    In this age of #DigitalIndia, how can you expect people to go to the local #BSNL office for cancellation request? how can you charge customers after taking away the connection? BSNL=No network or customer care, poor connections, charges for cancelled connections. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate I have complained to customer service still no help , you are forcefully not allowing customer to port i have to file a case against bsnl as its telecome rule that after 90 days i can port to any operator and also dont have any due . Mobile no 9831864454 and 9674574669

    @BSNL_KTK @bsnl_bangalore, I had requested to cancel my BSNL landline on Jan 21, 2022. Your service provider picked up the modem and UPS on Feb 4th, yet my account is still active and I'm still getting bills. Even when I don't have a connection. What kind of scam is this?

    @BSNLCorporate Indoor network coverage of bsnl in our area is very poor for the last 7-8 months. But earlier it used to be good. Calling experience is very poor. Area: NS Road, Kanthalpuli, Near Kiran Bhavan, Chakdaha, Nadia, Pin-741222. Outdoor coverage is ok. Please check.

    @BSNL_KOTD Sir my BSNL no is 9830722450.While sending for port request following massage has been received UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.Please contact your service provider for further assistance Pls look🙏
