    @BSNLCorporate No action yet it's 3rd day with out internet .. not happy with BSNL maintenance service.... Please do not call if next month bill not paid 😟 better plan are there in jio cheaper to what I am paying for BSNL services.

    @DoT_India Sir/Madam your TSP/division doesn't seem to be concerned about the matter at all. It has been 6 months since I'm having this issue with my BSNL internet. I'm paying my bills on time, yet it is no exaggeration that I'm not getting service even 15 days a month. LL no. - 01512946899

    @BSNL_KL Worst service. Charging around 9000 Rs fir installation itself.. Local cable operators are installing it. Also they provide cheap WiFi modem. Not even providing BSNL modem. You are not even investigating it . . worst.

    @IndiaPostOffice World's largest postal network yet world's slowest. Pigeons can do faster than this. Post office opening time 10 AM. Standing in queue for last 35 mins that too on first point. Can imagine how you are getting funded. I Can relate to BSNL. @narendramodi

    @BSNLCorporate Hi how many issues I need to reach BSNL 1. my address in bill was in correct, should same as installation address. 2 Feb 2021 bill paid in Mar or apr paid one time charges and deposit and same add to my Oct 2021 bill long back I raised In Twitter and I forgot

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India got BSNL fiber at home 6 months ago. QUALITY of service is SO POOR it gets DISCONNECTED TWICE every WEEK & no1 picks up Phone @ BSNL ofc. 0 customer service, 0 accountability. & they charge Maximum in mkt. STOP LOOTIN US? 0151-2946899 LL no.

    If you call BSNL complaint care you can actually listen to their customer care executive sharing shopping centers details with each other. Pathetic customer care, pathetic service @BSNLCorporate @bsnlcustomer #BSNL
