    @Being_Humor @BSNLCorporate That is why there is nothing in BSNL left now. I had a connection for four years line was dead enough complaint but nothing happened so I removed the wire myself from my house and now after 4 yrs I got a call they asked me whether I would like to continue or not .

    BSNL I mean worst means worst service. Your network is 0 consistent in every week the network disappears one day. What are you doing at all? Just wasting government's money. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ BSNL FTTH recently got installed but getting the low speed. please help on the issue as I'm getting response that it will be fixed soon from Chandigarh- we've escalated.

    @goldy_bal Sorry for inconvenience caused to you. Speed improved by much extent but at night it may get speed fluctuation due to heavy traffic. Bandwidth upgradation from back end is continuously in progress for further improvement in speed. Stay with BSNL. You are our esteemed Customer.

    @Being_Humor @BSNLCorporate I just want to replace my old SIM with micro SIM and these people asked me to go to my native for same. BSNL service is horrible.

    This has become a routine with your services. Almost twice in a month we are facing this outage. Added to this when we try to contact our area BSNL technical support, the calls are not answered. Request for immediate resolution of the said complaint.
