    @idea_cares It is working at 4G speed in my farm where proper connectivity is available or in other place. I am forced to reconnect to BSNL BB as no service from idea. So naturally I would port if you do not resolve this poor connectivity problem.

    @BSNLCorporate Then my problem, Let me introduce what I am to you. We are BSNL loyal customers and since the early '90s. No one in the family has used another service provider till last year when your so called "broadband" service meant my wife would lose her job.

    @PawanGartan @BSNLCorporate There are many alternatives for you like you can buy modem online on your choice if you want BSNL to provide you modem then don't forget BSNL never gives anything free. it charges monthly.

    @BSNLCorporate After several months he did not contact or show up and replace the instrument. And recently the device that I bought with my money died as well. I raised a complaint again to get the original BSNL device repaired or replaced.
