    @bsnl_care 8th Day No Internet!! The following is 3rd party service provider on behalf of BSNL "Franchise/Tip: M/s  C N Star TV Network" namely "Mr Naresh #8919092965" is extremely unprofessional & Unreliable. Please Help us customers and more importantly BSNL by replacing him Immediately!!

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl pahle apna network update kar le fir salah de. Keval dekhne bhar k liye 4G but lots of breaking voice, and call drop, data speed many time zero remember time low, some time or rural area Network Zero.

    Feels like Jio is no longer competing with Airtel or VI, but with BSNL now. Extremely poor network quality, frequent call drops, and unreliable internet have made daily communication a headache. This level of service is simply unacceptable in 2026. @ViCustomerCare

    @TG_TriGany Nope. Only 1800 PCS 2G band available for connecting. Funfact that Vi don't allow its own user for 2G 1800 . They allow 900 for its 2G subscribers. Btw no data service under 1800 for BSNL user. Only call & sms available.

    @TRAI @TRAI My BSNL Plan 197 shows validity till 23 April on the app, but services stopped on 15 April. Customer care says it expired early and refused to register a complaint. Is it allowed to reduce plan validity for ongoing recharge? Kindly intervene #ConsumerRights
