    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @Indirakkdi But it’s a duopoly Mam… It’s either Airtel or Jio. Airtel has pathetic network in and around my home and office area. So I’ve no choice but to be with Jio… Vodafone and BSNL are anyway dead and buried. Idea and Tata Docomo were euthanised.

    Electricity goes now no network even when their is electricity kindly return my hard end mony i will switch to another operator also shut off BSNL if u cant provide proper services thank you please return money

    @JioCare This is the era of competition market. Other Fiber Connection are available in our area i.e. BSNL / Airtel. And I am waiting for your response since 1 Month. If you want to grow your business, you have to be very cautious/responsible. But your service is not satisfactory. Gd luck

    @BSNLCorporate @pgm_pune_bsnl Look @ the quality of service BSNL is giving: 3 complaints closed without even solving it. Height of carelessness. Its been more than 2 weeks now...

    @ptrmadurai Sir We feel proud for having you as our Fm of TN.I have a query why can’t TN govt to start State owned telecom service.BSNL almost nothing now.I am from Thirupanandal Tanjavur district.Almost all semi urban like our place There’s no proper internet.
