@GooglePayIndia @BSNLCorporate Did a Validity extension recharge using GPay for BSNL Mobile Service of Rs 397 for 365 days of validity extension as mentioned. Whereas actual validity increased by only 300 days. Misinformation is provided while selecting the plans.

@BSNL_CHTD You are collecting ₹1999/= Entertainment as given your app. EROSNOW should given free. For this BSNL should give SMS with 1 user name 2 password Or code to log in Nothing done till now. A day passed. I contacted bsnl office and on line help desc. None helped

@BSNLCorporate worst network provider even after repeated complaints bsnl doesn't bother to pay heed to customer's issues. the local bsnl service centres have no(atleast in my area) expert hands to resolve customer's issue they keep on asking you to change plans for better data/call services

@AshwiniVaishnaw Please improve the internet service of bsnl sir.I have been a mobile subscriber of bsnl for last 3 years.But internet speed of bsnl is so low and very bad that nothing can be done with internet.I request you to improve the service of bsnl a little faster.🙏

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @MIB_India Devalamakki a village in Karwar district has only bsnl network.But when the electricity goes off bsnl goes off too. Why can't bsnl afford a power backup?For students they need to wakeup by 5am to get reliable 1mbps connection. #wedeservebetter
