    BSNL sold me 200Mbps broadband after 1yr advance payment. Recently tried WFH for 2wks, but speed only 25-36Mbps. Contacted franchise; they suggest changing modem. Called BSNL, no support. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA @CustomerBsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India Recharged my BSNL number with ₹319 today Success received, but still unable to make/receive calls or SMS. Customer care is asking me to visit an office 25km away, which is not practical. Plz resolve this remotely! #BSNL #TelecomIndia

    @BSNLCorporate sir hamne bsnl selfcare application download ki hai but teek se work nhi kr rhi. Recharge dekhne ke liye Recharge ke option per click krne ke baad you are not a bsnl user aa rha hai. Customer care service per call per bhi problem solve nhi ho rhi

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India BSNL Mobile is a total shutdown in Raebareli,No network in ITI Colony , Civil Lines area and its more that 20 Hrs down time now ,no action has been taken till now And I have both sims on my mobile working in BSNL Network, Please do something
