    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @TalkToBSNLCGMOD Hello Dr. Panda, I am an Automotive design professional. working from home. I have taken a 200 mbps Connection of bsnl but however a stable 50 mbps connection is well enough for my work. Since 7 month I am facing huge problems in my work due to this bad service

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL prepaid bundled internet never work in my area since a year. Height is even voice calls not even show up as missed many a times. Come to know as contacts report via other operator no. I am seriously considering MNP.

    @CMDBSNL this is not just once that I have complaint regarding the internet service issues and there have been few times where I have missed my payment dates and BSNL have suspended my services for non payment in time. what about the down services?

    @BSNLCorporate @_Gosaba Plse the BSNL twitter team avoid traditional responses, At least ask them for details regarding the problem guide them through some means. every CSC in all LSA of bsnl should try to start their Twitter handle to solve their problems.

    Ask @BSNLCorporate to priorotise its customer service department. Bsnl office at Chandbali in Odisha has faulty power back up system which dont have a battery to start the genset.Often consumers are being deprived of the internet incase of interrupted power supply

    @BSNL_PB I recharge on 24 june with 399 amount deduct but till now day not regarge done and not refund any money i pay again 399 for recharge, you also know how can i trust on bsnl if not solve my issue till now day

    @BSNLCorporate That is your internal but as a bsnl customers I want to know the likely date/month by which we can enjoy 4G service. Clarify more precisely with wague response.
