Dear BSNL, I have been fed up with your fiber team in my area for the last 3 months. Their responses are very rude. I want to change my current BSNL plan 799/- to 499/- but they didn't provide a 499/-plan. I got a rude response ( apna connection katva lo). @BSNLCorporate

@howelljollybod BSNL 799 plan is good too Using it for the last 3 years Once or twice there will be some problems with the cable If we inform them it will be done in 10 mins or 15 mins

@BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate Whenever there is power cut bsnl mobile tower located in BOGINADI is always keep off. Why there is no power backup?? Today there is no bsnl network from the evening since there is no power supply at boginadi.

@CMDBSNL @BSNL_RJ Security deposit for my disconnected BSNL connection 01565-224828 for a/c no. 1015007591 and a/c no. 1026914164 not refunded so far. I applied for security refund on dt. 4.8.2022 with copy of aadhaar and bank details. EXT. POOR SERVICES OF BSNL. @BSNLCorporate

@BSNL_RJ @MTNLMbiOfficial @MIB_India sir, mobile network not available in Mira road for BSNL sim, all customer care no. 18001801503 and 9420097000 are not attending the issue, every time they switching off on hearing complaint, now what to do a coustomer.
