    @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate I don't understand what kind of service BSNL provides. They charge whopping amount for fiber connection and still the customer service is like all the executives can do is just register a complaint which is never acknowledged. #bsnl_ftth #bharatfiber

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB Is this type of service you will give to your customers?? That is why you are not even in competition with private players. Given the application of bsnl fibre in sector 20 Chandigarh bsnl office. Still after one month connection is pending from your end!

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate - I have applied to disconnect my land line connection after taking fiber connection but the land line connection had not removed. However , I have received unnecessary amount of bill for the land line. This kind of service from BSNL is disappointing.

    @BSNL_HR @TRAI Hi Team, I raised an issue (1053548737) about slowness of my bsnl fiber 10 days back but still nobody came solve this issue. Everytime I called, get the same response like it will be solved in 24 hrs but still the same. Hope you can take action on this asap.

    @BSNLCorporate Again today my internet stopped working... please take action against local BSNL vendor..no prompt service is being provided by them...they take us for granted...

    @rsprasad @bsnlhoshiarpur sir Jai Shree Ram. Sir this is regarding BSNL services, since last 2 years the wires are broken from the pole to my home & we are paying the rent for last 2 years & we have made several verbal complaints & no action from BSNL in last 2 years. 1/2
