@BSNLCorporate My dad wrongly recharged for rs 147 when I recharged the same number for rs 699 a day before. BSNL representative said there is nothing they can do and blamed that the fault is on customer. Who on earth will willfully downgrade to a lower plan?

Very worst service, I had #bsnl_fibre connection, always it shows no internet and when I call nearby bsnl support they always say their is server down. I am getting no help from #bsnl office and private company, So what is meaning of taking connection. @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate
