    @AshwiniVaishnaw Even though informing on August 21st regarding poor network (only 2G in our area odisha-756033 and the bsnl tower doesn't have power backup), till now not rectified. Most of the time, no network even though current is there. Facing worst experience with bsnl.

    @BSNL_AS Why BSNL FTTH connection in Naharkatia,Dist-Dibrugarh,Assam,Pin-786610 is so unpredictable and has no certainty? I barely got 6,7hrs of service per day since last 3,4 weeks. Kindly solve the problem.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL app fail-No recharge after successful payment.Customer Care service fail-No attended after several attempt.BSNL does not care for time,money or emergency of a customer. Whether I should attempt indefinite hours to register complain! Do something, sir.

    Very sorry to say that I made a Top up of ₹ 70 for an urgent call through BSNL app by UPI but even after a successful recharge , amount not credited to my number 9835880399 and no customer is attending to take complain after several attempt. Whether value of our time is Zero !
