BSNLCare (@bsnl_care) reported@VivekShharmaiin Dear Customer, We understand your concern, as multiple BSNL offices are showing on Google Maps, and it can be difficult to identify the correct one. We recommend confirming the nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre (CSC)/office through BSNL's official customer-care channels, as information on third-party platforms may not always be updated. You can also contact the BSNL Customer Care Helpline to confirm the appropriate CSC/office before visiting. Regards, BSNL Care (Ankit)

Murali Bulusu (@muralibulusu) reportedonly 2 telecom operators in India have the full coverage with 2 others barely in the competition. Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. This way, it can go up one level and create a niche like Blackberry did with its mobile device.
