    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India As I know BSNL BTS battery problem. I barely got 5 days network in March. I don't know why your BTS always off during supply on? Loc: Mallawan Hardoi, UP.East 241303. Ph: 7376663095. No signal from 4 days. @BSNLCorporate Never reply any of my tweet.

    @BSNLCorporate I have been tried many time to generate UPC code for Port Out but not getting UPC code. Received Message from BSNL:- "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider". and call helpline 1503 but not attend my call

    I have been requesting for BSNL fibre since last one year.Vendor is not willing to provide service. However, he provides services nearby places, which are 2-3 km from my Village. It's second time that I am complaining about this.But still no progress is shown by @BSNL_PB (1/2)

    The Voice Clearity during the call is very poor and also voice breaks maximum time (some time automatically muted) during the call in BSNL. @BSNLCorporate Please register a complaint regarding this issue and acknowledge the same. @DoT_India @TRAI

    Finally moved from BSNL FIBERNET to a Pvt FIBERNET today 1. Had to wait 3 days to get connection 2. Frequent disconnections & SLA to resolve-24 WORKING HOURS (in a age whr issues r fixed in mins). But never meet the SLA. It takes 3 days to resolve the issue. Can’t depend for WFH
