    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @BSNLCorporate on behalf of my neighbour who is aged 80 has broadband connection of bsnl on telephone number 0253-2451324 which is out of order since 10 days. Till date the issue has not been resolved. Now I think that the charges of this out of order will not be charged.

    Been trying to port my number from BSNL for almost 10 days.Not been receiving UPC and customer care replying that there exist a server issue which will be fixed in 48 hours (waited for almost a week ).Will it ever be fixed ?@BSNLCorporate @BsnlTamilnadu

    @BSNL_KOTD Inspite of raising complaints thrice in the past 3 weeks,no service technician has attended the complaint yet(033-25912633). Why are the complaints being closed repeatedly by BSNL without service technicians addressing the issue ? Please restore the connectivity asap.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My alternate contact no is 7900065370..pl resolve the issue, its very difficult to work from home ,as no network to my BSNL service number.

    My father in law been using a bsnl kolkata prepaid for many years. He is in Mumbai for last many months and didn't realise that his sim got deactivated last week. It's his primary no. The cc of bsnl is unresponsive. Please help and guide @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate @TRAI
