    @BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is down most of the day. It works somedays in the morning. Honestly, I have no alternative and that is why I am still using #BSNL . From the number ascertain for how I have been a customer. 06856-224536. @rsprasad

    @mohitlaws But who on earth would shut down a business on their own? Which Govt in the World would give doles for operational inefficiency & no economy of scale? It's always survival of the fittest in open economy. India has atleast BSNL but can't afford to be a secured job provider solely

    @bsnl_care In My Device The SMS is Receive almost by an half an Hour using BSNL Sim...No Coverage and No Network In My Room. Request you to resolve this problem

    Since Sep 24,I've tried verifying my @Samsung account but haven't received OTPs or verification calls on my BSNL SIM. @BSNLCorporate confirmed no issues on their end. Samsung promised a technical team callback, but nothing happens. No action,no solution. #Samsung #CustomerSupport
