    @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate I don't understand what kind of service BSNL provides. They charge whopping amount for fiber connection and still the customer service is like all the executives can do is just register a complaint which is never acknowledged. #bsnl_ftth #bharatfiber

    @BSNLCorporate No one is going to choose BSNL over private network because of poor service, bad attitude of BSNL employee and irresponsible behavior of BSNL staff.

    @BSNLCorporate You can reach me directly on 9899218606. My area pin code is 209859 and town name is nawabganj. The services are so poor that I m now fed up of chasing BSNL staff.. In last week the internet remained down for at least 5 days and again it is down since yesterday evening..

    As per our last conversation, I went to @BSNLCorporate Exchange in BSNL UP EAST region for grievance redressal but no one was there, I asked the peon over there,n He said as there is no electricity so no work or complaint can be processed. This way you gonna raise BSNL again..??

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLGujOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir there is last 7 days no bsnl network in our village. We complain in coustmer care but no result. Also talked with DGM Kheda and CGM Gujarat office but no result. We in very big problem because our no is link with net banking.

    @BSNL_BR I'm living in the town 4KM away from your main BSNL office and you guys are telling me distance matters. It's not the distance. It is known as 3rd party vendor monopoly. SHAME ON YOUR SERVICE.

    BSNL Outage in Titabar, Jorhat, Assam for past 52 hours. No network,Total Blackout of all the services in this are. It's not fixed yet. Nobody will be going to choose BSNL over private network because of worst service. @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India
