Hey @BSNLCorporate, One of my friend has been using BSNL broadband, and the issue is, the router provided by your vendor isn't doing great. We wanted to pair it with our own router, but the vendor isn't providing us the router webpage credentials. (1/2)

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ We switched to BSNL ftth service though we have many options alike railwire, radinet etc . Reluctantly i have to say that each day since Jan 2021 your service break twice a day. Complaint severely many times to district autho bt same results. #SameOnBSNL

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD.. sirs.. money in sim is for our emergency and not for bsnl to decide extension of validity, already informed that telecom companies like you can restrict services if not recharged but cannot deduct our money without consent.. least bothered if your followers abuse us.
