    @bsnl_ap_circle I am from Eluru(Vanguru) village. Using BSNL Fibernet with the plan of 599(Basic fiber plus). I was using the service form 6 months.But from past 15 days I was facing the problem with internet(Very slow and not able to open any web page) at afternoon 1 to around 7

    @BSNLCorporate my connection no. 2975017. pincode 282004, bsnl fiber connection. Std code is 0562. I contacted my local BSNL office and customer service helpline many times but there is no giving attention to my problem.Very bad experience Pls provide me solution Asap. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW

    COWIN is not able to win against the pathetic BSNL network, resulting in no OTPs since last 21 minutes, i.e; 7 resends. Kuch na Kuch manhoos hai, BSNL is one of them.Its horrible since last 5 days in Jamshedpur without any rains, winds. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India this problem were found since April/May, 2020. Not yet resolved the issue. All the BSNL users are with you and urge you to restore the issue as early as possible.

    @BSNLCorporate All BSNL FTTH work outsourced to 3rd party. There is no quality of service or responsiveness. Is there an escalation point of contact for FTTH (who is not on vendor side) in BSNL, Bangalore?

    @DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.
