    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    From your own state. Now does my father have to travel from newdelhi in such Pandemic, He is 65+ just to get his Sim card for same number?. What is solution. I can visit bsnl Pune office, but dont have his signed concent or signed forms and KYC. Need help

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Many many congratulations Mantriji. I am hopeful that you will surely save the dying BSNL. As per my observation the only reason for this pathetic condition is terrible work culture and 'care-a-damn' attitude of BSNL employees. God bless you 🙏

    @BSNL_OR What to Say Still BSNL is not able to told the approx. Connection Charges which is levied upon Customer 😡 At least told a tentative amount (₹ ?)which is taken as Connection Charges 🤔

    @BSNL_JK it has been 2 days since my bsnl broadband stopped working. You guys have given contract to local cable operator who's so arrogant that he never addresses complaints. Kindly do the needful asap. #bsnlfiber #BSNL #shopian

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS home landline is not working for last 2 mnts,My senior citizen parents visited BSNL offce .The BSNL staff said that importance is not given to landline nd if we take Broadband then they will get it fixed. Plse assist my parents who stays alone (Std 03776)

    @Syrotech I have your router EPON ONU which is very worse router. The price (3500) is not justify it's performance. The only reason I choose this is because BSNL Fiber. Customer care toll free number never connect. And other two numbers also not attend my call.Continue in comment
