    @BSNL_BIHAR in Itaha Rashulnagar, Dholi, Moraul area there is no network of BSNL. At any corner or at any height there is no network. Kindly look into this. If there is no network when I visit next time, i don't have an option other than to port on other network (post paid user)

    I’ve been a long-time & trustworthy BSNL customer, and this network has worked reliably for me for years. I live in Chandauli, U P & recently upgraded my BSNL 3G SIM to 4G after receiving the SMS alerts.The staff at the local office were helpful and the whole process was smooth.

    Proof via NetMonster: Only LTE Band 1 detected. 700 MHz tower confirmed active. Other users connecting normally. Issue started only after HyperOS update. This is clearly a modem / carrier config bug. #POCOBug #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I have also made multiple calls to customer care (1503), but the issue remains unresolved and the responses have been disappointing. Kindly look into this matter urgently and activate my SIM at the earliest. #BSNL #CustomerSupport

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Useless, They disconnected my outgoing calls without any intimation. I was trying to reach customer care from another network, it didn't reach. Atlast tried with another bsnl number (after searching). They simply said that you need to update KYC. Pathetic, what kind of service 😔

    @lonew0lf @BSNLCorporate In my case BSNL is better than Jio or airtel and airtel has very poor network

    @TelecomTalk BSNL service has been exceptional in the last 6 month. I am getting a speed of 12mbps which is exceptional for a service provider like BSNL and now calls are not dropping rather call quality has increased drastically. @BSNLCorporate keep it up and co tinue improving your service.

    Many problems in indoor connevety on 4g on bsnl in my area call problem many times vowifi active on my bsnl number
