@BSNLCorporate How can fiber connection gets cut at ONT end? This proves inefficient service by the third party who execute the installation job. But funny thing is no bsnl officers check it after installing the fiber connection. This is really shameful.

@BSNL_CHTD For past two days in Ramapuram,Chennai the signal level is very poor and it not switching to 3G it remains in 2G. I Wonder the Private networks Introducing 5 G for their customers but BSNL Couldn't even maintain 3G for their customers. @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate i have recharged bsnl no. From BSNL SELFCARE app and it got cancelled but the amount has been debited from my bank account and i have not received refund of the same. Customer support is not responding well. Worst service.

@BSNLCorporate Why problem every month's, i know for difficult handle, but asking you because i pay bill time to time. You charge bill payment but your service only 10-15 days. Why I'm pay bill full month. Bsnl charge half bill if problem every month 10-15 days.

@BSNLCorporate Its more than a week but still my connection is active.. From last 2 years I was using bsnl but becoz of poor speed, multiple times disconnection, I have applied for permanent disconnection. Paid 1000 rs monthly bill. Plz disconnect asap to avoid unnecessary bills by bsnl.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate I do the complainant yesterday regarding above number but just I got a message from BSNL that, Dear Customer,Complaint with registration number 1057787061 on phone number 01334-251482 has been resolved. Complaint still persists.
