  @DoT_India It is unfy that BSNl sent a msg that the complain has been resolved without testing it through a call. But the phone is still dead.This shows how BSNL is cheating the customer instead of solving the issue. Please look to the matter.

  @singhmanishpu Bro BSNL will help you sure but not certain till when may be within 1 or 2 days/months/year .if other company available move on .
