It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

And about 4g my village also jas bsnl 4g availability but network coverage is poor only if I am on terrace then I get usable speed but in city it is working fine in indoor too

CA AKASH BHAYANI (@bhayani_akash) reported@BSNL_GJ @TRAI @PMOIndia That makes I can't use any desk, ultra, RDP properly .. when I connect my mobile internet with laptop. So it's not useful even bsnl 3g provide better ping then Jio 4g 5g in my area. If I complain they tell we are working on it but untill new tower installed nothing will fix.
