    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @catchlucky Dear customer your connection is alright with 90 Mbps via LAN cable but not satisfactorily in wifi. Vendor will visit to sort it out.Thanks for using BSNL service.

    @MoitOfficial @BSNL_KTK @PMOIndia I have a Bsnl broadband connection which promises 4G speed but I never get speed more than 1mbps. When will I get optical fibre connection? Why should I suffer?If I get such low speed then why should I pay so much? Please look into this.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Bsnl network alongwith mybsnl app seems to be down in rajarajeshwari nagar..details pinged separately.request to restore service before start of online school classes tomorrow morning.

    @BSNL_OR kindly do consider the network and bsnl broadband problem in Odagaon, Nayagarh area of Odisha State. Last two days the mobile network problem and internet via broadband was affected by certain problems.

    @CTDBSNL I have a landline telephone. My telephone number is 03326850369. From 24 th April 2020 I have compain that my telephone is totally dead. Complaint I'd is 15447947222. Til now the telephone is totally dead. But bsnl send me bill every month. May I know when my telephone is repair

    @bsnlmobileindia No network and emergency calls showing in my phone. And at my cyber cafe BSNL broadband service is not working properly. When I searched in the network setting BSNL Network is not showing over there. My phone number is 8986708312
