Now, even Jio fails to provide network when I actually need it during emergencies, so I’m back to Airtel. It’s been 5–7 years, and honestly, how much has BSNL’s network improved? Offering a BSNL SIM for ₹1 sounds great, but what’s the use if the network experience isn’t reliable? BSNL needs to fix the basics first.

I ported out of Vodafone a while ago as the service was poor. BSNL has a very long way to go in order to be in a position to provide the desired service levels.
