    @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate i want to know information about BHARAT FTTH scheme. But i am sad because i dialed customer care no. But no information is provided by Executive. Then i called BSNL CIVIL LINES Roorkee .No one is picking up call in the office..

    From last 5 Hours my BSNL FTTH link is down .. The GPON is blinking in red Colour. All my work has been stuck due inconvenience. Whome to contact in Cuttack, barang division. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate We keep on requesting for a new tower..But BSNL keep rejecting and one more thing one tower was build 6 KM away from our are and kept our area name also no use for us.. now if we go and ask for net work issue BSNL and JIO guys says you have a tower in your are.. BUT No USE

    @BSNLCorporate Yes. The issue was fixed 2 days back. Thanks. During these times when internet has become critical for both work and study, BSNL needs to give faster response and fix issues within 24 hours. Hope it works towards that to service the nation. Best wishes.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD I have bsnl Broadband and landline (Acc:9032769722/Ph: 04427660716) I want to surrender my boardband connection and retain Landline with the end of May'21. Due to lockdown i'm not able to go to office in person. can you pls help?

    @BSNLCorporate dear BSNL I don't have your network in my house. The phone stays off.! Your network is not in the center of the city. This is the state of the government company. The reason why people go to pvt is because you have service and bad network. I have to port now🙏

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad sir every month there will be issue with BSNL broadband and threre is no proper support. If we call customer care number we get as incorrect number. I have record of Complaints. Everytime there will no response from vendors please look into matter
