    @BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is down most of the day. It works somedays in the morning. Honestly, I have no alternative and that is why I am still using #BSNL . From the number ascertain for how I have been a customer. 06856-224536. @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate Hi Team this for AC - 40. I raised lots of request to get Bharat Fiber . Every time I have been told There is no Fiber Optic cable available in the area. How then BSNL will compete with other service providers ?

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Respected sir every customer of BSNL I'd flying to other telecom services because of unresponsive behaviour in a month 20days basic phone and net had issue concern dept advise us to switch on other telecom,no proper commitment of complain#05422412052 complain no 1057505636

    @BSNLCorporate No thank you. Have heard the same words few months back. BSNL us a defunct company. I’ve really had enough. Ideally my money for last 1 year should be refunded as the phone has been dead. I lodged a complaint 6 days back, it was closed without rectification.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I am from palia kalan , up east , 262902 and from last 48 hrs bsnl broadband is not working . No network and officials are either on leave on not picking calls . No help from @BSNLCorporate constantly trying to connect to them but no help ... Worst service provider

    Stop making fool to users #BSNL, BSNL GM is saying me what ever the bill is due you need to pay but when I asked for service he just try making me fool talk to them talk to whome, if BSNL can't provide the service, I don't know why government is not shut down it.
