subhasis sarangi (@sarangisubhsis) reported from Sālepur, Odisha@BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

Arshad Saldanha (@SaldanhaArshads) reported@JM_Scindia Dear Sir, BSNL isn't connecting in Mumbai. My number has got ported on May 01, 2026, and since then I can't use it here. Even wifi doesn't work. I ported to BSNL Tamil Nadu. If you call 8928323328 you will get the message either switched off or out of network area.

the_august_man (@theaugustman1) reported@CMDBSNL @bsnl_care I also raised a complaint through the BSNL selfcare, but no resolution even after 48+ hours.I have contacted BSNL Customer Care multiple times. They are only asking me to "wait" as there seems to be a technical issue at their end with recharges/port requests.

I raised the issue of not receiving BSNL signals in mumbai, whereas you have advertised it being Available. How relevant is the remark !... Shame ... Also not getting VoWifi, upon that unable to gen port code.
