    @CMDBSNL @CMDBSNL2 BSNL landline in the city of Raigarh with # 07762 224600, but since last 4 months BB disconnects every 10-15 minutes. On complaint to the local office every time a lineman comes and does some cleaning in the joints in drop wire, but the problem is never solved.

    @haage_summane Small doubt. Connectivity is the main issue there. Even in some areas,even BSNL doesn't work. How will BSNL resolve this?( population is just 600 as you mentioned)

    @TRAI BSNL deducting balance from main balance to extend validity, although the number is off or unused without any plan! Where as other services provider dose not like this. I think it is not good for BSNL buisness. It is difficult to keep another bsnl number in bad signal area

    @AshwiniVaishnaw You are talking about BSNL's 5G coming in five to seven months. Even 4G hasn't come yet. Along with this, let me also tell that I have been complaining for almost 3 years that even 2G network is not available in my village.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Facing frequent outages in my BSNL FTTH connection. 2-3 outages per week. Some outages lasts whole day. Raised online complaint 130440918712 on BSNL selfcare. No other ISPs have this many outages in India. No proper rerouting in case of cable issues.

    @ITILTDINDIA Dear sir, We are from Andhra Pradesh. Present now The BSNL network not working atleast 2G,3G on Villages. Present 4G introduced in India from BSNL.Coming 5to 6 months 5G Upgrade. But 100% not working 2G & 3G on villages.Who is responsible for this.All Spectrum sold

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD Very worst customer service. My land line fault(0422 2401426) more than 20 days. my self raised TT daily but same day TT closed without resolve. let's know this is a way of service. Moreover nobaby available in the local BSNL office.Keep it up like this
