    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @BSNLCorporate No internet since last 10 days. Everytime executive says wire is broken. If wire is broken then why are you providing new connections. I gave up my previous internet connection for BSNL FTTH but the service is worse. Phone Number : 01376-297760

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD Continues Fluctuation in Internet connectivity, Worst service provider and contractor, I have been using BSNL BRODBAND CONNECTION for last 1 month and I face frequent disconnection, fluctuation in internet connectivity.

    On this Hectic day of 31st March 2021, BSNL Broadband is not working from morning , Office bearers are ignored complaint & calls , We are not able to work efficiently on this day to complete Income Tax & GST compliances. . Very Disappointment on Service of BSNL. #BSNL #CBDT

    @BSNL_KTK The BSNL cable has been cut cuz of road widening and it’s been 3 days and no technician has come to the location. Prem Kumar( 9449090297) is the JTO here and has closed the complaint raised through customer care without any work

    @CMDBSNL, For slow Internet Speed I complaint many times but nothing happened i think they don't want to work hard because They all are fixed Govt paid Officers & Employees who are not afraid of getting fired or salary cut on their careless attitude towards their Duties. #BSNL

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate pathetic service. Almost every day BB is down. Why is Prem Kumar paid salary when he is not able to resolve such less populated area. Rashi Aiyappa is the contractor for BSNL fibre and is demanding money and says there’s no labor to give connection
