    Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

    @pib_comm I have surrendered my telephone No 01412761760 due to unsatisfactory service of BSNL. Despite several reminders the security amount is not being refunded by the authorities. I request to please instruct the concerned to do the needful.

    @ManiDhillon @Airtel_Presence The engineer will come and then talk to the network team who will then change the TR69 config and ask you to reboot the router and verify and check it on both sides. As to BSNL, let us not go there. w/ them it is easier to route calls to your number to some one else.

    @BSNL_CHTD Account no 4025735261, do you charge the customer, even if the connection is totally not working, right from the day it got installed. I learnt a hard lesson, by applying for bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate I am trying to port my BSNL number to @airtelindia but somehow my port message sending is failing, I have validity and enough balance to send PORT SMS. Can you please check the issue? @DoT_India

    I am very disappointed with @BSNLCorporate fiber. Every day problem. Local Cat 5 is better compair to this bsnl fiber.
