  @BSNL_MH I got new prepaid BSNL 4G/3G sim. The network we get is 3G H+. But the speed is below 1MBPS. Please solve speed issue soon. Area is Palghar City 401404. Thank you.

  dear @BSNLCorporate why it is always impossible to get BSNL broadband . nobody in the office ready to help. when will this change? despite having all infrastructure not providing the service . please take it serious.

  @chai2kul In suburbs basic facilities don't have systematic arrangements. Whether it's electricity, water, roads, internet and telephone services. People have disconnected BSNL land lines owing to lack of up time. They could have provided good wired telephone and internet service.

  @CMDBSNL @BSNL_OR Getting error while trying to recharge my Odisha BSNL number in Grace 1 phase. It's a BSNL number since 5+ years. Not able to recharge because of this issue. I am in Bangalore. Not able to reach Odisha BSNL cust care. @BSNL_KTK isn't able to help. Please help.

  @BSNL_BR 3G service of BSNL is completely disturbed from 19 th of May till this time at the pin code 848125 and no body is taking action to improve the 3G service. The moot question is that how you people will succeed in recent competitive market with this attitude.

  @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Hello team BSNL does not listen to customer problems and why the services are at lowest quality as customers face issue every now and then. Is it a joke? My services are not working since two days and I face issues in service every week.
