    Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

    bsnl fault no. 0260 2576025 not repaired well in good condition by sanjan telephone exchange office bearer, we had book fault not repaired well by bsnl and complaint deleted from bsnl software as resolved by concerned office bearer of bsnl #bsnlcmd,#PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate Seriously BSNL, now month end started and now there will be connection problem for atleast 3 days. This is happening from last 4 months & whenever complaint is lodged it got resolved stating there was connection fault.

    @BSNLCorporate I love govt orgs but sometime when they don't provide resolution & support on time it will disappoint u & u had to move to private orgs. I m using bsnl broadband since 1.5 year, I have opted for 200mbps plan recently but I m not getting 2mbps speed from past 2days.

    @BSNL_UKD I want to change my Broadband plan to Landline voice only. can't find any option in BSNL APP and in consumer login.
