    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL has widest infra yet very sub par tech support. Also for BSNL it doesn't matter that one is a broadband customer from 15 years (since 128k). Same treatment for all ... " kal (tomorrow) dekhte hai" My issue has since got resolved after about 23 hours.

    @PrimeTVGoa @visrane @BJP4Goa I guess Bsnl issue is happening from the time it was started in Goa so pointless arranging a meet and so on!!! My suggestion is to change to other networks.

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I have broadband connection form bsnl paying 990 each month in which it's working for only few hour .called given complain to all authorities even called to CGM patna office no one ready to take action customer ID 3008043417 @OfficeOfRSP

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR Raise as many requests for broadband connection, but BSNL ground employees will never respond to your query. BSNL can never change. Its a mammoth which do nothing and must be close.

    @BSNLCorporate Very worst customer care service of 1503, I am trying from yesterday to complain about call congestion problem (One side voice not going or comming) but I am unable to lodge my complain. Really I am fadeup with BSNL.

    @BSNL_KTK Hello BSNL, I have taken the Fiber net connection in Bangalore Rajajinagar. It is been 3months now I have taken connection. Horrible service. Every week there is a issue. Don’t attend to calls or service on time. Pathetic service.
