Called customer care 10+ times but no resolution. Visited BSNL office in Karad (Satara), they said my SIM is from MP circle and I must go there. Is it practical to travel to another state for this issue?

@yabhishekhd airtel is useless now. premium prices for ordinary service. bsnl he le lo, 2399 for a year. its 4g works great now , in my location. even vi is good, becuz of night time unlimited data

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care My BSNL SIM does not have VoLTE service enabled yet. I am unable to use HD voice and proper call connectivity. Kindly activate VoLTE on my number at the earliest or let me know the required steps to enable it.
