    @BSNLCorporate BSNL 4G network is very poor indoor , we can't use BSNL 4G properly inside home. BSNL network team closed all the complaints without solving the problem. Poor service by BSNL

    @TelecomTalk Simple logic.. airtel and jio indian private company which gives better coverage then BSNL then why I need to stick with bsnl.. if govt concern poor people then reduce price on spectrum.. now every service need mobile.. even jio gives 900 per year for jiophone user.. shame bsnl

    It is grievous incident that my father mobile no. ported to BSNL on 15/11/2025 by physical verification and with paid FRC1812 but it's benefits is pending as he did it by physical attendance at BSNL owned Office although he carries ailments. His contact no.-9474551842 @CMDBSNL

    @JioCare wrote before U.P CM help line no 1076&cyber crime 1930 not valid for JIO no. once plan expired but as per GoI guideline, 1 no is toll free and such emergency no. can call in spite of telecom plan expired but BSNL providing calling after plan expired which JIO not.why

    @ChauhanDevyani7 Spot on—Jio rides BSNL towers for free (₹1757Cr oops!), yet their signals & speeds crush BSNL's. Why? BSNL's lazy mgmt! My Maninagar "4G": 1.68-3.75 Mbps, endless drops 😩. Expected fail—fix infra or stay behind! #BSNLReality #FixService @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

    @Shyamk128 Valid point. The good thing is BSNL 4G is finally rolling out nationwide, so service quality should improve as more sites get upgraded.
