    Complaints are even being closed without my confirmation while the service remains non-functional. I've also tried contacting the local service provider (+91 94244 93777) multiple times, but my calls have gone unanswered. This level of service is unacceptable. #BSNL #Broadband

Kindly note that for BSNL MNP (Mobile Number Portability), physical KYC verification at the nearest BSNL CSC is mandatory as per telecom regulations, and doorstep SIM delivery is not applicable in MNP cases.     @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS what is the reason that BSNL mobiles are out of service at Nalbari since today afternoon ? Is there any favour taken from your department to keep services down to benefit private operators ? I heard there are 20times for employees in BSNL than pvt cos

    @BSNLCorporate Still BSNL is in year 2000. No reliable network for making digital Payments. Most of the time transactions are getting timed out while making payments. No network at 600 126 Mappedu area even in second floor. No action for 10 years. Complaints are closed without any action.

    @bsnl_care I have no extra money (corruption) for bsnl sim card sales executive asked 200 rupees for sim replacement i left out waste garbage staffs inside getting salary no response in CSR OFFICE SLEEPING INSIDE AND TIME PASSES IN MOBILES

    @BandaruShekhar @SayantikaSays BSNL and quick service..wow when did this happen ..nice to hear they have improved.. Besides what ever Reliance touches in retail customer product's they make a horrible case for themselves Never impressed with any launches They are only good at backend business I guess

    @bsnl_care @ParasmeSaurabh Once the network upgrades are actually complete, let me know. I gave BSNL multiple chances by porting my primary number to it, but I ended up porting out every time because the network proved unreliable when I needed it most.
