@agmcachar_bsnl @BSNLCorporate I use bsnl sim no. 9454948783 and also bsnl ftth connection no. 03841291282. Many times I call customer care but no one customer care executive attend my call. I call 1500,1503,1504. Very poor bsnl customer care service

I'm unable to change plan 499₹ pachage. Please resolve my issue. Otherwise I'll make a video about bsnl fiber problem & issue. I'll recommend to don't buy bsnl fiber connection Auto changing bsnl fiber plan from 599₹ to 700₹ then 700₹ to 900₹ plan @BSNLCorporate @BsnlFiber

@BSNLCorporate Dear @BSNLCorporate , it's been week but no response from anyone. I'm using BSNL prepaid, there is no way to get OTPs from bank, as my sim is not working here in UK. Hope you will understand and assist me to resolve this ASAP.

@BSNLCorporate After sales service is also very very bad, speed issues, network down, No one takes responsibility, BSNL officers say contact TSP, vendors say it's from BSNL side, at the end customer has to suffer ...... This whole BSNL machinery needs a big reform...Big change in rules and law
