    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @bsnl_tt It is outrageous that you want seniors to come to a bsnl office to change from a landline+broadband plan to landline only. What have you done to digitize in last 2 years. I tried to do via selfcare and it gives error. Called custsvc, no help.@DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate such a wonderful network in India, 3g & 4g is not working. Internet connectivity is always showing G. I have raised a concern in twitter but till now I didn't get any reply from BSNL. What a network?

    @BSNLCorporate (26/2 to till today) internet network shut down at TANKARIA Ta.& Dist. BHARUCH pin code 392240 . lot's of complain at bharuch bsnl office by telephone and also by customer care but there is no respond by officer. Last 1 year every week network shut down minimum 1 or 2 days .

    Since yesterday I been at surat and thought that I will get good services like 4g but unfortunate such a bogus service I have never ever expected like bsnl,but enough is enough after using 2 months service of bsnl I realised that switch off to bsnl...

    Day 47 @BSNLCorporate twitter handle working hard replying to many tweets but BSNL employees doing nothing on ground do resolve customer problem such a shame Hope @CMDBSNL @AshwiniVaishnaw look into the issues Even after 60 days i got no solution to my problem

    @BSNLCorporate please help me to downgrade my BSNL fiber plan. have visited the nearest BSNL office for same unable to do so.
