    I didn't get more than 20 Mbps download speed in #BSNL Fiber broadband. What is this @BSNLCorporate ??? You have promised 50 Mbps but here i got only 20 Mbps speed. Very poor ping and poor download speed. My circle is Udhampur (SSA) (Jammu and Kashmir)

    @BSNLCorporate Kindly install one BSNL Tower at Ponara in Tehsil Basantgarh District Udhampur J&K for Better quality signal to the users of BSNL of Ponara, loudhra, khaned, sang, mang and Kadwah. @indukanwal

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Today the speed of #BSNL #Fiber #FTTH is very pathetic. Browser not able to open normal images while browsing. Problem Occurring Area:- Udhampur (J&K). Kindly look into the issue.

    Do @BSNLCorporate and @BSNL_JK take a note of slow BSNL Bharat FTTH broadband speeds in Udhampur (J&K) ?? Specially during day peak time internet speed is very sluggish and slow. When will full speed will be restored ??

    @BSNL_OD @BSNLCorporate I’ve been using BSNL mobile no. 9437912165 for several years. About a month ago, outgoing calls were suddenly barred, followed by incoming calls. Despite recharging and submitting all required documents, the issue remains unresolved.

    I used BSNL for 13 years and loved it and defended it. But in 2019, at my office and home, the BSNL network stopped working and was tired of it and then switched to Jio. It’s not about whether they rollout 5G services or cheap internet but if their network coverage is bad, then what’s the use.

    @bsnl_care I have repeatedly expressed concerns regarding the absence of dual-band routers within the annual plan, yet BSNL has proceeded to generate an order for such a device. This service is proving to be unsatisfactory, as my complaints have not been addressed.

    BSNL broadband service is one of the worst compared to others. We pay the bills but if something happens they send their employees after 1 day or 2, sometimes it will take more than 2 days also. Unfortunately airtel and jio doesn't provide services for some rural areas in karnataka. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate whom should I contact to solve this issue. Local employees never rectify the issue within a day. If you can't provide a proper service please don't generate the postpaid bill idiots

    More towers are good. But what people really want is a stable network. 26,300+ new 4G sites is a big expansion- now BSNL needs to deliver strong, reliable & consistent connectivity, especially in villages & remote areas.
