    @rsprasad & that mobile number again stoped including calls and messages from November I go to bsnl office he says ur no is in MNP barring contact with bsnl & vodafone office regularly regarding this problem he says it was bsnl problem says vodafone .

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate I have bsnl plan of 20 mbps but getting 1 mbps. It is hampering my office work. Such worst bsnl service. Contacted to customer care too. Saying restart your modem. Speed come bit good for some time then again same issue.

    @rsprasad sir I have a problem for my mobile number it was vodafone no but I have ported to Bsnl in the month of March 2020 from that no working normally in month of September my no incoming out going service was stoped.

    @DoT_India @cgmbsnlupe pity on bsnl grievance redressal system; complaint on phone no. 0522-2681832 (phone dead) took 5 days to be redressed & broadband is still not brought in order on 6th days after formal complaint was lodged.This is the state in U.P. State Capital.

    @pravesh I beg to differ but BSNL had superior network and call quality until it was denied 4G license. Be it in remote jungles of CG& MP or northeast or JK & himalayan mountains.
