The ONT/router installed by BSNL supports only Fast Ethernet / old Wi-Fi standard, due to which I get only ~50 Mbps. Wi-Fi also disconnects 15–30 days every month. The local team neither answers calls nor replies on WhatsApp. But yes, they were very quick to collect 6 months’ advance payment so that customers can’t even switch to another provider easily. At this point, we are paying not for internet service, but for frustration and ignorance. If this is the level of support BSNL provides, then “Digital India” is truly in safe hands. Kindly resolve the issue instead of ignoring customers. #BSNL #BSNLFTTH
