    Dear @TRAI @BSNLCorporate However, same complaint raised many times via Bsnlselfcare app but every time, no network signal complaint disposed-off with no solution. It seems BSNL itself is forcing the BSNL customer to port their SIM Card into another one..

    How long will it take for BSNL to active it's own prepaid customer's SIM to activate? If BSNL is not capable of handling postpaid then why does it even offer such kind of service and for that why a person with only one SIM like me will suffer? (2/2)

    @bsnl_care Will you provide me with an extended data service ? I have paid for prepaid service for a fixed tenure. In my both residences ( present and parmanent) previously got excellent bsnl data service. Why is it not being provided for the last 25 days?

    If you have an iPhone with BSNL as a secondary SIM and it's running hot: 1. The quickest fix: Settings β†’ Cellular β†’ BSNL β†’ Turn Off This Line. Heat should drop within an hour. 2. Turn off Wi-Fi Calling for BSNL 3. Don't charge while hot, let it cool first, passively 4. Long term: if you have a spare Android, move the BSNL SIM there These are based on community reports and AI-assisted research, not my personal testing beyond the first step.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am being harrased by BSNL CSC Balichak for upgrading my prepaid BSNL number to postpaid. They have shut down the prepaid almost 24 hour ago and did not activate postpaid. BSNL PGRMS Case: BSNL-WB-2026-CU-05191779189511

    @JioCare Always network issues and always call drop while in mobile network.. really thinking of Porting. #bsnl is far better while both sim are in same phone

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate Very frustrating that the BSNL fiber(Leather Complex Area Jalandhar) WiFi is OUT OF ORDER SINCE YESTERDAY (15-05- 2026) AFTER NOON... NO RESOLUTION.. despite complaint s, repeated telephonic reminders.. Service.. from BSNL...?? Oh no!
