  Done same. Got new sim on 8 August 2026 till now it’s not activated & no network on my mobile. Not able to call BSNL care. My question is if I bought new sim then why I am facing this issue

  I got a new BSNL SIM for absolutely free with 24 days validity. Not worried about network coverage since both home and workplace have WiFi. So, WiFi calling should work. As a second SIM, it should be a good option without spending too much money on expensive recharge plans.

Unfortunately Trai became the silent partner of those corporates instead of voice of consumers. Our current govt plans to lure the people in multiple ways from tax to e20.   @bsnl_care Your team is always working hard since a year to resolve my issue by closing the docket or complaint simply mentioning issue resolved. The recharge done for a year Is like a donation to bsnl and not for service. Check the outgoing data since 05-08-2025 & then reply.

  @bsnl_care Dear customer, your docket has been closed. Docket Number-H1015190416063. BSNL Call Centre Can I know on what basis above docket closed without resolution. No one contacted me also then how is it resolved & for which phone no. This is how bsnl function @bsnl_care @TtBsnl
