    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCare, Complaint No. F0329159437077 is still unresolved. My BSNL SIM shows no network on iPhone 14 Plus most of the time. Signal appears briefly and then disappears. The same SIM works in another phone, and other networks work fine on my iPhone.

    @bsnl_care Dear sir It is also sad to inform you that every two or three days the BSNL tower is shut down due to which thousands of consumers have to face problems. When we talk to the local JE, we are repeatedly told that the cable gets cut Is cable cut every day?

    @rajeevsaharsa01 As per SPOs Saharsa network connectivity issue at Panchgachhiya SO (852124) has been taken up with BSNL. BSNL authorities have assured that the issue will be resolved at the earliest. Inconvenience caused is regretted.

    @bsnl_care I have ported from private operator to BSNL to support the company but pathetic network in Kerala! Not able to call no data service! Not able to even pay through UPI when standing on main city junction. This is the problem

    @JioCare absolutely pathetic service. Jio care never let me talk to customer care representative. Recently I inserted my 5g sim to 4 feature phone, there is not option to recharge the number with 123rs plan. Either help me or let me migrate to Airtel or Bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK today I contacted police for emergency help, but to pathetic network and bad signal, I could not get emergency help. Why does bsnl staff takes free salary if the don't work. 90% network dead or bad. Can't make call or recieve call

    @bsnl_care Dear BSNL Care, Thank you for the update regarding Complaint No. F0329159437077. However, the issue is still not resolved. My BSNL number continues to show no network most of the time, with signal appearing only briefly before disappearing again. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care
