    .@BSNL_KL, @BSNLCorporate cc @TRAI i am trying to port out (under MNP) my *postpaid* BSNL number. my current bill is paid up. but when i send an SMS to 1900 saying PORT 944xxxxxxxx, it rejects saying 'invalid UPC request'. customer support said no issues on my SIM. please help.

    @bharatfiber I switched to bharat fiber after being disappointed by bsnl broadband, and now fiber also disappointes me? How would bsnl survive if customer service is so bad? @narendramodi @GoI_MeitY

    @TATAAIGIndia pathetic service, payment deducted but policy was not generated. Calling customer care for more than 1 hr. Customer care reminds me of old bsnl days. Do something. It’s urgent

    @bsnlarunachal BSNL Authority must look seriously it's internet services provided at Hayuliang PIN 792104 where 3G service has been launched. It lasts exactly for 55 seconds (in H+mode) then it stops for another 3 mins, and this cycle has been continue since it's launching. Cont

    @ACTFibernet I am a new customer who ported from BSNL considering their pathetic service. But I believe ACT is no different and shows the same lack of service quality. Been just few days on ACT and have frequent disruptions. SR10263257540864

    No wonder why everyone is preferring @JioFiberChennai wish this service get launched in my town. So I could finally switch to them instead of crappy govt services like RailWire & BSNL.
