    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND on 4th march, I gave the application to DEOGHAR BSNL office to (814112) change my BSNL fiber basic plus (60mbps) to fiber rural home wifi ( I live in a rural area) (30mbps), and they haven't changed yet. and selfcare portal hasn't support downgrade.

    Hey @BSNLCorporate I'm trying to downgrade my BSNL Broadband plan from the past three months. The local Vendor does not respond and customer service has indicated they cannot do so. One of the worst customer services I've ever encountered 😠 @BSNL_CG_Circle

    Pathetic service, lazy & useless employees. That's #BSNL for you. Raised a complaint a year back that stayed unresolved so you can't raise complaint on their app again. last 4 days half of the time no internet and half of the time 1-2% of my speed limit.

    @BSNL_AS Dear Sir I know the 4G is not rolled out but what about the current network fluctuations I am not getting Bsnl network and I'm forced to use alternate network like jio and airtel.... Atleast fix the 3G in pincode 783337
