  @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

  @BSNL_BR Hello sir , this mrng when I opened my smartphone , I found there is no Network on BSNL sim card , so I restarted the phone , even after, found no network, your service is down sir , please look into this . I'm from patna 800027.
