    @ianuragthakur @TRAI @MIB_India I wish to port my airtel number to BSNL but the porting message won't go through. On calling the customer care, they are asking me to recharge for a minimum amount of Rs 129 to activate SMS service or I won't be able to port. Is this right????

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR BSNL network not working properly coverage in town area will be weak from previous 1 years i raised the complaint but no resolution i get. Most important previous 1 year here is working 4G but now only 2G service i get here.

    @BSNL_KTK @BharatFibreFTTH I am unable to downgrade my plan in BSNL self service portal. Can you please help me ? I cant go to BSNL office for this as I am working remotely now. I want to downgrade the plan to a minimum one so that I can upgrade it later when needed.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @makeinindia #bsnl #MakeInIndia #internet Then Bye Bye BSNL. BSNL is not going to get better. In the future, Jio and Airtel Etc... will be here. Because they need customers. I pray that BSNL will not be shut down.

    @BSNLCorporate My FTTH connection is dead from 13july I already informed to bsnl vendor same day but till now no response and now he not receiving my phone. I also called customer care but still not received any response (complaint no : 1054339182). Very poor service

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL #bsnlfiber BSNL should remember one thing. Ordinary people need you. Bsnl can be shut down if they let go together. There is nothing wrong with assigning work to private parties. There is something called customer feedback. It's better to remember that.
