    @KOTABSNL @rsprasad @CollectorKota Respected Sir, I'm Student of Kota, here to study. I installed BSNL fibre and it stopped working 5 days ago. I approached customer care and BSNL Kota but they are constantly asking to wait 24 hrs. This is interfering my studies. Please help.

    @_RahulKrishna @BSNLCorporate I had a BSNL broadband connection and for 3 months I paid the fee without using it and sometimes just using few GB of data for 5-6 days. After calling the support so many times, solution was not found. Finally I applied for removing the connection.

    @sandi61787510 @RaniSahni2 I'm talking about 10yrs back. Also, till two yrs back most of the BSNL Internet services on land line use to break down again n again. And resolving it use to take 4-5days. In modern times do expect us to relay on this service?

    @nitin_gadkari @narendramodi @rsprasad shld see the website and apps of BSNL. people want to apply for BSNL fibernet will runaway. fail to see why BSNL makes life miserable for people even b4 some one becomes a customer. to fill in address, BSNL make u read list of all sectors, roads, stages finally "error"

    @sandi61787510 @RaniSahni2 The corporate arm created in BSNL never got on it's foot. Why? Duel two main reason. Infrastructure and slow services. I agree about 4g 5g license not given... but WHAT BSNL did for that??? Revenue generation was never the priority. When mobile networks started you brought CDMA

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @TRAI worst experience with bsnl. Made me wait for 20 minutes but did not respond. Despite having network it says that the dialled no is busy. Shame on you

    @MAYANK8382 What about speed and online support? I too keep one BSNL sim in family because while traveling I have experienced that in remote areas only BSNL network is available.
