The corruption surely start in higher echelons but if lower employees left for their dignity government would have been held accountable.

No internet and hard earned money gone. FRAUD. I have called BSNL local exchange but all in vain. Plz help 🙏.

I'm happy that only premium customers are on Airtel which keeps the leeches off and keeps the network ultra fast. For all the cheap folks, go to Jio or BSNL.
