@talk2anuradha Airtel is good at places. Jio is much better in calls and internet. Since 2017 I've been porting to n fro depending on network availability wherever I go. Now I've an Airtel sim and a jio. Maybe will port one to bsnl- that thing works even in the remote jungles

Hello, @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_WB I recently ported my number to BSNL but facing issues. VoLTE/LTE calling is not enabled so incoming calls have problems on LTE. Also the BSNL Selfcare app shows “Not a BSNL user”. Please enable VoLTE and update my account.

@talk2anuradha Options are less. Government not interested to support BSNL, slowly moving to capitalism, only Big giants increasing their growth 📈

  • ako660 Anuradha (@ako660) reported

@talk2anuradha It is. Very erratic. I have bsnl as backup. It is not as fast but works and we have in house support. The problem with airtel is raising a ticket with them is impossible. There is no way you can contact customercare.
