    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @rsprasad i have complained about my fiberoptic that is of BSNL almost about 10 times till now and still i am getting the issue of breaking internet 2-3 times a week for about half an hour. I am a student and its the time of our final exam and hence the issue has not yet resolved.

    @BSNLCorporate Still got the same reply. Service not available. Air Fiber equipment not available. I don't know how BSNL functions. You have deserted India. Pathetic.

    @BSNLCorporate Now looks fine I asked few questions to technician 1) who changed my plan ? I can see it online on bsnl portal 2) The technician declined that past service request was not resolved by her. Still her name is showing in portal Please confirm both things and reply within year
