    @idea_cares It is working at 4G speed in my farm where proper connectivity is available or in other place. I am forced to reconnect to BSNL BB as no service from idea. So naturally I would port if you do not resolve this poor connectivity problem.

    @BSNLCorporate @MoitOfficial @PMOIndia With the kind of service that BSNL gives, do you think working from home or online classes are possible. It has been 5 years staying here and BSNL id down every other day. Embarrassing it is. Please do something about it.

    @BSNL_OR The Athagarh, Cuttack area has been experiencing a lot of LOS issues recently. Even Fibre cables optimization is needed. At some time the speed is in Kbps. Even for mobiles, 4g service is not available. Why this kind of service by BSNL? Kindly reply.

    @Prashantst7036 @reliancejio @airtelindia No u didnt understand this logic. After launch of 5G Jio is far ahead. Vodafone idea is debt ridden , is constantly loseing subscribers ,their 4G network quality is degrading and they dont have capital to fund and start 5G. Same is the case of Bsnl. So both these will shut down

    @bsnl_ap_circle "Dear Customer, Complaint number 130766094642 on phone number 040-23511016 has been resolved. Kindly contact 1500 or 18003451500 for any further queries." - response received today from BSNL, but the status is that nobody attended to the problem.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA is bsnlrewards a genuine program, why I am not able to receive a login pin/OTP for it. Bsnl customer care says they have no details of this program.

    1) MY BSNL APP shows hell lot of advertising and most ads are not even related to BSNL 2) BSNL Self-care App takes hell lot of time to load or most of the time it doesn't work at all. 3) BSNL 3G works decent in some areas but you will rarely see 4G LTE network on BSNL SIM 2/3
