    @BSNL_BR On my first bill of new landline one time charge of ₹1000 was billed.Can u explain me 4 what u have charged me.Neither handset, external connection wire or modem was provided by BSNL.I have 2 purchase it myself. Electricity supply off landline services r down in the area.Resolve

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Pathetic mobile network of BSNL at Satyabala, Howrah Telephone exchange. Most of the time data signal is "E" and frequent call drop issue. Please look on this.

    Not able to send msg to port @BSNLCorporate Why you are restricting it? Working in other provider but not with my BSNL number... PORT 8560029281 to 1900 not working with BSNL... Why doing wrong tactics to stop customers to move out from using ur pathetic service. #BSNL

    @bsnl_bangalore Thanks for this info. While taking your service to excellence level, please look after your existing customers. I recently shifted with BSNL BB & noticed the connection is down every day for 3 to 4 hours intermediately. Seems done purposely for unknown reason

    @BSNL_MH what is the reason for today?? Why network is off since morning?? Why can't BSNL provide continuous prompt network for at least a month?? Always causing network problem after 2-3 weeks..
