    @BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is down most of the day. It works somedays in the morning. Honestly, I have no alternative and that is why I am still using #BSNL . From the number ascertain for how I have been a customer. 06856-224536. @rsprasad

    @bsnl_care Your customer care service is the worst in all accounts.Even bsnl is unable to send SIM settings in spite of more than seven requests.I think irresponsible behaviour of their service executive is the main reason for the downfall of BSNL.

    @bsnl_care Assistance is to be provided to customer by bsnl at doorsteps or customer has to run from pillar to post of BSNL office
