@BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is down most of the day. It works somedays in the morning. Honestly, I have no alternative and that is why I am still using #BSNL . From the number ascertain for how I have been a customer. 06856-224536. @rsprasad

Don’t understand the rationale behind changing Amazonlite plan at the cost of Amazon Prime plan and to top it up they say it’s discounted pricing. @CCI_India Need intervention under MRTP and that’s the problem of Duopoly. govt shd revive BSNL else we will have to pay the price

@BSNL_AS extremely poor BSNL network work in Numaligarh Refinery Township(NRL Township), Golaghat. Is there no solution at your hand to resolve the poor network issues?? cannot make a simple bank transaction since OTP is received BSNL mobile. Pls look into where is the problem???

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Recently I got new connection of the BSNL Himachal Pradesh after 1 month I recharge it by 2399 for 1 year plan by mistake I recharge some other persons very similar number after sometime maybe one hour I understood my mistake customer care of the BSNL . It's very shameful. .

I tried raising the complaint multiple times but every time I registered it it got closed next day marked as resolved, nobody bothered to check the facts or contact me or refund the extra money which I paid, The employees of BSNL are committing fraud and company simply don’t care
