  I have never been a BSNL user before. So if I want to choose a number of my choice, I don't even see that option anywhere. You should bring some such feature in your app so that you can login to the app even without BSNL SIM card. Like guest login from where user can check offers

  @bsnlupe horrible situation, I have BSNL prepaid SIM but while my stay in my village Didarganj, Azamgarh UP having no BSNL signal in spite of BSNL tower and BSNL exchange, BSNL authorities of Azamgarh is bogus and irresponsible, not vigilant about such corrupt practices.

  @bsnl_care Yesterday, I was promised by one of your executive that the issue will be resolved by Yesterday EOD. What is the update on that? Just generating a porting UPC code is taking 3 days then how can we all expect BSNL to improve it's service quality?

  Jio has become worse than govt BSNL. Engineer didn’t have any tools only had wires. Luckily I had crimping tool etc. he did the wiring and all properly. Couldn’t get the signal on his receiver. He tried once or twice and left saying he will “see”. 5 days and still incomplete.
