    @ParasmeSaurabh I agree with you, bro Lately, my brother booked a Jio SIM via the MyJio app, money got debited from his account, but he ain't received the SIM. I am also using a Jio SIM. Lots of apps are not running through the Jio Network, but when I switch to BSNL, it runs normal. BSNL is my primary number, and Jio is my secondary number.

    According to you which telecom operator provides best customer service ? . BSNL . JIO . Airtel . vI I have good experience with Airtel rest is pathetic. e.g. yesterday I booked a JIO SIM for Home delivery, Jio person didn't showed up and I called him next day and he said, Bhai aap Jio Store se le lo..     Network Crisis in Dodasan Balla Rajouri Residents Face Poor Connectivity Call for Action Against Airtel Jio and BSNL The World Relation/TAP Rajouri, 28 April 2026 Rajouri: A serious connectivity issue has emerged from Dodasan Balla village in Tehsil Thanna Mandi, where residents are struggling with extremely poor mobile network and internet services. Speaking to The World Relation, locals expressed strong dissatisfaction, stating that despite spending ₹500 to ₹800 on monthly recharges, they are unable to access proper internet or even make stable phone calls. According to residents, internet services are almost non-functional inside homes, forcing people to step outside just to get minimal connectivity. Even then, the internet speed remains very slow, and in many areas, signals completely disappear even during the daytime. Frequent call drops have also become a major issue, disrupting communication and daily activities. Residents have raised serious concerns over the services provided by Airtel, Reliance Jio, and BSNL, alleging that companies are charging full amounts but failing to deliver basic services. The public has appealed to Deputy Commissioner Rajouri to take immediate notice of the issue and direct telecom providers to improve connectivity in the area. Locals stressed that in today’s digital age—where education, business, and communication heavily depend on the internet—such conditions are unacceptable. Now, all eyes are on the authorities and telecom companies to see whether they take prompt action or if the people of Dodasan Balla will continue to suffer.

    12/ But the fiscal cost is huge. Analysis shows BSNL spends 4 to 5 times its revenue just on salaries for staff maintaining outdated technology. This is money that could have gone into building a modern 5G network or high-tech manufacturing.

    @BSNLCorporate @IndiaPostOffice Complaint regarding Dhera Post Office, Dist. Rewa(MP) For the past 10 days, the post office at Dhera 486333 is not functioning properly due to no BSNL network. Public services are completely disrupted, and no alternative arrangements have been made

    @bsnl_care Team, indoor coverage is terrible. Deep within apartment and rooms, there is hardly any network. By the time new BTS starts working, i doubt people will stay with BSNL here. What is the update on wifi calling in android? Especially Samsung
