    @BGaunker @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Bsnl won't do anything and will just sleep with your issue. And after month without any action, they will just tell you to disconnect your broadband due to non availability of resources at their disposal and take their third party Fiber FTTH connection. You better change UR ISP

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @BsnlCmd most of the time no internet in bsnl fiber. Complaints getting closed automatically without resolving anything. Worst service. No response from bsnl office also. Tel no. 08258295426. Please help me asap. It's affecting our work a lot.

    @BSNLCorporate I DONT CRITISIZE BSNL. BUT THIS IS SERIOUS ISSUE. WHICH NEED TO BE RECTIFY FOR FUTURE OF BSNL. WE ARE TAX PAYER ND CONSUMER. WE DONT GIVE TAX FOR BAD SERVICE ND LOOT POOR PEOPLE. BSNL CAN BUSINESS MORE THAN PVT BUT POOR MANAGEMENT MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE TO GROUND LEVEL. @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL BSNL GREAT PSU IF THEY ARE SERIOUS FOR PROFIT BOOST. BUT SOME GROUND LEVEL NOT GIVING SERVICE ON TIME ND GIVING BUSINESS TO 3RD PARTY. 3RD PARTY LOOT BY UNDESIREABLE HEFTY INSTALLATION CHARGES. SO CONSUMER SKIP TO INSTALL BSNL. THEN HOW BUSINESS WILL RUN? IDK PLZ TAKE FEEDBACK

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad BSNL i understand you are working to resolve broadband issue however is there any timeline , been more then 20 days since issue persist I understand as you are govt organization hence dont know how to work ,but make sure not billed for inconsistent internet this month?

    Also, there is a high BSNL tower on this side which is not properly utilized.Too much death speed 3g. If Current is not Network No BSNL Tower. could increase the risk .So the tower and the fiber system for all the area is free of charge

    @BSNLCorporate let see how much take time to serve. I assume bsnl must be prompt service for customer if they need compete with pvt player like jio airtel etc. i need waiver for installation as mentioned. bcz bsnl emp try to push pvt instalation idk 3rd party lead commision 4 emp

    @BSNLCorporate Problem is not solve but complain is rectified what's heppend in bsnl complain my complaint about phone number 0141-2790659 is registered with registration number as 1054014701 .
