    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Whenever we have powercut in pin code 606604, all of the sudden mobile network drops to zero, not getting both 2G and 3G. Already you dont have 4G, at the times of powercut you give only 0G.Excellent work.Atlast you gave only one option to me is MNP. #BSNL

    @bsnl_pb any working contact number of main Ludhiana exchange to register protest for being harrassed by poor service of bsnl. It surely needs complete overhaul.

    @BSNL_AS Do you really work for BSNL ? Thanks for the useless reply. At least 4G network was automatically restored a day later after this complaint. I guess you did nothing since you don't even know this area is 4G covered. Why BSNL employees are so ill-informed ?

    @bsnl_ap_circle hello bsnl, I have an issue with my billing. But your customer care just asks to visit the bsnl office without any complaint registration from their end. Can you help me here?

    @BSNLCorporate Hi, I've not been contacted or no one has been attended my issue directly from BSNL so far. I remained loyal to BSNL these years. I have 2 BSNL sim cards also. I'm going to cancel all those tomorrow. I feel like BSNL is least bothered about their customer issues...

    @BSNLCorporate i called on 1503 for more than 15 minutes today, but no one picked. i called to know status of my @BSNL_BR number, i supposed to use it once again bt the system once again demoralised me..why n how people will choose BSNL for such bad services?
