  @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

  @DoT_India Sir, my BSNL (AC 8008071972) was down for 16 days but billed for full mnth and informed to submit application Tezpur. When everything is digital (even Comp No) then why not accepting my emil from registered email id in this COVID situation? Why they want to see my face

  @BSNL_KOTD Could not activate Internet on Postpaid Sim taken from Calcutta BSNL for 2.5 years now!!! Called Customer care at least 50 times in this whole period in certain intervals. All they say is server down!! Is there any remote possibility that this @Twitter handle can help!

  @CGM_BIHAR_BSNL Sir I goes Tuesday bsnl office sheikhpura but nothing to do.. One person ask u talk customer care I say yes. Customer care says wait 24 hour but 6 days ago. So what I do. Now I decided MNP service so doesn't send message.

  @Airtel_Presence my broadband is not working from yesterday. I have raised request but there is no response. This is your condition in metro city. On what basis you clain yourself India's best network. Even BSNL broadband resolve issues within 4 hours that too in remote villages.
