  @bsnl_ap_circle @ApCgm Plans are not important but the connection and speed is important. With BSNL Internet, I can't even send a Whatsapp msg for 5 mins. 4 years back, BSNL net was too good.   @BSNLCorporate BSNL FTTH internet is not working since yesterday and complaint was lodged for the same. After that 1 call yesterday I've called the customer support 61 times and nobody has answered the call. Please resolve it ASAP! @GoI_MeitY

  Despite of various reminders and requests from past many days still the problem remains unsolved, we are just tolerating this worst service due to un availability of any other service and kids classes are online these days,the day option comes BSNL will loose its 100% connections

  @rvaidya2000 One more, just cut their telephone allowance of 15K per month and give them BSNL sim with free outgoing. Twin issue will be sorted out, one the service of BSNL will be good&they will some how invest in good servers.

  @MukeshAmbanima @JioCare @reliancejio 1st impression is last impression.just shifted from BSNL to JioFiber last 5 days I did continuous follow up for connection installation,really pathetic experience.2nd day post installation, service is down.BSNL was slow but reliable

  @BSNL_AS Ahhh again, Bsnl broadband internet is not working from 13/07/2021 also register a complain on that day but no response till now. I even tried to contact nearby bsnl office they said they can't do anything. They suggested to disconnect it.03621 244021
