  @CMDBSNL @CMDBSNL2 BSNL landline in the city of Raigarh with # 07762 224600, but since last 4 months BB disconnects every 10-15 minutes. On complaint to the local office every time a lineman comes and does some cleaning in the joints in drop wire, but the problem is never solved.

  Booked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician.   @JM_Scindia @Dev_Fadnavis @CMOMaharashtra Sir Ji, We are expecting better service from BSNL. But due to it's a Govt institution no body bother about at leat timely service. Very serious issue of brodband service from BSNL Poor response Careless attitude
