@AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India @narendramodi I suspect that the local BSNL vendor hired for FTTH cable laying and maintenance is promoting private internet service providers instead of providing BSNL connections. Local BSNL employees and officers are pleading helplessness.

If your BSNL connection has a problem, will you complain to Airtel ? (Yes in future you may think of switching to another ). At this moment, service provider is Biswa Sarma .

I had bought a BSNL postpaid sim. After use of around 1.5 years I have to got block the SIM totally due to some reason by calling customer care but even after closing the SIM, it's monthly bill is rising every month. Please look into the matter urgently. @BSNL_BIHAR

@bsnl_ap_circle BSNL is going to shutdown or planning to sell? In my area (pin code 532406)network very poor and landline are not working no one taking action .
