    @BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is down most of the day. It works somedays in the morning. Honestly, I have no alternative and that is why I am still using #BSNL . From the number ascertain for how I have been a customer. 06856-224536. @rsprasad

    @CMDBSNL My self Srinivas Dora I have a BSNL no 9438265615 last 5 days not received any message or out going. So I try to contact customer service no 1800 180 1503 4 time I try to solve My problem but no body proper suggest...one girl she name deepika Jena very roudly behavior..

    @IndianTechGuide What's the use when half the time, there's no network coverage? I too have a BSNL sim but I recharge it only to keep the number alive. Their 107 plan gives 35 days validity. But the coverage is extremely poor compared to my other sim i.e., Jio.

    @IndianTechGuide Yeah? As if BSNL has any customer base like both the giants ...Airtel and Jio. Also please don't even mention the word "Network" or "service".

    @IndianTechGuide Network speed is what BSNL should now look after. Atleast matching 75% of jio or airtel's network speed is a big win for BSNL.

    @IndianTechGuide My Personal Experience- Ported into BSNL 3 Months Ago , Recharge is Very Cheap, but but but- 1. You Will Receive approx 1/4 of calls in your Device of total Call Dialled to Your number 2. Network Goes off Sometimes for 6-7 Hours and further. 3. You cannot Share hotspot . .

    @Uttupaaji @IndianTechGuide 2G in my Area I have BSNL Active Number but Unfortunately they can't even able to Give proper network BSNL only useful in Remote areas where minimal facilities available

    @hidanxgod @IndianTechGuide As of June 2025, BSNL does not offer eSIM services. Recent posts from BSNL Care on X confirm they currently lack eSIM support, despite plans for a March 2025 launch. They are working on network improvements, but no updated timeline for eSIM is available. Consider Jio or Airtel for eSIM needs.

    @TanaysinghT Hi Tanay, I can confirm the same — Vodafone 5G in NSA is much better and more stable than Airtel and BSNL. They just need to focus on the customer support aspect, as the response time for raised complaints is very high.

    @BSNL_MH No one from BSNL office at Satara is responding to my Complaint No 113586166 & 113606363 registered through BSNL Self Care App.Very poor response. I may even consider surrendering the connection
