  @bsnl_care I am not using it last time my money got wasted even though bsnl had advatage of near tower I dont know when i am may use bsnl again maybe if swift somewhere else But in home village its batter not too No service is not good deal for me

  @Ayush_Ishaani @BSNL_BIHAR A humble request: Before switching to BSNL, please check the BSNL network in your area. In my opinion, don’t switch to BSNL without checking the network coverage first. I have personally been struggling with network issues for the last 8 months. Complaints are registered, but there is still no proper resolution. The complaint is taken, but the actual problem remains unresolved. So, please check the network in your area first and then decide whether to switch to BSNL.

  @TRAI BSNL broadband is mostly good. But the range is very poor. If u can expand the range, the area is covers iny house, it will be great.

  @TRAI Already done multiple complaints but no results. Airtel, Jio, BSNL everyones network have issues & nobody will fix anything just increasing the tariff year after year without improving anything just to increase profit.

  @_anuragsharma07 @bookwormengr That’s not what I’m saying, ofc it’s a profit driven company But in a capitalist model, they bring value with their services Let me put it like this, if the public did not like what Jio was offering, they would go out of business, unlike BSNL which even if it’s **** runs on tax
