    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @BSNLCorporate since last 10-15 days, my all 4 BSNL numbers are not functioning. I have called the customer care for this issue, they told that it will be resolved within 72 hours. But till now the issue hasn't been solved.

    @BSNLCorporate I don’t know the answer to that your question. I tried calling the BSNL office for this STD code ‘469’ then I called the post office, hospitals, shops and other people’s land lines and all of them behaved exactly the same. Therefore I concluded it is an issue with 469.

    @BSNLNORTHEAST2 @BSNL_UPW Ported from VI to Bsnl but their is no 4g signal in Ayodhya UP and 3g net connection very slow with 12 to 15 kbps. Do something bsnl we are with you but provide proper 3g speed.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, Your Ph. No. 05111297148 A/C No. 1027212412 has been billed with Rs.1153.57 on 01/01/2022 and due date is 20/01/2022. My bsnl air fiber is already inactive,how can they send two month bill,after a month my connection became inactive.

    @BSNLCorporate I have port my airtel to BSNL but whenever i try to call anyone it's always says "Sorry The Service is Unavaile at Current Time, Please try after some time". I have to make some important call.

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Hey, I just Ported from Jio to BSNL network. I’m havin trouble activating new Sim. I also tried sending SMS START to 1925 and call 1507 ain’t workin. I did call customer service from another numbers, they are not responding properly, you know. #Help
