    Hi Team, It's very unfortunate in my country that BSNL India responding in twiter to provide the solution as earliest. But If a request coming from higher lader to local bsnl team & they will ignore, then to whom we will go to get sol. Since 1month I posted in cpgram. No result.

    @BSNL_BR @BsnlCmd BSNL Broadbandservice has failed since23 march in Bihar due to server crash in kolkata no senior officer not able to told when restore the number kindly look the problem else many number to be cut due to poor service of bsnl which number has been evenafterPay

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Dear Sir BSNL takes FTTH payment through UPI but not resume suspended service all over Bihar from six days. Kindly save our Public Sector Company BSNL. Also kindly say him to resume services of user which allready paid.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL Internet is down from the morning. After repeated calls, still the network is down. Payment is already made for the month of Feb 2023.
