    @CMDBSNL @CMDBSNL2 BSNL landline in the city of Raigarh with # 07762 224600, but since last 4 months BB disconnects every 10-15 minutes. On complaint to the local office every time a lineman comes and does some cleaning in the joints in drop wire, but the problem is never solved.

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate BSNL signal has been completely lost in Sriram Nagar Colony, Kondapur, Hyderabad since yesterday. Such poor service from a Central Government telecom company is really disappointing. Customers are unable to make calls or use internet services.

    @bsnl_care I don’t know how it helps. Ia it my device problem? No it works fine with other providers. It is only BSNL that always go out of service area.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate, @BSNL_UKD as a loyal customer, I need answers: Why? Regular internet downtime. Non-working official app. Actual speed is 1/4th of the subscribed plan. Is there a policy to credit bills for the days your services don't work? #bsnl

    BSNL closed my complaint docket without providing any actual resolution. Mobile data service is still unusable, and I am forced to post this using another network while already paying BSNL in advance for data services. Complaint No.: E1423150247339
