  @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate I don't understand what kind of service BSNL provides. They charge whopping amount for fiber connection and still the customer service is like all the executives can do is just register a complaint which is never acknowledged. #bsnl_ftth #bharatfiber

  @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate You often talk about Digital India, but how is Digital India possible when BSNL broadband is down for the entire day? This happens frequently, and the local vendor often doesn’t answer calls. We pay for the service—will BSNL extend our validity ?

  @glb_kannadiga @sharath_nayaka7 @airtelindia BSNL is worst in terms of call connectivity. Also no networks in very crowded places like railway stations, malls. Can use as a secondary sim as it very cheap

  @someware1982 Contact BSNL Kolkata CTD GM CM at 9432000345 regarding your issue, the case needs to be escalated to the Sales & Marketing team if you have recharged on November 2025 the plan should be valid till October 2025 because INR 1999 prepaid mobile plan validity is 11 months.

  @novice_strytelr @TheRubric_Medic BSNL was always a loss making company, the party that ruled indian for 70 years had 70 years to repair BSNL, BSNL services were mediocre, customers are interested in services offered when they need urgent fix.. which masters did congress work for that reduced BSNL to dust?
