@BSNLCorporate I had a very good experience with BSNL FTTH. Speed is good only Issue I'm having is I'm getting ping around 30-40ms which is comparatively high for a FTTH connection. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

@BSNLCorporate other operators Airtel, jio, Vi is going on 5g way. But your network is stuck in 2g. No network in my area kherdi, chiplun pin 415604 from morning. Daily 98% network down in my area. If this condition stable then BSNL network customer is zero earlier.

@BSNL_BR @CMDBSNL @TRAI Sir,We are unable to visit the BSNL office in person due some unavoidable reasons. I have already provided you all the details but inspite of resolving our complaint you are delaying the matter on frivolous grounds. Even there is no reply to my mail sent to CMD.

@BSNL_OR The issue was raised with you initially in Oct 21 , the phone continues to be defective( now for more than an year)but billing intimation is regular. How unresponsive can be BSNL, prompt on Twitter N on billing. Fit case to be taken up with IT Minister@AshwiniVaishnav@BSNL_OR

@BSNLCorporate my landline has been dead for over 2 weeks now as have other subscribers' lines. I was told via DM that it was a cable fault and would be fixed ASAP. And now BSNL Pune has billed me for a non existence service. Do you think we subscribers ought to pay?? Thanks.
