    I surprised to get a call from 83889 07718 regarding my complaint, he speaks only Hindi, Truecaller name Kiran Kumar from West Bengal. He asked me full access to my phone I denied, then asked it will be charged ₹2 on payment portal, I said any Bsnl services will be added in bill

    @TheOfficialSBI your YONO app have cost me more than ₹25 in sms charge and still can't log in. Showing technical errors. Tried from other sim (on whivh I don't have account) abd was able to log in and showed I don't have an account. Fix the app soon #SBI #YONOsbi #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Till today the phone connection is not established. Everytime I dial 1500 I get a new docket for complain means my previous docket has been closed. This is how BSNL serving the customer.

    @BSNL_KTK Very poor network capability in 11th cross, Bharathmatha Layout Venkateshpuram, Blore 560045. While browsing, Data speed is lagging, We are getting only 2G speed. Other networks working on 5G but BSNL is still lagging in 2G mode. Requesting you to improve the network.

    4/n The BSNL TIP private vendor through which I had taken my BharatFiber connection,is completely hopeless & dosen't has the etiquette to talk. Usually he never picks up the call & if by chance he picks up,he blatantly says "Madam,abhi mera working hr ni hai,abhi baat ni karenge"

    2/n On 29th, I had twice got SMS from BSNL that my complaint has been resolved but nothing had been done. After which I re-registered complaint through your customer care executive. Every time they assure that in the next 24 hrs the issue has been resolved @BSNLCorporate

    @UIDAI Aadhar Service is becoming worst day by day. I m present at Aadhar Centre BSNL Varanasi since 11 AM till now agent are giving excuse that server is down, public is waiting since last 2hrs but till now the situation is same. I request you please help us as soon as possible.
