    @rsprasad Dear sir,for new BSNL FTTH connection,I paid Rs. 5577(Installtion charge Rs.2000,Modem Rs.2800,Rs.777 as refundable deposit).I heard tht Union govt provides connection without Installation/Modem costs.Kindly help to reimburse back d excess amount what I paid. @PMOIndia

    Why BSNL BROADBAND connection is down during almost every weekend ? Is it the official policy or part of a larger plot to deliberately defame BSNL and drive its customers to private service providers ? Matter to be probed.
