  @bsnl_care But it’s not working. As I suspected. Resolved without connecting and asking or suggesting anything. Tell me is this how @BSNLCorporate handles issues? I still don’t have BSNL profile loaded on my phone. No APN. Ofcourse call/sms working. I did a hack myself for SMS

  @Jubair40681193 Hi, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days.   @bsnl_care Since many days, there is mobile network outage. The BSNL customer care is not registering complaint, it straightaway transfers to feedback. So, kindly register my complaint and give a complaint number. And restore the mobile network immediately.

  I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain
