Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Are you discontinuing Landline Services in Kishangarh Rajasthan (01463) ? My 20 year old Landline no. is not working since long even after many complaints (Bill Paid till 31/12/23) & BSNL staff told that Landline Connections are being discontinued.

@BSNLCorporate Hi team,my issue is not regarding any disconnection,it's about "My BSNL" app available on Google Play Store. You need to improve its interface.Also if I need to downgrade the existing plan of FTTH,I'm not able to do so from website login,only upgrade option available please check

@BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate Since 21st February to till today we are getting very very poor service of BSNL internet service at NEEPCO EXCHANGE AREA, DULIAJAN with fluctuating network between Edge and 4G/3G. Why it's taking so much time to restore the system???
