@idea_cares It is working at 4G speed in my farm where proper connectivity is available or in other place. I am forced to reconnect to BSNL BB as no service from idea. So naturally I would port if you do not resolve this poor connectivity problem.

Everytime I am facing same network issue. I have registered complaint on 25th August but they don't provide complaint ID. They give excuses please reached after 24 hr .customer never want BSNL sim for use because of bad services provided by bsnl. Area code 845201.@BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate I'm complaining about this theft. Just inquire about his mistake why it's difficult for customer to close the bsnl connection.even after giving lot of reminders not closed the connection where as I left the place long back it reached to threshold and then ceased my deposit.

@BSNLCorporate I don't understand why BSNL doesn't develop the internet connection. I had complaint about it but their are no developing no improvement. Please develop the internet connection at everywhere main Kolkata here are also same problem so how can we use the BSNL?
