    @manojsinhabjp Sir, BSNL employees are on strike from last 2 days but their service remains on strike for 8 to 10 days every month. Then, why not BSNL is privatized. So that some fruitful result in their service comes out. PUSA(Samastipur)- Bihar 848125.

    @BSNLCorporate I have taken a BSNL broadband connection before 6 months but never worked properly. Both the BSNL and local vendor is not responding, not sure what to do. As I am doing Work from Home its impacting my work. Below are some complaints raised during this month.

    What has happened to @BSNLCorporate mobile customer service? A reactivation for change of SIM taking more than 10 hours (still not done). Earlier it used to be done within 3-4 hours. How many customers is BSNL losing daily? CS ops are outsourced. Few agents, overloaded by work.

    @MVVNLHQ @MVVNLUNNAO @UPPCLLKO If power supply is not available how could you contact because BSNL mobile service is also down due to power supply cut. Please contact to power house bhagwant Nagar is my mobile is not reachable they will tell 24 to 36 hour long power cut.
