@BSNLCorporate finally i have started porting out mine and family member's #BSNL sim. one has been ported out and others will be ported soon. the reason is your network. and even after repetitive complaints your sleepy head management didn't take any step to solve the issue.

@Dhokchau @VVF47_MUFC ACT better range with the router though. Never needed a booster before I got Jio. Not even with BSNL.

@BSNL_KTK no network in Bangalore electronic City since morning. Such huge outage not fixed so far. BSNL employees good for going on strike and asking for salary hike without work.

@BSNLCorporate I have done a recharge from bsnl official website of rs. 107 STV on no. 9473951198 and made a payment using paytm gateway. Unfortunately the amount got debited from my account but recharge was not done, please help!!!

Hello @BSNLCorporate , I can’t see ftth plan downgrade option in selfcare portal. I called customer care and they are asking me to visit bsnl office which is 50km away from my town. This is really disappointing. Kindly help me downgrading my ftth plan. @DoT_India
