    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ My BSNL broadband has been down for the last 6 days. Despite multiple complaints, the issue is still unresolved. However, billing is still being generated, which is unfair.Kindly resolve the issue immediately and adjust the bill for downtime.

    @bsnl_care We sent a message to port our BSNL connection to another network, but we have not received any response. Consequently, we tried calling Customer Care, but they are not answering either. We require a response as soon as possible, and we absolutely demand a resolution to this issue
