    @BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is down most of the day. It works somedays in the morning. Honestly, I have no alternative and that is why I am still using #BSNL . From the number ascertain for how I have been a customer. 06856-224536. @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB Dear BSNL, we ordered a new Fiber Broadband connection in Punjab Circle (Dist. Mohali Teh. Derabassi) and we have to pay around Rs.5000 for connection. I can't find any where the extra charges associated with new connection. Can you please help?

    We can't use properly internet and calls in our village, where is the signal strength is very low. The BSNL tower distance in our village under 5km, but the signal is 1 or 2 point only specific areas please solve the issue ASAP.@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate I have an issue with my landline. ISD facility is disabled. I had this facility for 15 years but recently it is disabled. I had visited BSNL office at my hometown and made a request to restore my facility but no action taken by the BSNL employee yet.

    @CGM_WB_BSNL resigned from GMT Kharagpur, WBTC BSNL office in August 2020 and gratuity amount not settled till now.....If BSNL can't do justice with his ex-employee then customer should not expect anything from BSNL.....

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, we have taken bsnl broadband wifi connection, it is getting worse since yesterday and the net is not running, which we had complained yesterday, which has not been resolved yet, in this modern era, the service of bsnl is very poor.
