended period spanning approximately 10 years. This prolonged failure to collect these essential rental revenues has resulted in massive and substantial financial losses to the government treasury and the public exchequer. The accumulated unpaid rental amounts represent a considerable drain on national resources and have negatively impacted the financial health of the organization. This situation has created a significant fiscal burden on the government, affecting the availability of funds that could otherwise be allocated to critical infrastructure development, technological advancement, and improved service delivery to the citizens of the nation. This alarming situation raises critical concerns: Is this a deliberate conspiracy orchestrated by officials, or is it a result of gross negligence and administrative failure? Who bears the responsibility for this financial mismanagement and dereliction of duty? When will appropriate action be initiated against those responsible? Furthermore, when will a comprehensive and transparent account of the public's hard-earned money be provided to the citizens?
