    Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Now it is enough. We have decided to port the SIM to another telecom operator, as BSNL has consistently failed to take any action. There is no willingness or attitude to improve the service.
