    Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

    @ViCustomerCare I thought the BSNL is the worst telecom company in India.. But you guys are worst than that.. I'm having an issue since many days in data browsing.. And your customer care person keep telling me that system is updating so they can't help... FU VI..

    @JioCare Jio mobile network does not work. Had changed my 2nd sim from Airtel to BSNL. Now again ported that to @airtelindia . It is managable though slow. Jio never cares for customer even after multiple complains. Had recharged for 1 year.

    @BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is again gone since 4 days. And no one responds from the local service team. This is the kind of service BSNL provides.

    @bsnlupe @BSNLCorporate more than 10 hours since I raised my request. Sent multiple private messages to bsnl . I have not received complaint number neither is my plan reinstated to earlier one.Are you serious about customers or shall I just switch to private @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @airtelindia can you please improve the network quality in Hyderabad lot of people are facing the network issues. We are planning to switch to BSNL due to airtels poor network

    Dear @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate I gave a complaint on my landline number 0863-2213586 which is dead from last 20days Still no response and I got a return msg from ur bsnl that my problem is resolved no line man or ur department came and solved my problem.

    @TRAI No spine with u on DND menace?? Most of complaints being closed as call forwarding or cdr not match via ur app. How on earth then the incoming call can be recived by customer if operator says cdr not there. OAP @ViCustomerCare & TAP being airtel, vi itself ,bsnl in 90%cases
