    @BSNLCorporate Will it applicable for existing customers?. Or only for new customers? If yes, launch similar plan for existing customers until bsnl network becomes stable and provide good connectivity to customers.

    Previously issues with #JioFiber will get resolved within 24 hours. Now, for the past 8 days, the service engineer visit was rescheduled twice without him/her visiting my home. It is negatively impacting my work from home. Sad to see JioFiber is degrading like BSNL @JioCare

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Getting a bsnl sim is not at all easier. Most of the time server failures. No proper responses. In Karnataka, to upgrade my 4G sim, I travelled 20 km to bsnl office twice. No help. Finally I ported from bsnl to Jio BSNL is always zero customer service, with full of rude idiots
