    @BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is down most of the day. It works somedays in the morning. Honestly, I have no alternative and that is why I am still using #BSNL . From the number ascertain for how I have been a customer. 06856-224536. @rsprasad

    @rsprasad @bsnlcorporate Sir,net connectivity is poor, not continual. BSNL is struggling to provide seamless service. But bill is generated for full amount every month.Why can't the system generate bill only for the hours the internet worked.The staff also to be paid accordingly

    @HingeNivrutti I know this but where is BSNL today it affects me more I have 2 numbers of BSNL which I am still continuing in spite of poor network, poor or one can say no customer care response, all because there is Bharat name in BSNL

    Hi @BSNLCorporate Very disappointed by your wifi fibre cable service. Doesn't ever work fine. I think privatisation of BSNL would be fine. #BSNL

    @bsnl_or we are facing issue with BSNL services. While we called up your SDO incharge he said surrender your services and take connection from 3rd party vendor. I dont understand whom to contact now. He even said there will be no repairs and no service from BSNL.Please help

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD I'm facing very low internet speed for the last 8 days(speed reducing to less than 2 kbps instead of 10 kbps which was written in the website of BSNL for the recharge ₹118)Customer care is not doing anything to solve my problem.Plz solve the problem 🙏

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Hello so called bsnl team, Same issue repeated third time and I waited for 14 days but this is not resolved. Phone is again dead. Feel free to disconnect. I don't need such stupid service anymore
