    @ArjunSi15936288 @bsnl_care I am from Jaitpur South East Delhi there is no network for BSNL/MTNL Since Feb. Had complaint many times but got reply All Towers are working fine. But actually there is no network.

    @bsnl_care recharged the bsnl account but neither the data nor the telecom services are active. It's been more than a week and the complaints raised in the app self care get closed without any confirmation. Calling support helpline is also not working. Can anyone help?

    @bsnl_care This is the answer I'm getting from the day I took it. Every month I paying monthly rental what purpose to call if you are saying network issue who is responsible for it ? Bsnl is a mobile service provider and you people are taking money for it.

    @bsnl_care cheat only people fake BSNL promises nothing doing well always internet issue not direct 4,g calling all ways automatically disconnect and nothing doing well I'm shifting in 2g every time poor voice quality and even Le can't talk any people properly 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
