    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @reliancejio No incoming calls are coming in my JIO number from other service providers like Airtel, VI, BSNL etc since last Friday. After repeated complaints , problem has not been solved yet. @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw

    Plan change in #BSNL Post Paid is not being informed to customers. The bill issued for March Month are 3 times of regular bill. How the customer will pay the bill? The tarriff hike is not appropriate for the customers. Our postpaid segment would be collapsed. @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Speed only 10Mbps for 700/- insane.. too much costly and Only Vendor is being responsible for everything then Why There Is name of BSNL within, let People directly make Vendors Driven Service provider.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate Worst customer service I everby Bsnl broadband My internet is not working from yesterday no such information message from Bsnl that why the internet is down and how long it will take to resolve and customer disconnecting my call after receiving.

    @MukandRita •• Not only Godi, social media isn't interested, 2. People do not like Bank-BSNL-Electricity-Railway Employees. They never fight for our issues, since Demonization onwards they treated us as criminals standing in front of them in a P.S. They voted BJP in the previous elections.
