Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL I was use bsnl since 1998 In this year I got horrible service. After all on 1-4-2021 I Disconnected my phone. But now to I not got my refund amount. I call account officer But not responding Last time when I talk with they. I have recordings Saransh -8956102965

@VishalKumarBis4 Don't take BSNL connection. Service is worse. You will cry if you face any issue. No one will receive call. Only you will get fake promise over twitter

@BSNL_KTK 2. This town is a heart for many villages nearby. People are using Bsnl mobile network.If there is some emergency mobile network won't work. 3. And a village just 1.5 km from bsnl office doesn't get wired broadband connectivity. Need some urgent solution to this place

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Even on another online recharge platform the recharge was not being started at it said the BSNL prepaid services are down at the moment. I am not asking about the money, but if the recharge is completed, will I face a disconnection of my BSNL number (2/2)

@TRAI BSNL is not generating port code to port out from network. Message sent to 1900 is being failed deliberately.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL I'm very tired from bsnl services. They just give offers and connect with customers But they have not care customer care. From 7 month I not received my refund amount. It's very horrible experience about BSNL. SARANSH NINAVE 8956102965

I am in dare if it reduce in 10 days then where we will go ? bcoz only Airtel and jio is here , aircel , docomo , idea and BSNL has gone .we demand that incoming service ( call & sms ) should not be blocked . Do something @timesofindia @ZeeNewsEnglish @MaithilAnup
