So I'm just frustrated with its service. They said to shut down 3G, but it's still there. They said 4G launched but not working properly. So how can BSNL end Jio's duopoly?

I struggled with a BSNL Prepaid SIM for ~2 months and when I realized that I don't get 4G signal 95% of the time, I discontinued using it. BSNL too promptly stopped signal completely on SIM, though it's not even a month since I discontinued using it after last recharge
