  @bsnl_care bsnl network is worst ever network provider. Only good for voice calls but not for browsing etc. Very disappointed switching over from jio. Not able to compete with other network providers. Customer care services are so poor that one can not connect to the executive.

  @BSNLCorporate very poor service BSNL Mahanagar, Lucknow they force cutomer to pay in cash while UPI available in Gkmti Nagar, Nagar Branch. Service is pathentic, customers are ignored and forced to wait while employees are talking with each others. BSNL Mahanagar

  @bsnl_care Hi Abhishek, Thanks for your response. My device software is already up to date and I am connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.

  For each subscriber disconnection due to bad customer service, BSNL has to payback Rs. 1 lac to government as a penalty. Hard earned Public money is going waste in the form capital infusion to BSNL.

  @bsnl_care is @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate even reading customer posts about their problem or you guys just copy pasting? your tower guy told me that there is power backup issue so try to change the old battery instead of copy pasting your customer service is as bad as your network #BSNL 😡

  In the era of 5G, @BSNLCorporate can't even Deliver normal 4G speed. @MTNLOfficial denies any possibility and network connectivity. Loses signal out of the blue, and you are in no man's land. What a pathetic show of work by BSNL and MTNL.

  @iyoushetwt woww for me I have asus tuf a15 R 7 and 3050 but the problem they don't give me any wifi😭😭 and I have a bsnl sim😭
