    He further says that it is not possible to repair the line. What kind of a world BSNL is living in? In a time when others are giving connections with almost zero downtimes at cheaper prices, why does a customer have to go through all this?

    @BSNLCorporate I changed my plan to lower my bill by Rs 118 but here the bill is increased by 2 times. This month I paid 1200₹ in place of 589₹. Upon contacting BSNL AO he assured that next month my will be zero. Please help ?? Nishant Singhal ( Income Tax Inspector )

    I have informed the same issue to customer care but everytime they will tell it will be resolved within 24 hrs. I have taken a plan for 100MBps,but I am only getting 30-50MBps with fluctuation. Please find a permanent solution to this issue. #BSNL #BharatFiber #InternetSpeedIssue
