  @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

  @cgmbsnlupe . I am a resident of ITI COLONY DOORBHASH NAGAR in District RAE BARELI. BSNL TOWER is also located in this area, but when electricity supply is interrupted then the network is not working till the electricity is restored.even we could not make a phone call. Please see

  @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM isn't getting connected to any mobile network in int'l roaming in Singapore. I've already tried all the steps on the website. Also recharged with Rs 279 for the same. Also tried the SIM in 4 different phones. Where do I share my number for you to check?

  I am having some serious issue with the internet connection of BSNL in my area. Have made complain against it but in vain. The customer help desk service is pathetic too. Get me proper internet speed or make refund. @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate. Will be grateful 🙏

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL I am completing daily to bsnl indian on twitter but no response of bsnl team .the internet is not working in our area but from last 10 day but there is no solution. I requesting bsnl india to forward the complete to local bsnl office ans slow the problem fastly

  @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw we are using broadband cnnction from BSNL since several years. Bt from several months we r getting many network problems. It will take 3 to 4 days to rectify that ishue & we r not getting proper response frm them.

  Monopolistic kind of market is there in telecom sector; if BSNL would’ve been competitive enough and could provide the best possible service, private companies would at least have a competitor; here the consumer has no choice expect a private company to choose from. @DoT_India
