    I didn't get more than 20 Mbps download speed in #BSNL Fiber broadband. What is this @BSNLCorporate ??? You have promised 50 Mbps but here i got only 20 Mbps speed. Very poor ping and poor download speed. My circle is Udhampur (SSA) (Jammu and Kashmir)

    Do @BSNLCorporate and @BSNL_JK take a note of slow BSNL Bharat FTTH broadband speeds in Udhampur (J&K) ?? Specially during day peak time internet speed is very sluggish and slow. When will full speed will be restored ??

    @L331936Hi The networks are good in my area i live in varanasi but the call drops and call issue are still there not that much but yeah and talking abt plans it's damn good but i switched to bsnl cuz of wifi i only use it for online payments and some calls.

    @bsnl_care @TRAI Dear customer, your docket has been closed. Docket Number- I01157037168. BSNL Call Centre Again docket closed but what action is taken on complaint won't explain to the complainer. Wow जिम्मेदारी झटकने का अच्छा तरीका निकाला है।😕

    @bsnl_care Even in a major city like Bengaluru, BSNL's network is consistently poor. All other providers (Airtel, Jio, Vodafone, Idea) have stable service, yet BSNL remains unreliable. I'm tired of the constant connectivity issues and repeated complaints. Please improve the network."

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mp I am prepaid mobile connection Holder since 20 years & facing -call cutting, low voice, one way , connectivity issue etc , seems BSNL wants to throwout me .

    @reliancejio seems bsnl 3G would be better than your 5G as it doesn't work but BSNL 3G might atleast work. Make sure your internet is properly available else it won't take much subscribers to shift soon as your cost has increased significantly and service quality has decreased
