@BSNLCorporate I am using the BSNL Fiber plan. Sometimes I get 60 Mbps download speed and 0.2Mbps as upload speed? Please fix it. I think It is some error and it is happening daily.

@BSNLCorporate it is same as before- corrupted, fraud, misleading to customer. I never get speed more than 30mbps. So i decided to change my plan to 449 but bsnl won't do as they don't want. Wht the heck.That's my money. Or else refund all my deposit or else will go legal step.

@BSNL_HP I have a BSNL fiber connection in Himachal Pradesh, I wanted to downgrade the plan since I have an alternate connection as well. There is no way to downgrade using BSNL Self Care. Any help regarding this will be useful.

@BSNLCorporate None of your customer helpline numbers is working. Can you please tell me how to port the number out of BSNL? We were supposed to receive an SMS for porting the number out. Still waiting after 72 hours!

@IKEAIndia We had received 2 broken furniture. Raised a return on 19th April. No action has been taken. Your customer-service is worse than that of BSNL. Its frustrating to get in touch with you all. When we go at the length of explaining the issue, yr chat person just logs off.

@BSNLCorporate I live in Deoband (Saharanpur). When connection was needed then you came to our house and when we want to cut the wifi connection ..you are not taking application in bsnl office..every month sending the bsnl bill...what do you think we are stupid? Idiot?
