    @BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is down most of the day. It works somedays in the morning. Honestly, I have no alternative and that is why I am still using #BSNL . From the number ascertain for how I have been a customer. 06856-224536. @rsprasad

    @CMDBSNL My self Srinivas Dora I have a BSNL no 9438265615 last 5 days not received any message or out going. So I try to contact customer service no 1800 180 1503 4 time I try to solve My problem but no body proper suggest...one girl she name deepika Jena very roudly behavior..

    @HansrajMeena BSNL is loosing the race because its own poor service. There was the time when they don’t respect the customers and now its time customers are not respecting them. This is business and it has competition and one thing which BSNL forgot was customer is the decider.

    @BSNLCorporate I haven’t received my fibre bill yet on my email. I am able to see the amount on BSNL self care website but not able to download the bill. The amount that I see their is probably not correct. Please look into this issue and correct my billing amount.@BSNL_BR

    @BSNLCorporate From yesterday I'm not able to login in bsnl self care website. Otp is coming too late, even I'm not able to download my bill from My BSNL app. Customer care is not picking up the call. 😑 What's going on.
