    @BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is down most of the day. It works somedays in the morning. Honestly, I have no alternative and that is why I am still using #BSNL . From the number ascertain for how I have been a customer. 06856-224536. @rsprasad

    @bhak_sala 1. Quality of service: When you try to take broadband connection, BSNL people will give you 2001 Model Modem/Router. 2. Reliability of service : When you use a local courier service, you have to call them to follow up. 3. Chalta hai attitude should go.Etc..

    @BSNL_OR I am sick and tired of the services .. I have been giving complaints for slow network speed but alas of no solution at all.. Use the bsnl ftth for office work and the network is extremely slow with bad connection

    @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate I am bsnl ftth user since july 26th till now I have almost registered 3 complaints regarding slow speed till now there is no action taken my plan is of 300mbps if not resolved within next week bsnl should pay me my hard earned money back to me

    @BSNL_OR @milannaik Same issue here! BSNL has objections on my number for porting 🙄🙄🙄🙄 I have been a bsnl customer for 15 yrs & now I want to port out and @bsnl not allowing it! This is insane
