    Some people were saying that ISRO will go in BSNL way if private parties get involved. BSNL became **** due to it's own incompetency, lethargic attitude and lack of new ideas/innovation.

    Out of these, 39 grievances were resolved, 13 cases are under process pending documents, and 11 cases could not be considered due to pay anomaly issues. Around 50 pensioners, association members, BSNL Administrative Officers, and Pension Officers participated in the programme.

    @bsnl_care Issue Details: I am using a 100 Mbps FTTH plan. The ONT/router installed by BSNL supports only Fast Ethernet / old Wi-Fi standard, due to which I get only ~50 Mbps. Wi-Fi also disconnects 15–30 days every month. Local staff is asking me to purchase my own router

    Dear @BSNLCorporate, Amazing service by BSNL 👏 My WiFi stops working every 2–3 days since installation, and now it has been completely dead for the last 2 days. The local team neither answers calls nor replies on WhatsApp. But yes, they were very quick to collect 6 months’ advance payment so that customers can’t even switch to another provider easily. At this point, we are paying not for internet service, but for frustration and ignorance. If this is the level of support BSNL provides, then “Digital India” is truly in safe hands. Kindly resolve the issue instead of ignoring customers. #BSNL #BSNLFTTH
