    @CMDBSNL I want to bring to your attention that your BSNL fiber connection is just 200 meters away from my location Could you please help me get this fiber connection activated? Despite my grievance, I have seen no progress. I really need your intervention to get this connection

    @anks816 Dear Customer, Yes! Wi-Fi Calling lets you make calls and send messages over Wi-Fi when mobile network is unavailable, as long as the feature is enabled and your carrier supports it call quality depends on Wi-Fi. regards, BSNL Care (Nishant)

    @nishikant_dubey Sir, I feel the claim is on paper itself as I personally checked at Sahibganj, no signal is there from BSNL. Airtel is providing much better service and the low income community is forced to pay higher prices to the telecom operators. Pls look into this.

    @IndiaPostOffice Very poor service in Diamond Harbour Head Post Office.When I went for cash withdrawal the staff told me that the BSNL internet has gone and the work will be done later.I left my all of my works to complete a withdrawal for 2-3 hours? Please look into this issue.
