    @haryanabsnl @gmtdf2 dear sir have telephone before 1995 but didn't phase problems like today. Phone is not working even for a single day after getting je telephone in Loop. Surprise as there is no pressure if this is than God only save BSNL please look into

    @RailWireIndia This is the worst service error, trying to recharge with different cards and accounts, all fail. Customer care is bad, service is bad, online login page does not work, this is the reason for it's failure and if continues, will fall like BSNL landline @RailMinIndia

    @airtelindia is bharti mittal so poor that for last mile drop fibre, airtel is using BSNL Poles ?? Sadak par katora lai kar Beth jao ...!!

    The customer care executive had marketed #AirtelBlack saying it's a premium service. Now, I wonder if your 'ordinary' customers have any access to your customer care even! This is not the early 2000s when BSNL was the only option.

    @SrikanthJammana @JatanBaid4 @KirtiAzaad Ha ha !! BSNL had lost all its clients long before the 4G auction - educate yourself !! The quality of customer service BSNL provides is as **** as your brain and that was the reason of its downfall !!
