Hi @Paytmcare, is there no way to connect to customer care executive on the app? Anyways here's the issue, I had recharged my phone via BSNL's app which used your payment gateway. After few days of recharge the amount was inadvertently refunded into my account. I didn't know 1/3

@BSNL_MH Unable to change brodband plans using BSNL self care portal as it does not lists all the available plans. Customer Care helpline is useless. Would you please fix self care portal ? Or suggest any convenient alternative. #BSNL
