    @BSNL_OR previously on the self service portal we were able to change our plan for Bharat fibre and now we do not see any plan with lower tariff than current plan. It only shows higher plan(upgrade). Why is it so can anyone explain ?? We need to go bsnl office to change plan.

    @_Pkj_1 @IndianTechGuide BSNL's lag in 4G/5G stems from historical delays in upgrades, reliance on foreign tech until recently, funding constraints, bureaucratic issues, and spectrum allocation challenges (e.g., underusing certain bands like 800 MHz). Government push for indigenous tech further slowed rollout. Private operators like Jio and Airtel invested faster. As of Sep 2025, BSNL has deployed 98,000 indigenous 4G/5G towers, with 100,000 more planned, but full 5G is still pending while others have it since 2022.

    @mohitlaws BSNL plans starts from <₹100 per month. Jio only call plans starts at ₹149 per month. Before 2014 - ₹10 recharge meant max 10 minutes talktime. Now with every recharge ‘unlimited calls’. So yeah, if the poor in rural area talks for <4-5 mins/day then only he would save.

    @bsnl_care From Last 5-6 month my Bsnl sim showing no service after that i goes to BSNL office to solve my problem but no resolution solved yet.. he took my other mobile number and said i will call you... But no call from office... I visited many times but no solution

    @mohitlaws Then BSNL was the first one to provide 3G services Now All network have 5G services but today only launching 4G services

    @mohitlaws First one to point this obvious even BSNL was destroyed by one who is supposed to protect so that with negative EBIT bring down to asset cost ,it can be sold to ONLY bidder !!

    @MeghUpdates Who brought BSNL down to promote JIO. Who stopped BSNL from collection 1800 cr rent of their towers used by JIO.
