    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate Respected Mantri Ji, I am Suyash Shukla Tel. No. 06344-221053 from Munger Bihar has been using BSNL service from 2016. Recently there has been about 5-6 time the telephone cable has been theft that too near telephone exchange.

    @thetanmay Switch to BSNL fibernet. Better customer service, better speed, better tarriffs and DoT owes them 30000 cr which means it will improve more in future. Their revenue increased by 937 cr last year compared to 530 cr the previous year.

    @BSNLCorporate Kindly restart BSNL's Bishnupur Mobile Tower(VILLAGE&PANCHAYAT-BISHNUPUR,BLOCK-AMOUR,DISTRICT-PURNIA,BIHAR-854315 In Katihar Telecom SSA) which was closed from more than last two years.We all BSNL Mobile Customers are facing Network issues.

    @BSNLCorporate I have 3 BSNL sim(family)but none of it is working properly just because of network issue,call dropping issue,Poor internet speed&BSNLcostumercare also doesn't pick up our calls Plzz try to fix my issue otherwise I'll port from BSNL to Jio all sims #saveBSNL thanks
