    @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate I don't understand what kind of service BSNL provides. They charge whopping amount for fiber connection and still the customer service is like all the executives can do is just register a complaint which is never acknowledged. #bsnl_ftth #bharatfiber

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB @CMDBSNL bsnl air fiber wify 0186- 2960589 is not working for the last 10 days. Many requests made but no resolution so far. Kindly depute technician to resolve the issue.Already we arr out of internet network,so any further delay will not be appreciated.

    @BSNL_KTK I don't understand why BSNL broadband goes down when rain starts. Is it how Digital India movement will work?

    @BSNLCorporate There is no option for downgrading BSNL FTTH plan on BSNL Selfcare. I can't go to nearby office due to COVID. I did DM you and still no help :(

    @humnhidekhenge @OpIndia_com Once private players started entering the field, BSNL started going down. Jio only added to the problem for BSNL. But mostly, once the landlines started becoming obsolete, BSNL has had to keep low.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber 2359295028 not working properly. We are facing network downtime every day from morning to evening for the past one year. Local BSNL is not able to handle the issue. Request for quick resolve the issue.
