    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI should take action against BSNL and its employees otherwise no one will trust the company bsnl user's are facing problem during 3G service if similar performance of bsnl employees in 4G then company can be totally ruined @AshwiniVaishnaw #BSNL

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I try to call bsnl customer care many time but not gives any response. Very poor service and government not take any action on this. This is shameless.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @AshwiniVaishnaw I live in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Had applied online for a new BharatFibreBB connection on 16 August 2022(CAF No.LD13858597).I am still waiting for further communication/ action by BSNL for installation.Please look into and help.Thank you.

    There is an employee with @BSNLCorporate , Vishal, in Rampur exchange. This single employee is the reason that has kept me with BSNL broadband for last 2 years. He is in accounts, but helps me getting any issue resolved on a single phone call 24*7 related to broadband.

    Hey @BSNLCorporate I bought a new BSNL sim prepaid connection from @10digiapp sim shows network signal but for tele verification call could not be connecting, even customer care no. Is not connecting. Please help how to activate my sim. Tried putting sim in other phone as well.

    @BSNL_BR I am using BSNL sim of Bihar circle. Presently lot of network issues in my area PIN-843120. I am not able to contact your helpline number due to error find at your end.

    @BSNLCorporate it’s a high density populated area with lot of apartments. It’s really surprising that there is no tower for BSNL in our area. If we get good BSNL signal most of us will switch to BSNL. Existing mobile networks are just useless and we are living with it.
