    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @mkprakash @chai2kul BSNL is the most pathetic service provider. Won't be unfair to say that they were the stereotypical image of the "government servants" of yore - sitting with their legs propped on their desks and doing absolutely nothing in office. Kal aao....parso aao....!

    Why has @reliancejio Jio Fiber decided to become BSNL fixed line broadband?? Crashing multiple times in a Month and pathetic customer care where nobody replies like ever. @JioCare I made a mistake of taking the diamond plan, I should have opted for Airtel Xstream instead.

    There is no doubt @BSNL_PB service is the best and the best, it has been four days since we applied for bsnl fiber connection but still no internet facility has been provided in our house. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL fiber broadband no is 0129-2980153 which is down since 13.05.21. Complaint online but no response till date.

    @BSNLCorporate I am literally fed up by the vendor and bsnl authority in my city. I am from Udaipur Rajasthan pin code 313001 phone number : 8112274755 I had a bsnl connection in the month of January and got it disconnected next month due to such a bad service.

    @BSNLCorporate The same response I have been receiving from BSNL from past 3 years. Please don't lie in social media that you are trying. I have tried all ways to get connection till PMO Grievance. Here broadband is not in control of BSNL all BSNL folks are sold to private service providers.
