@BSNLCorporate Could any one from BSNL look at my internet speed issue. I have two FTTH connections. 1st - 999 - 200Mbps 2nd- 1499 - 300Mbps But maximum download speed capped at 100 Mbps from last ~2 Months. I have highlighted issue to till SDO level,raised complaints on CC.

@BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate uco bank b/o n are behlana Chandigarh has lodged complaint miltiple times realted to non performance of landline as well wifi. But still there is no resolution pf the complaint. Bsnl has degraded its customer service as the not listening to us properly.

@ViCustomerCare Always I complaint and you make a note of the same. But never i is resolved. Can you let me know the process to initiate MNP. I like to give a try to Airtel/JIO/BSNL
