You want to talk about broadband speeds - let us compare what BSNL / MTNL provides with what Airtel provides. BSNL service is one of the costliest per Mbps speed, and one of the crappiest.     @DoT_India My BSNL number 9123329034 is facing very slow internet service. Inspite of several complaints no constructive steps have as yet been taken. BSNL Kolkata is taking an abnormally long time to start 4G service at Baghajatin G Block.

    @BSNL_OR The Athagarh, Cuttack area has been experiencing a lot of LOS issues recently. Even Fibre cables optimization is needed. At some time the speed is in Kbps. Even for mobiles, 4g service is not available. Why this kind of service by BSNL? Kindly reply.

    @Smartprix and what about BSNL ?, still giving 2g or 3g service most cities area in india @AshwiniVaishnaw i hve returned back to IND & decded 16 years used after airtel port to BSNL and now realise BSNL very burst service in india,you cannot pay digital with bsnl 2G OR 3G network.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR When BSNL will start 5G service in India. After 4 - 5 Yr BSNL start 4G service, who will use this service. Presently people started using 5G service. Please upgrade BSNL..

    @BSNLCorporate Still my issue is not solved after 10days. Regularly l contact with customer care and they replied just like a robot " your complaint is open". When my complaint is solved, how many time it's take ,any thing you asked only one reply they give me. Very disappointed with Bsnl.

    @SirJambavan @fukfukfukra @ramanmann1974 My dear friend, for that you can blame the Govt. They never let MTNL/BSNL either approach the market. They haven't even given permission to take part in 5G. You basically want that those guys with their hands tied behind should compete with these - 1/n
