    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    Is a short exposure to an unsecured unknown wifi enough for causing serious damage to your privacy? I had to take my chance last night when my assumption that BSNL would renew my existing STV with the available balance failed to materialize and I had no data, calls or SMS...

    @BSNLCorporate #bsnl_OR Oh is it ? Serving what ? I dont know about others but for me there is no service from BSNL for last 4 months. Only answer i rcvd on twitter is nothing. Good joke for me atleast. Thank you for serving.

    @BSNLCorporate I have BSNL broadband connection at home in Pune. I switched to BSNL recently, but the services are very unreliable. 2nd time this week, there is no Internet and you local service provider gives a damn. I am stuck now.

    @BSNLCorporate You were supposed to connect with me on Tuesday. My check has been collected. Still no service. Last month you collected my check on the 17th, & still disconnected. What's the matter with BSNL Odisha? This is FRAUD. Ask pvt telecom cos. Get my landline reconnected. Now thank you.
